Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my children to this location every since their first dental visit and they love it. The staff is always friendly and attentive to each of their needs. They make them feel very comfortable and and at ease. They are very efficient and just an all around good place to bring your children or yourself.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and smells amazing! The staff has been nothing short of incredible and always takes great care of my children. They genuinely love the staff, and so do I. Today, they even greeted my son by name as soon as we walked in, and it instantly put a smile on his face. It’s little moments like that that make you feel welcomed and show how much they truly care. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I called the location and asked if they extract teeth. I was told yes. I explained my situation and was scheduled an appointment for extraction. However, when I arrived, I was referred to an oral surgeon. So I basically took the day off for nothing, just to be scheduled again for a later date. A complete waste of time and use of my insurance!!!!

Fantastic experience: Clean and inviting office, friendly polite and professional staff. Ample seating in the waiting area. Very efficient and organized. I got in and out with no problems. Modern amenities like text reminders and online check in, even texts regarding prescriptions. Great service from scheduling all the way to walking out the door. I highly recommend. Will be scheduling my kids here as well. This was my first time here. Dr Robinson and the nurses/techs you all are great at what you do. Thank you.

Negative experience: I've been with Sunnybrooke for a while. The previous time that I went, I was 20 years old and was not turned away... yet, the lady at the front desk told me that upon scheduling my appointment, it was automatically cancelled due to my age. She was also quite apathetic. Why did I not receive ANY notice of my appointment being cancelled even though I updated my number and the lady on the phone scheduled me anyway? I would have accepted that I couldn't go had I been notified. Absolutely ridiculous, irresponsible, and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I am highly disappointed with Sunnybrook Dentisty. It's so unorganized here. The services are okay but the timing is horrible to the point where I don't like coming here. I waited 20 minutes for my son's appointment and we came 10 minutes early and still had to wait. Stop scheduling patients all at 8 o'clock and you only have some many chairs anyway. This is place needs to do better if the scheduling, a lot better. I guess you all like losing patients to an more professional establishment because Sunnybrook is the worst. My son has been coming to this place which was CoolSmiles since he was a little boy and he has Autism. That's the only reason why I haven't changed his dentist. Please do better and listen to your employees because they are the faces of your business so get it together, NOW!!

Negative experience: Appointment was at 8am .. sat in the lobby for an hour and my child name was never called. I don’t think that receptionist or whatever u call them behind the desk even turned in his paperwork.

I’ve called several times to get some medicine that will help with pain. Worst experience ever would’ve been better just going to the free clinic getting my tooth pulled

Fantastic experience: Took my son in to get braces and everyone from the front receptionist all the way to the hygienist and Doctor was extremely professional and very friendly. Their customer service was superb

Positive experience: Very crowded, long wait but staff was very nice and attentive. Music kept coming on for a minute then shutting off so if they fix that it would be a nice distraction while customers wait and adding extra tvs would also be nice for further distraction for second waiting room.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is always awesome(North state street) especially Destiny (today 9-4-25)she helped me rearrange my appointment because of a flight issue to accommodate me being that I live in Texas and have to fly in for my appointments! And I Really appreciate them they’re always on point! My orthodontist is better than yours!!! Now ⏰ that !!! 10 ⭐️ out of 10 ⭐️.

Negative experience: Although I had an appt, filled out paperwork online and provided insurance info, it was almost 2 hours before we were seen. They would not see us until they could verify insurance.

Negative experience: It started off with a rude employee that didn’t know anything. I can say meeting the doctor from coast and the assistant was good experience. The check in ladies was good but the one who call you back and you ask a question and instead walk off then come back like she can check me is unacceptable. This probably will be my last visit but get some people who care about they patients.

They all made my daughter so very comfortable during the whole process. They were all very kind and met every need we may have needed. My daughter says she loves this office and wanted to come back there every time!

Negative experience: The staff at this office are professional and kind, but I have deep concerns about security at this location. During my visit, a man in the lobby became aggressive, yelling at a child and escalating to the point where it seemed like he might physically attack people. My child was frightened, and I was genuinely afraid for everyone present. What alarmed me most was the lack of security response. The guard was not at the front door or in the lobby but stationed in the back of the building, and there is no police presence here either. This is a major safety issue. Patients and families should never feel unsafe while waiting for care. Until there is reliable security monitoring the entrance and lobby at all times, I cannot recommend this office.

Positive experience: Everything is normally always fine there, but I do have one concern and that is we’ve been there several times before to get a cavity filled And I can’t understand why we had to reschedule a second appointment for another visit to do the other fill-in. I’m confused. No one explained it to me. I think you should have at least been explained.

Negative experience: The staff are professional and very kind, but let me be clear this location is not safe. I was in the lobby with my child when a man suddenly started cursing at a little kid for staring at him. He got so aggressive, it looked like he was about to attack everyone in the room. My child was terrified, and honestly, so was I. The worst part? There was no security anywhere. The guard was sitting in the back, not at the front where they’re needed, and there’s no police presence on-site at all. This could have ended horribly. Patients deserve safety, not fear. Until this office takes security seriously with guards stationed at the entrance and in the lobby I cannot recommend anyone come here. Please find another location for dental care.

Negative experience: I been coming here for 2 or 3 years. When my son is getting a fill in or cleaning done they take forever to do what they have to do. I’m sick of it. I’m bout to move him to another dentistry! It’s no reason a patient should be sitting back waiting for over an hour to get a procedure done or be waiting in the waiting room for that long. Then no one comes to check on him just leaves us back there ! Yal need to do better!

Fantastic experience: My daughter goes here for her braces. At first I was kind of skeptical because of the area but they were in network with my dental insurance. The staff have been very friendly. I had an issue last week that my daughter showed up for her scheduled appointment and I was advised that the appointment had been cancelled. This was my first encounter with this clerk. She’s came off initially showing little to no empathy. I never received a call nor voicemail. If they would have called and even possibly left a voicemail, it would have avoided me leaving work and having to take leave. Other than that it has been good.

Negative experience: They overbook themselves when they know they don’t have to proper amount of staff, we sat there twice forever and still didn’t get what was needed done because it’s more patients than staff, will be looking into moving my child to a different dentist soon.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wolfe put my braces on 27 years ago! I had to get a new set of retainers last year, as I misplaced my first set. I was excited to know that he was still practicing! He is very professional and has great bedside manners! Angel was very professional as well.

Fantastic experience: I’m very please with the work and the amount of time I spent during my visit. My appoint was at 2:00, I made it there about 1:20. They called me to the back at 1:30 and I was walking out of the door at 2:25. I was there for a filling. It took the dentist every bit of 15 minutes to complete the work. She made me feel very comfortable and she was such a sweetheart.

Negative experience: I went there today with my daughter and I was VERY disappointed. I have just gotten my insurance straight and I went there for an appointment. They tell me that I have to pay an 800 dollar bill, which is confusing because I have medicaid! Turns out, they never submitted anything to medicaid and just let the bill sit there! They are LAZY and don’t want to do their jobs. This isn’t the first issue i’ve had with them and my insurance, and every-time I call my insurance, it turns out the people who work there are the problem. I never have this problem anywhere else like at the doctors office/hospital, its just sunnybrook.
