Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first day at this dentist getting all of my X-rays done. They took me in right away, got my X-rays done and told me what my treatment was that I needed. I was happy to hear that I only needed to replace 1 crown instead of seven like this other place wanted to charge me and I needed the deep Cleaning which they could do in one sitting where the other place was going to do it in two sittings and charge a lot more. I couldn’t be happier with this place and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: Ro was very gentle and great cleaning. They don’t seem to try to upsell you anything you don’t need. You can request an extra cleaning a year, which I recommend. Of course like anything if your teeth are bad, they might ask to fix it. That is absolutely normal.

Fantastic experience: Over a period of a year or so I had numerous procedures completed at Lakefront Smiles. Each person, from office to dentist worked with me to ensure I knew what was happening when, with whom, how long, how much. We discussed every detail so they were aware of my wants and expectations. They made sure I was aware of the best way to reach those goals. When I had questions or concerns regarding anything, the person handling that area made sure their answers and solutions were clear and correct. When issues arose they were quickly rectified. I’m very particular about my dentistry and felt each person in each position was equally as particular about how well they did their work and that we were both happy with their results. I’m tremendously satisfied with my dental health and once again having a smile I’m happy to show. My many thanks to the Lakefront Smiles staff.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. I prefer to pay cash for my treatment. The cleaning hygienist is very gentle. I am having two crowns too! Privately run (to my knowledge) is better for me , rather than corporate chained. Thats why i decide to pay cash instead of subsidized. Thank you!

The staff was very attentive to our schedule, punctual to follow up and informative upon providing suggested treatment. My daughters were also seen (ages 8,4) and both had a great experience. Fantastic experience: I have truthfully had such a great experience at this place thus far. Truthfully, I had not been to the dentist in a while, and I was having a hard time trusting locations due to constant high pricing at the dental offices I was seeing. It seemed as if every procedure big or small was ridiculously priced or changed at the appointment. The staff here have been so kind and upfront with pricing, welcoming, and so quick and efficient with appointments. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I called at least 20 offices around the Stockton area at 4pm and they were all closed but not Lakefront! The service was great! The team was very knowledgeable. Front desk also went out of there way to work a payment plan out with me without going through the credit check process. This pushed some of my work back to later date which was perfect because I was able to focus on the immediate work that was in my budget at the moment. Samantha, Isella, and renuka were very helpful in this process and also in helping me to understand the insurance process and how to fully utilize my benefits and maximize them.

Fantastic experience: I had a phenomenal experience at Lakefront Smiles. I called on Saturday morning because I had a really bad toothache. I scheduled an appointment online for 11 a.m., but when I called to see if anything earlier was available, Daisy at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to get me in at 8:30 a.m. The doctor was very kind and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. They were able to accommodate me the same day and even completed an extraction on an infected tooth! I highly recommend this doctor and the team at Lakefront Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Happy Saturday and happy cleaning time. The lady the who help me today dint even introduce herself but her work not really good compared for the last time. All water was dripping on my neck, but I guess it’s ok. The Dr. Was telling me I was a stubborn and he said I wasn’t brush my teeth all the time so I told him “ excuse me”? He changed the tone of his voice. I noticed all the employee was new so I miss the old one with a good customer service. He even don’t want to sign the paper works that require for my work. So Mr. Sith sign it hope this will help.

One day, I needed some repairs on one of my partial teeth, so I called them for an emergency appointment. As soon as I explained the situation, they quickly scheduled me in. Since my partial teeth are over five years old, it’s time for a new set. They provided me with an estimate of what my dental insurance would cover and what I would need to pay out of pocket. I mentioned that I had a wedding coming up and hoped they could make my new partial teeth in time, and they did! I was so grateful that they could meet my needs. I needed a few adjustments, and they were very accommodating, allowing me to schedule an appointment as long as I called ahead. Thank you, Dr. Sethi, Dr. Renuka, and their fantastic team! Fantastic experience: The receptionist were all super kind and patient answering my questions. The dentists are great here. All are very patient and cautious. They do a good job explaining what they see and the next steps. Even when they are doing my cleaning they are very considerate and caring. They definitely make a trip to the dentist a calmer and relaxing experience.

Positive experience: All was good but receptionist was misinformed and told me I was scheduled for a deep cleaning, which I know is not true. It was confirmed when the dentist did a regular cleaning (prophy) and told me I have “excellent oral hygiene”. The issue is that the receptionist was insisting that I was there for a deep cleaning. I asked her when have I had a deep cleaning before. She was scanning my chart and not finding it. Asked me to sit down. Called me back up and said there was a mistake. No apology. The Dr apologized, but how can the receptionist give me a misdiagnosis like that? Perhaps she should listen to the patient before making such assumptions. Everyone else and dental treatment was good, except this receptionist needs more education on good manners and patient relations. Hope she gets it.

Positive experience: Dr. R. and RDA were very nice, front desk receptionist was alright but misinformed, stating I was there for a deep cleaning, which would be a misdiagnosis, since Dr. R. said I have “excellent dental hygiene”. Plus, I pride myself in never having had a deep cleaning in my life! I felt insulted when a receptionist is insisting that I’ve had deep cleanings before, which basically is giving me a misdiagnosis. When I asked her when did I have had a deep cleaning in the past, the receptionist could not find it anywhere on my chart. Then said “there was a mistake”, but didn’t apologize. Where were her manners? However, Dr. R. did apologize and the 2nd receptionist did apologize, so that helped. So, the office and dental care are great….just one misinformed receptionist needs a bit more patient relations education and experience.

Negative experience: Staff are friendly and nice. Place is clean. The problem is that they are not considerate of your time. They will tell you your appt is at 830. But you will be seen at 9 all while they are chatting it up in the back. From there it’s another 30 min of waiting to get started. Apparently the computer/equipment work sometimes and sometimes they don’t. It’s ridiculous how much waiting you have to do here. A one hour visit turns into 2 hours minimum.

Negative experience: The staff is very friendly. My husband and I came here I had my routine cleaning done and he had to get a crown on his front tooth. My cleaning was fine but his experience was horrible. When they put on the final crown he now had a gap, when he complained they did not take responsibility and were blaming him. At the end they did re-do the crown but the dentist treated him very poorly.

Negative experience: Went to this dentist for a routine cleaning, they performed X-rays per usual, upon inspection of X-rays the dentist tells me I had 8 cavities and needed a root canal. I was skeptical of this diagnosis and decided to leave to get a 2nd opinion. To no surprise, the next dentist I saw told me I had 0 cavities and a root canal was absolutely unnecessary. This practice is running scams on patients and advising unnecessary work to hike up the bill and create more profit. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical thing to do and I will be filing a report with the California Dental Board to further investigate this office.

Negative experience: My daughter had an appointment at 4:00. A few days before the appointment they called me and asked me if I could come in at 4:30. I said yes. The day of the appointment they called me in the morning and asked me if I would be able to come in at 3:00. I said no and they offered 4:00. I said okay. I arrived at 3:50. I watited until 4:35 and asked them if it was almost our turn. They said it would be around 30 more minutes because they had a patient ahead of me. I couldn't wait any longer my daughter was already getting annoyed and bored. They seemed very unorganized and unprofessional calling to reschedule appointments just for them to make us wait longer. I asked for a refund and will never go back. There were more patients waiting a long time that day. They also seemed annoyed and tired of waiting.

Fantastic experience: Let’s face it. No one wants to even think about going to the dentist. So it helps a lot when there is that special someone behind the desk with just the right smile and soothing demeanor (Here’s to you, Samantha). Their prices are reasonable, but you better take pain well, because even with extractions it’s just ibuprofen to hopefully placebo you to sleep at night. The staff is definitely the best part of the trip!

Positive experience: The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, communicate well and are Available to answer questions. The reception area and exam rooms are clean and have a state of the art equipment. Would have given five stars, but I was was not seen at the appointment time given.

Negative experience: I want to start off by saying the Staff was very nice, but the male dentist that checked me was rude and dismissive. I mentioned I wanted a second opinion and he ridiculed me for it. I have had a very bad experience in the past due to a shady dental practice that eventually got shut down for their unethical work so that is why I always like to get a second opinion. I’m not sure why he seemed offended by me wanting a second opinion saying “you’re not shopping at target or Walmart” very rude comment to make to a patient. He rushed through everything, literally sat with me for 5 min or less. Didn’t even do a thorough check of his own. I made the mistake of telling him what the last dentist recommended because he immediately took it to his own advantage and didn’t do his due diligence as dentist to check me properly. Such a waste of my time. Very unprofessional and lack of mannerism on his end. I rarely ever leave reviews but this one was necessary.

I went in very nervous and worried but they were all super cool and made me feel comfortable. the receptionist Litzy is as nice as they come and all the workers are awesome. Harmeet worked on my teeth and was amazing and got the job done way quicker than I expected. I have recommended them to a bunch of people already.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for two years . Liz the receptionist is so kind and very thorough on details of your bill/ treatment/ appts. I am currently going through the Invisalign process and doctor Sethi has always been available when I have concerns or complications. She is very thorough and honest with her exams. She also got me the best recommendation for a root canal procedure.she is very knowledgeable and always has an alternate to treatment. She listens to your concerns no matter how small. The staff is pleasant and always energetic when I go in. I recommend this place 10/10 . You will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: went in for a routine cleaning, and as always they took x-rays at the start of the appointment. dentist seemingly reviewed said x-rays, but apparently couldn't tell that i had had my wisdom teeth removed from those x-rays. she then told me i had multiple cavities, which was interesting because the last couple times i had been there for cleanings (in the last year) and complained about tooth sensitivity, i was just recommended sensodyne and heard nothing about any cavities. the dentist then looked at my teeth for about 30 seconds tops (did not clean the plaque off my teeth) before sending me to the receptionist, who then pulled up a "current" chart and told me i needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled after i had confirmed they were gone. i was then told i'd have to wait six months to only get some of the cavities filled, and who knows how much longer for the rest. this isn't the only issues we've had here, but it's going to be the last, because this was utterly ridiculous and completely unprofessional. the lack of communication is outstanding, between both staff and patients. it's ridiculous that i wasn't told earlier this year during the two other appointments i attended that i had several cavities. what were they even taking x-rays for this whole time? am i supposed to believe that these all just appeared in under six months? seeking new dental care, and i'd recommend anyone else who's having issues here does the same.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place. I randomly came across this dental clinic when looking for a dental office to visit. Liz has been amazing throughout the whole process. She is professional, very kind, and gives great explanations on what each procedure means. She definitely makes the process go a lot smoother.

Negative experience: I came in for my routine cleaning and exam. Did my x-rays, the assistant used a little paste, probably fluoride idk, brushing and flossed. Waited for the Doctor and when the Doctor saw me, looked at my teeth, not even for 10 seconds, and said my teeth looked good and I didn’t need anything done. So you’re telling me I don’t need anything cleaned even thought it’s almost been a year since my last cleaning?? Unbelievable crazy cause I couldn’t believe it. What a waste of my money. Because of that I’m switching dentist, the staff were nice though.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit,I had broken my front tooth,and I'm really impressed how quickly they were able to see me,and very satisfied with how awesome they were able to repair my tooth! And so quickly,all the staff are very polite and they make you feel welcome,the doctor was really good at explaining everything that needed to be done,I'm very happy with my new dental family!Liz did a awesome job helping me out!
