The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and provided excellent customer service, thoroughly addressing all my inquiries. I learned about Invisalign, which some people call "Adult braces" This provided me with a wonderful opportunity to straighten my teeth. Thank you all once again!

Negative experience: My husband left work to make his dental appointment. When he got there they had him waiting 2 hours. Other people walked in and the staff made sure to get them through before him. And yes he did have an appointment. He WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Ms./Mrs. Dian and the front office staff are outstanding, handling scheduling changes with flexibility and excellent communication. The hygienist's (the blonde hair "baddie") friendly demeanor and efficient service, along with Dr. Carpenter's attentive care and the assistant's clear, supportive explanations, made my visit seamless. Their collective effort ensures a truly positive patient journey, and I am grateful for their dedication.

Fantastic experience: Ever since moving to Mississippi this past April (2025), I've been going to Dental Solutions of Clinton. They are fun, yet professional, easy-going yet thorough and precise. The team is very courteous and yet very personable and amenable. If you're looking for a Dentist and Dental team, I highly recommend Dental Solutions of Clinton.

Negative experience: My son, a Mississippi College student, went to Dental Solutions of Clinton for a routine check to see if he had any cavities. We were shocked when they sent an estimate claiming he had 17 cavities—yes, 17—and said it was likely due to energy drinks. The treatment plan they presented was over $4,000, even with insurance. I was immediately hesitant and asked for his X-rays. I shared them with two different dentists in my hometown, and both confirmed that he does not have 17 cavities. They saw a few small areas to monitor but nothing as drastic as what they were claiming. Both dentists also mentioned that some corporately owned dental offices, like this one, may operate under production quotas. I’m not saying this is the case here, but it certainly raises concerns. I’m appalled that any dental office would exaggerate a diagnosis like this. It’s misleading, unethical, and makes me wonder how many others have paid for unnecessary fillings. I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment plan from this office.

Fantastic experience: Dental Solutions is the best. Being greeted by name upon entering and not spending more than 5 minutes in the waiting area goes a long way with me. The service from the hygienist and the dentist both is excellent.

Fantastic experience: My whole family goes to Dental Solutions. They have wonderful, caring front desk staff and the dentist and hygienists always makes sure I am comfortable during treatments. They are kind and patient to my autistic son. Highly recommend! (Still true in October 2025!!)

Fantastic experience: First experience here and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Upon entering the office, I was greeted by not only the receptionists, but also a lovely smell. (I mean seriously, it smelled divine.) I’m not the best with names but the woman who took care of me (Brandi I believe) was great. She made sure I was comfortable and answered my questions and walked me through what she was doing. Crazy, but I can’t wait til my next visit. If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place to go!
