The staff are really nice, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Harris makes you feel comfortable, which makes the dental visit less scary. He is very concerned and care about your dental care and he explains and show you exactly what's going on with your teeth and discuss a plan with you on how he can get your winning smile back and you leave the dental office with a smile and not a frown

Negative experience: I was very self conscious about my smile, a friend recommended The Winning Smile Dental Group because of the service she received. To make a long story short, I'm very satisfied with the service and the process with Invisalign to correct my smile. I always leave satisfied-not using a lot of leave time from work, from there on time service, professional, informative and follow up call just to make sure everything is okay. Thanks Dr. Harris and Staff Update: The service was okay, until and an assistance became part of my Invisalign process that caused extra visits for poor X-ray, the buttons to hold the Invisalign was reattached and came off the next day. $5k went down the drain.

Fantastic experience: Going to the Winning Smile office was a more than pleasant experience. Dr. Lewis took care of my upper dental,work, pulling teeth in one day and even calling me the same night to see if I was all right. When follow up,appointments came, she came on day off to see me at the Jackson office knowing that I didn't like driving on Lakeland Drive. Who does that for patients in this day? When it came down to the liner, she and Dr. Harris had to work for about four more visits until the fit was secure. They were always concerned about my care. I couldn't even begin to thank the entire office staff, Lindsey, Hannah, Kristen and anyone else who I left out. Most of all a big thanks to Donna who greets everyone with a smile and welcoming personality.

Fantastic experience: On Sunday night, I broke my tooth. I went to my Winning smile Office and Brandon saw Dr. Gary Dr. Gary referred me to one of the other Winning smile offices and Jackson was able to get me in that day to get it fixed. Dr. Andrew Harris did an amazing job. His mannerism stands out by far along with.Hannah R and Hannah S and Hannah J I need to add Taylor kynnadi these individuals do an amazing job Hannah and Dr. Andrew made me feel like I was the most important person there. Fantastic experience: My visit to the Winning Smile today was flawless. Within a few minutes after my arrival at 9 am, I was called to the exam room. That was great, hardly any wait time. What I really admire is the high-tech equipment used in the office. I’ve been coming to this office since Dr Handy was there several years ago. Each visit there seems to be more and more updated equipment that makes me the patient have a more pleasurable experience.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by the genuine customer service. Sweet Corbin spoke to me on the phone a couple times before I came in. She was always pleasant and I could hear the smile in her voice. When I walked in, the first person I saw was her, smiling. She greeted me, gave me a quick rundown, and told me to have a seat. I met Kennedi next, she got the X-rays of my teeth and listened to my areas of concern. Dr Harris literally could not have been any nicer. He went over my concerns and what he saw also, we came up with a treatment plan we could both work with, and then I met Stacy. She’s the office manager and the money woman. Normally, I don’t know that this would have been such a positive conversation but with her, there was literally no other choice. We discussed the payment options, I told her what would work for me, and we came up with a plan for that. Hannah cleaned my teeth and did a great job!!! She was gentle but she also did what she had to do. I will most definitely be back to this office!!
