Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Very efficient and professional. Assistant Elaisha took x rays real fast. Dr Ngo was excellent and showed me the reason and purpose for the treatment plans. Very kind in explaining each item in the x rays. Even showed me with a mirror. Did not pass me judgement for the state of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 10 and she’s been going here for at least six years. She has never had to have a shot. They have the laser treatment there. I do believe it’s called Solaro. I don’t really think they charge for that but it’s really nice. The doctor is very gentle.

Positive experience: My dentist was a lady who did my cleaning and she was amazing. I felt comfortable through the whole process. I wouldn’t mind if she did my teeth every time. Update: I just received a bill and got billed for things I did not agree as she made it seem like it was part of the cleaning which IS included. Now I have to pay a lot for extra things. So when this dentist tells you I’m going to do A, B and C, make sure you ask: Is this included in my insurance and plan? If not, how much is this going to cost me? Now I know to do that because when I got the bill, I was surprised. Do not agree to extra stuff without a statement. Same thing recently happened to my husband. The male dentist isn’t there anymore it’s the lady now and she tends to do treatments without letting you know the cost. So you get a surprise expensive bill unfortunately. I rather a dentist be honest with me and upfront than do something without my consent and I get a surprise later.

They advocate for healthy gums and teeth not just a beautiful smile. The doctors are gentle to the touch and have great technology to make you comfortable. My kids moved from one of those kids dental office to here and love it. It doesn’t feel soo busy but they definitely are. The staff is great at communicating at your preference which is great because I text them all the time! Whether it’s about appointments, billing or just to say hi. I’m honestly grateful for this place as they have saved me and my family a few times for emergency situations. I highly recommend Smile 32 to everyone, small kids, teens, adults and anyone scared of the dentist! You won’t regret it!

Positive experience: Great experience. I came in for a second opinion due to ongoing pain and my previous dentist missing a cavity that was not completely cleaned out. The dentist was thorough, took pictures and showed me the results, provided me options, and I felt better knowing I did the right thing. Smile32 Dental is now my new dentist. I did not give 5 stars because I want to see a filling or other work done to fully access. This appt was for consult and X-rays only. Very thorough and professional!!

Fantastic experience: Customer service is amazing! Office is clean and modern. Would definitely recommend! The dentists there are very informative and are big on educating their patients (which I absolutely love). They also lay everything out in black and white so you know what to expect and aren’t clueless as to what you’re having done or paying for.

Fantastic experience: Always get wonderful service at Smile32 Dental. Prices are very reasonable. They’re professional and the bi-yearly teeth checkup and cleaning is done very thoroughly, never rushed, my teeth feels most clean when I leave than any other dentistry I’ve been to. The place is very clean and never too crowded like other places. They book enough time in between patients so you don’t have to wait too long or have too many people in one area. I will be taking my children out of their Kids Dental and bringing them to Smile32 as I just found out they do kids dental as well.

Fantastic experience: My son is not a fan of having strangers in his mouth. Even his dentist that he had been seeing since he first got his teeth. But here at Smile32 he let them take a few x-rays, let them do the cleaning, and although he still struggled a little bit, let Dr Dyal do the exam. He even needed some small fillings done on his front teeth. Dr Dyal had such great patience with him during his filling appointment and explained everything to him so he knew what was happening. Lorena did a great job at keeping him happy and calm as well. At the end of the appointment. They were able to finish the fillings. I was impressed at the patience they had with my son and that my son let them do the fillings. He definitely got a prize that day from both the Doctor and myself! Thank you guys for helping my son!

Fantastic experience: Honestly I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve only had 1 dentist in my life and he retired back in 2015. I haven’t gone to anyone since then, simply because I hear so many horror stories and I started a family within that time frame. But I’m so glad I came here because customers service was so outstanding! Right when i walked in it was super clean and everything looks so modern. 5mins of me walking into the door they took me back for X-rays then immediately after sat me down in the chair and the lady that assisted me was so kind and very good at her job! When I tell you she went in on my teeth she WENT IN. She took her time and was very thorough! Then the doctor came in, took another set of pictures of my teeth to show me exactly what they were seeing. Long story short, I my 2 wisdom teeth have been bothering me, I scheduled an appointment to have them removed. And it wasn’t months in advance they had appointments as soon as the next week. So far so good.! I’m happy that I went and experienced such great service.
