Negative experience: The receptionist was very rude. I called an asked a question and she hung up in my face. This should not happen in a business setting. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Nicole is hands down the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! She’s incredibly gentle, thorough, and makes the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Fantastic experience: I have gone to many dental offices in the area and just couldn’t seem to find the right office for me. Other offices always seemed pushy, difficult to get appointments with and even unapproachable. I was ready to give up until I found Low Family Dental. I’ve been coming here for regular cleanings and miscellaneous dental work for a few years now and I love it. Dr. Jen is extremely kind and always makes me feel comfortable. The Hygenist, Nicole is great as well! In addition, my husband has also started going to Low Family Dental and sees Dr.Jonathan Low, who is equally as great as his sister, Dr.Jen. Everyone treats you like family here! 10/10

Nicole was my dental hygienist today. The care that she gives her patients is above what I could ever ask for. The entire office feels like a family that I’m a major part. I have an extreme fear of any medical procedure or visit and without the great staff I would never have the chance to overcome my fear and be seen.

Dr William Low was my dentist in 1957, his son Dr Gary Low was my dentist in 1976 now Gary’s daughter Dr. Jennifer Low Is My dentist. Jennifer is kind, efficient and always takes the time to answer all of your questions. If you’re looking for a dentist, I think you would be very happy with Low Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: My elderly mother had her partials break, needed them ASAP for her ladies group luncheon and her dentist had retired? I contacted Dr. Low family dental office and the helpful & kind lady understood and was able to schedule her with an appt. Went for appt only to be met by wonderful(Office staff & both Dr low's) they were so understanding, friendly & professional. They knew how important my wanted her partials ..but did not promise when? (of course had to be sent to labs). To our surprise we received a call later in day that they were done & ready for pickup! Made my moms day. Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment as a new patient with Low Dental. I was running a little late but the staff was all prepared for me and took me straight into the room for my procedure. Everyone was extremely friendly, including the dentist, Jonathan. He did his exam and found that my broken tooth was infected and needed to be extracted. He administered the numbing meds and whole extraction took about 5 min with no pain. Everyone was very professional, pleasant and competent. I actually enjoyed my trip to the dentist. They were awesome!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jonathan checked my tooth #19. I thought he was just going to check it and setup a treatment plan. He filed down the tooth so that my tongue wouldn't be so sore and toughed up. Great dentist, so thoughtful! When I go back next month, the ooth will be repaired and the crown will be put on. Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple dental offices before in the past and let me tell you this is the BEST dentist office I have been to there so clean and friendly. There always going above and beyond to make there pashents comfortable. Im a big chicken with the dentist but I'm 100% relaxed when im there. Doctor Christine and Dr Jonathan are vary friendly and dental assistant Erica is the best she is so nice. Also the two receptionist are awsome they remembered me from the get go. A friend of mine recommended Low Family Dental to me and after a long time of considering it I finally took the leap and booked an appointment and I wish I would’ve done it sooner! My dental hygienist talks me through what she’s doing and she always answers any questions I have. The keep conversation and it’s nice to come back after 6 months and pick up on conversations about topics I shared with them in the past. It shows they care and respect their patients. My dental hygienist told me where my efforts weren’t the strongest and my teeth have had significant improvement since my visit! I 100% recommend them to anyone in search of a new dental office with staff that put you first!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been treated by a couple of generations of Low family dentists, but this was my first time at this practice because my previous Low dentists retired. I saw the daughter (Jennifer) my previous dentist and she was very pleasant when discussing my dental needs. I anticipate she will do well assuming my future dental care. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The condition of the facilities were neat and clean. Overall, since this location is much closer to my home, being treated here will be much more convenient for me.
