Fantastic experience: Gary was great and very funny and kept Me laughing. Great guy to talk to would definitely use him again.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my overall experience with Dr. Keeler was less than satisfactory. Day of the surgery, Dr. Keeler was quite nice. Personal medical information was shared with the door to the rest of the office open and a generally rushed aura to the day. I was not told before anesthesia was given and multiple objects were forcefully shoved in my mouth as I drifted off. Once I awoke, I was continually yelled at by a nurse while she cleaned the room. As soon as I could grunt, I was moved into a wheelchair and taken to my driver's car. No follow-up appointment scheduled. No education on dry socket. No instructions on which medicines to take and when. No making sure I was even safe to leave the facility after expressing my history of difficulties after receiving anesthesia. I was simply carted off so the next patient could be seen. I experienced severe pain for a week that was keeping me from talking, sleeping, and eating. I called the office and explained my situation. The receptionist's response was to call the surgeon if I wanted another round of narcotics or to keep taking Tylenol/Ibuprofen. I was not offered a consult or opportunity to ask why I was in such pain. I contacted my regular dentist's office who fit me in that day. I had two dry sockets that needed major attention. I have since been informed that leaving patients in pain is a normal practice at the office. No matter how kind he is, Dr. Keeler exhibited negligence. The office seems to run like a cash cow: see as many patients as possible and offer as much work done to their teeth as possible. I would strongly advise seeking dental care somewhere else.

Negative experience: Have tried for a month to get in with the dr and he called me back said he’s out of town three weeks out of the month. I have left multiple voicemails with no return calls. Don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist, Excellent environment. Everyone in the office did a great job at assisting me before and after my procedure! Definitely will be recommending Dr. Keeler to others in need of a great Dental Physician.

THERE'S NOT TO MANY WHO WOULD TAKE THERE TIME TO COME TO YOUR HOME TO CHECK ON A PATIENT AFTER SURGERY. HE IS TRULY A DELIGHTFUL PERSON AND SO EASY TO TALK WITH. THANK YOU DR. They calmly speak to you throughout the procedure and let you know exactly what they are doing and what they are about to do so that you are not caught off-guard or confused. Whether or not you are religious, you will find peace, as Dr. Keeler says a quick but meaningful prayer before starting the procedure. He and his entire team (I wish I could remember everyone’s names) are such a blessing to have come across, and I am so grateful that I went to them. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop because you should be calling them to schedule your appointment by now

I drove all the way from Biloxi, Ms to Flowood Ms to see him because of his service is that great. This is not my first time. Implants, removals, etc book ur appointment today. Prayer in the work place, that's enough said right there. My 13 yr old had to have a procedure done that was not an easy one and she did better than I would have..lol He has a lot of patience. To add the cherry on top, he even prayed with me before beginning my surgery. Today’s society needs more doctors like Dr. Keeler, who actually care about their patients. His entire staff is warm and friendly and he is just awesome!! He has the ability to put you at ease and he explains everything. My teenager left feeling very calm and prepared for surgery.
