Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Brookside Dental since I was a kid (I an 25) and have only had the best experiences! The dentist has always been a challenge for me with sensory issues, especially as an adult, but the staff are always so friendly and careful. It makes the experience ten times better! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Negative experience: They don't even deserve a single star. The most rudest, unwelcoming front desk receptionist. Many times had me on hold and would pick up if i called back because she forgot 2 times that i was on hold. Got a cleaning done where their machine stopped 4 times and even burned me a little due to the machines malfunction and the hygienist even said sorry which means it was indeed a malfunction and not me. Got 2 fillings done and got it redone 2 times due to their incompetence, and resurfacing 4 times, nothing worked and at the very end they called me after a week in the office at 8am just to tell me that my teeth was broken. No evidence, no x-rays, she said "i saw it was cracked when i was redoing the filling". THEN WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME RIGHT THERE AND THEN? why had me wait a week under immense pain? sent me to a hospital, i decided to get a second opinion from a different dentist, guess what? got it redone, no crack was found when the new dentist took the filling out, did it again and i am now pain free all perfect. Pathetic service, Pathetic doctors, Pathetic receptionist. 0/5

Negative experience: I am disabled and have chronic illnesses. I was brought back, assessed, and went through a treatment plan all for them to call me and tell me they are denying me services because of my disabilities. Did I get a refund? NOPE. They didn’t even give me refill on the antibiotics they prescribed. If I get sepsis and die no biggie I guess. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sophia, my hygienist, makes dental cleanings comfortable and efficient. She takes such care and attention to delicately cleaning every surface of your teeth and always takes into consideration areas that may be sensitive! "Doc" Ed, my dental assistant, always brings a smile to my face whenever I come in for an appointment! He has the best sense of humor and does his job so expertly, that the whole process of your procedure ends before you know it! Finally, I cannot say enough about Dr Lang!! He has made ALL of my dental experiences not just bearable, but enjoyable, with his gentle and graceful approach. I have never once felt uncomfortable or even in pain for too long without him immediately noticing and addressing it! This is an office I am so proud to share with my family and friends, and I am so grateful I still get to consider myself a patient of Brookside Dental Care.

All of the staff members, from the front desk employees to the dentists, are extremely hospitable and good-natured. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Z because of her precision and passion for dental care. Dr. Z is also very nice and makes every dental visit go smoothly. Additionally, I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Pritsky and he, too, was very professional and made the procedure less daunting. I highly suggest going to this dental office!!

Fantastic experience: I love everything about Brookside Dental Care. You get the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the moment you walk in or when you call the office. You are always greeted by name and welcomed with a smile. Before finding out about Brookside Dental Care, I would dread any trip I had to make to the dentist. That all changed once I was referred over here and started to see Dr. Roger Lang. I knew from my first appointment that this is where I wanted to be. Dr Lang is always so kind, gentle, patient and very funny. He cares about every patient and takes time to explain everything thoroughly. He even takes the time to do follow up calls to make sure I am feeling ok days after a procedure (no other dentist that I've seen had ever done that). Even my teeth cleaning appointments are enjoyable. My dental hygienist, Sofia, is wonderful and absolutely amazing! She takes her time and is very gentle but also very thorough. My teeth feel so clean after each visit and I'm always given advice/tips on how to properly care for my teeth once I get home. Every dental procedure I've had, has always be done with the uttmost care. I truly feel like my teeth are better and healthier because I have maintained my appointments and have a dentist who actually cares about helping me maintain good dental care. If you are not 100% in love with your current Dental Care, I HIGHLY recommend everyone to switch over to Brookside Dental now! You will not regret it. The whole Brookside Dental team is PHENOMENAL. Every person does their job so exceptionally well!!! I am so happy and very pleased to be a patient of Brookside Dental Care. A BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Lang, Ed, and Sofia for helping me change the way I look at going to the dentist. Now I look forward to every appointment because I know I am in good hands.

Negative experience: I would not recommend. They charged me $124 for one 3 minute x-ray and a 2 minute consult with the DDS to look at a tooth that had a filling fall out. I wanted it to be filled back up. The doctor told me I needed to get a root canal. I told them I was broke and just wanted it filled. They refused, and so I left and went down the street to Mark Chao DDS, 2509 W. March Lane. Dr. Chao gave me a free exam and reviewed the x-ray for free and said he could fill it. I came back a week later and got it filled for a great price and Dr. Chao gave me complimentary x-rays. I would not recommend Brookside Dental Care, but I would definitely recommend Mark Chao DDS.

Negative experience: I came here because my regular dentist was out of office. The dentist bed side manner here can use some help. I got 2 fillings, I was having problems with 1 filling I called and I was seen the following week but the dentist never once checked the tooth I was having issues with he just glanced at the xray and proceeded to tell me how sugar isn’t good for our teeth and how I should try substitute sugars as well as a different toothpaste. I 100% was not being heard and instead dismissed. Due to the pain I was experiencing I was able to be seen by my original dentist and there in fact was a problem with the filling it had gotten unstuck and if the dentist would had just looked at my teeth instead of blaming sugar they would have been able to see that the filling wasn’t secure and it was in fact not normal for it to hurt when I flossed or bit down. Now I will have to pay out of pocket to fix this mistake when I allowed them an opportunity to fix it.

Fantastic experience: i got my bottom wisdom teeth removed, it went by really smoothly and healed very quickly. this is a solid place to go for dental visits

Positive experience: This place isn’t horrible . But I’m writing this to save someone’s else’s time (perhaps another busy immigrant searching for a decent dentist). Since I had never been to the dentist in the United States I thought Brookside Dental was the regular dentist experience in America. After I visited a different (recommended by family) dentist I realized I was wrong. Everything Brookside dental does is just so vague. No x Ray pictures , no explanation however their prices are very high. This place is OKAY. But okay isn’t good enough for the prices they charging. I had visited another dentist very close to this location. And I’m speechless at the differences between the two.

I just got 2 implants to take the place of some missing teeth. The process took about 10 months. I am so happy with my new teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pritsky completed my wisdom teeth removal of all four just a little over a month ago and the experience was personally very intimidating but made easier with the staff at Brookside Dental. The office staff are all friendly and helpful to answer any questions and they work to remember you. I chose to be awake for my procedure and it was quick and I given instructions about what was going to be done before and what I should do after. For after they even gave me a paper that made it much clearer once I was home of anything I may have forgotten. I have also gotten cleanings done here and the dental care I got during that was great as they made it clear of different options for any difficulties you may have. I have gone here for almost a year now and I will be continuing with Brookside Dental as I have tried many dentist in Stockton and here I have very little wait time if any and a good experience every time.

Negative experience: I don't even know where to start. The customer service was good but the work itself was horrible. Seems like it was perform by a newbie. This place messed up my tooth. I had some services done in the beginning of 2022 and it was only good for 3 months. They put a crown on the lower right side and it has been a night mare ever since. I have been so frustrated by the constant pain. I was not able to eat at all on that side of my mouth. I just got it fixed recently. Very horrible experience.
