Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist gave me anxiety until I started going to Richland Dental. Dr. Craddock and Jennifer made me feel at ease. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to each appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for over 35 years and very pleased with the service and knowledge of the Drs and staff. I have had a very serious snoring issue for many years and mentioned it to Dr Craddock, she examined my throat and saw I was a candidate for a new treatment option. She recently completed a series of laser treatments on my throat that has greatly reduced my snoring and made my wife a much happier person. If you, or your partner have issues with snoring, I highly recommend speaking with Dr Craddock to see if this treatment can offer some help in your situation. It is worth every penny.

She takes a conservative approach, carefully examining the face and offering professional advice when appropriate with Botox or filler treatments. She LISTENS to your concerns and provides care without rushing, treating each patient with kindness and attention. When Dr. Craddock was unavailable, I saw Dr. Malley, who demonstrated the same professionalism, morals, and demeanor, making the transition seamless and comfortable. Jennifer & Marsha are the hygienist and are exceptional!! Both are knowledgeable and thorough, preparing the dentist with well-captured X-rays and detailed patient information for comprehensive exams. Overall, Richland Dental combines professional, personal customer service with gentle and thorough patient care. They are highly recommended by me for anyone seeking skilled, compassionate, and HONEST dental treatment.

Dr. Craddock took time to discuss my concerns and offer options to resolve them. We are so happy to find a great dental practice on our first try after leaving our old dentist.

Fantastic experience: These people are amazing. I woke up a few years ago with my mouth killing me. I knew about them just kept putting things on the back burner. I walked in with out an appointment and they saw me with in an hour. I have never missed an appointment from that day. They saved the tooth and have never miss a beat. They are kind and are good at what they do. When I started my mouth was a mess. As of today my gums and mouth are health. I'm now at 6 month check ups instead of 4 months. I am so glad I have them in my corner. Thank you guys . It has been the best 4 years year.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Richland Dental since Dr. Presley first opened the practice decades ago. A few faces have changed but I have never been disappointed with the care I have received there. The dentists and staff are excellent. They do whatever it takes to make your dental experience the best it can possibly be.

Negative experience: I just want to share with everyone they made me a 1 tooth partial and it completely kept bending it would not fit right so every time it flared out you had to cut excess off horrible quality then they did dentures for my mother and the dentures do not even fit now and they were never comfortable to her they use horrible quality material I would warn people to steer clear of these people they never got it right but they pretended to we are out of $3,600 someone needs to be held accountable

Fantastic experience: I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past, to the extent that I waited 8 years before going to another dentist. I had the most pain free, honest, and compassionate experience here. I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted (about 3 months of noticeable pain). Despite only going in for a cleaning, Dr. Craddock got me into a specialist the next morning! Amazing group of professionals. Thank you all for everything!
