Negative experience: I paid $170 out of pocket for an X-ray and a very quick visit, and honestly left disappointed. The dentist only spent a few minutes with me, didn’t explain anything about my teeth, and didn’t even show me the X-rays. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal. I expected better communication and care, especially as a self-pay patient. I would not recommend if this is the standard of care for new & self pay patients.

Fantastic experience: Everybody here is so nice, from the front desk to the doctor! Lauren was very kind. I arrived a bit late, but she made me feel completely comfortable and not awkward at all. Andria is very gentle. I usually don’t like doing scans because they make me feel nauseous, but with her it was easy, fast, and comfortable. The hygienist, Sydney, is so sweet and gentle. She made me feel very comfortable, and my teeth felt great after! The doctor was kind and removed my cavity without any issues. I didn’t feel any pain at all, and it honestly feels like nothing ever happened to my tooth (I was a little worried it might bother me after, but not at all). I didn’t have the chance to talk to everyone, but I’m sure the whole team is just as kind and welcoming.

She gave me the warmest welcome and goodbye! Sydni was so informative throughout my entire x-ray and cleaning; we’re actually from the same Delta town! Lastly, Dr. Mayfield was so pleasant and answered my questions regarding Invisalign! I cannot wait until my visit in March!

Positive experience: My experience at the dentist office was very good. This was primarily because of Dr. Crosby at her assistance. However, the day following my appointment, which was on a Friday, was very unpleasant. That is because on saturday I like to sleep in. But at 8 AM I get a text thanking me For coming to the DENTAL CLINIC. I could’ve gone without the text at 8 AM. Then there was another text a few minutes later asking for this feedback. They need to change when they send these messages!
