Fantastic experience: Dr. Lampkin was great! Very informative and helpful in putting together a treatment plan for my care. She took the time to explain my plan. She was kind and professional in caring for me and took the time to answer any questions I had. My dental hygienist Hailey was excellent and gave me a great experience along with explaining what she was about to do when cleaning. For the first time I was not overwhelmed with getting my teeth cleaned. She listened about my sensitive areas and took caution and assured me if I had any issues she would try something different. This by far was my best experience!

Beautiful lobby, very clean dental office in all areas. The RDH dental hygienist, Ms. Manning, was extraordinary. She educates through the process, contributing to patient comfort and assists with self care. The dental assistant had such a kind heart, talkative which helps ease any anxiety. Dr. Lampkin was very attentive, also educating during the process, and review of imaging. She is an amazing professional which I would highly recommend. Mint Dental is definitely an office for any individual or an entire family!

Fantastic experience: So happy I found my dental place! All the staff are so cool, down to earth, knowledgeable and patient. Dr. Lampkin was funny and quick. This is the first time I’ve ever had fillings done and my teeth felt normal afterward. I love how I never have to wait for an appointment. At my very first appointment the hygienist sang Ms Rachel songs to my baby to calm her while I was getting a cleaning. I’d recommend this place to anybody.

Fantastic experience: The new Mint Dental Pearl staff is amazing. I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Lampkin and Seymone, RDH. I came in a week ago for my regular cleaning and ready to start my old treatment plan that I had with the previous Doctor. However, Dr. Lampkin took her time to double check everything by updating x-rays and giving me a new treatment plan. She explained everything with so much care and giving hope to restore my smile. I was then able to be seen by Seymone, RDH for my hygiene appointment and she was amazing. She recommended me to a different treatment to help me out with some pain that I was experiencing and it worked amazing. I am currently pain free!! In less than a week I was able to get some fillings and a deep cleaning. Thank you to the front office and the assistants as well. Such a great team. I am a satisfied patient and I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I’m generously leaving a one. Worst experience that I gave a 2 nd chance. My 1st appointment I booked and went to upon early arrival they told me I didn’t have an appointment that it wasn’t scheduled they messed up and they had to reschedule me for a later date. (Ok things happen) but I filled out all my paperwork gave them my 2 insurances and rebooked for a month later. So 2nd time. I get there early again . Get settled in and they inform me they don’t have my Insurance nor my paperwork that I have to redo but they never got my id so they had that. They were nice enough but the process stated out like a money pitch … then they do mouth pictures and all that and inform me that I have the beginning stages of periodontal disease… ok that means I have time to work it out but just I’m here just for my yearly FREE cleaning. I was there for a whole hour plus this time and they refused to clean my teeth because I didn’t want to pay out of pocket for all the extra procedures that of course insurance didn’t cover then they wanted me to sign a refusal of medical treatment… 2 trips probably 2 hours wasted because I didn’t want to pay out of pocket for a free cleaning and highly unorganized staff. Will be sure to let people know of my experience.

The new staff members are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. After two years of braces, I finally had them removed, and both the hygienist and Dr. Lampkin took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and provide valuable tips and product recommendations. I also loved that my appointment was scheduled at the opening time, and it was heartwarming to overhear the team praying for all their patients during their morning meeting! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely continue to schedule with them. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Positive experience: I had a crown put on in April and it cracked! It was done by a dentist that is no longer there. The new dentist was more informative and advised me of what else should have been done as the crown was shaved down too much to fit my mouth. I’m sad that I have to buy another one but I appreciate the information I received today. I wish I had the right plan the first time to avoid buying another $1,000 crown that I cannot afford.

I was told Dr. Liles and her staff were sweet and I would have a pain free visit! I had an emergency dental issue. They worked me in and took care of my needs quickly and pain free! I love that they give prices for work prior to the procedure. I don’t have to worry about walking out with an unexpected bill. I have already recommended Mint Dental to my friends and colleagues! If you are not 100% satisfied with your dentist, give Dr. Liles and her staff at Mint Dental a try! You won’t regret it!

Negative experience: Update. I am lowing my review. They had this "digital" process for my lower partial Without posting a very long review, just let me say after months of adjustments, I still can't wear it. The last time I left there it seemed ok but before I got home, it was hurting my mouth. In ALL of the adjustments needed, not one time did they offer to re-do the partial or a refund. I had no choice to loose what I had paid. Posting this so others will be aware. They did not even have the equipment for a small adult mouth and couldn't go ahead and create a normal partial instead of a "digital " one. Fantastic place. Dr Liles and staff were awesome. Very nice office. Relaxing and very clean. Dr Liles walked me through each process, letting me know what she was doing. I have found my forever dentist.

But ,They were all so Sweet and kind. Answered all My questions. Its just a very relaxing atmosphere. They will be seeing me for all My dental work.

Fantastic experience: I went as a new patient for a teeth cleaning and I was in and out super fast for what was done! Not too much paperwork, either- just needed insurance and ID. They did a dental history while I was there by taking an x-ray, let me know my problem areas, and set me up with a game plan. The entire staff is super nice and friendly and so willing to help you with your teeth :) I loved it!

During the process Dr Liles made sure I was doing ok throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about this dental practice. Choosing Mint Dental and Dr Liles was one of the best decision I have ever made and I highly recommend them !! I can't stop smiling!!
