Fantastic experience: I will start out by saying that your office has a wonderful Dental Hygienist, Aaliyah Cain working for your company. I was scheduled for a cleaning today, and I had never met her before. She was awesome! She was very polite, professional, and took the time to really clean my teeth! The best cleaning that I’ve had in a long time, and I didn’t experience any pain, headache, or gums bleeding afterwards. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Truly enjoyed my 1st experience from the time I walked in the vibe was pleasant. I was offered my choice of water or coffee. I was immediately called to the back and given a tour of the facility. Once I came to my personal room the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had jazzy neosoul music playing.. I absolutely loved it. Then on the wall I had my personal welcome greeting. Then to top it off, there was a gift bag waiting for me with nice goodies in there. My dentist hygienist, Kaydaja, hope I spelled it correctly, was so sweet. She allowed me to ask questions and she had an answer for them all. She made sure I was comfortable and not hurting the entire visit.We laughed and talked and just enjoyed the visit. Once the dentist came in she was very pleasant and really broke down my future treatment. I did not feel like I was an insurance patient but a patient. I truly recommend this establishment to all. You will truly enjoy it. I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: I’m super afraid of going to dentist for anything. Even the thought of it makes me panic. The staff is so patient and do not rush you. My teeth are clean and the staff really supported me through the process. I recommend the nitrous and neck pillow and blanket for people like me. They never once made me feel like it was strange to have such a phobia. Best dental experience in my life. I’m 49 years old. This office radiates kindness and understanding. Aallaya (might be spelled wrong) was incredible. 100% recommend.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning this morning. When I went back for my cleaning I advise the hygienist Madison that my gums were very sensitive and I needed numbing gel or an injection to numb my gums. Upon Madison returning she proceeded as though I hadn't advised her of anything. I've had cleanings here before and never experienced the pain and lack of empathy I felt today. Her dismissive attitude has feeling like this is no longer the dentist office for me. The Dentist has always been kind and caring towards me and anyone I've referred to her. In closing I must say its sad when one bad apple spoils it for the whole bunch.

She was very professional, easy to understand, pleasant to talk with and very friendly. She was concerned for my comfort and explained everything as my appointment progressed. I even bragged on her to Clair upfront and came home and told my family (patient’s there) about her. Dr. Reynolds is awesome too. I hope Dr. Reynolds has plans to keep Kade’sa. I feel that she would be a great addition to the team!

So compassionate and was reminded several times by the dental assistant that she would take care of me. She called me by name each time—it was so reassuring. And then Dr Reynolds was very welcoming and was reassuring as well as she explained how she could help with making me more comfortable. It was the most pleasant environment I have ever had in a dentist office.
