Fantastic experience: Today I had a scheduled root canal appointment. The dental assistant, Laura, was amazing—she was very kind, gentle, and understanding, which helped me feel comfortable during the procedure. The doctor dentist was also good; however, I feel there could be a little more communication about what to expect and what steps are coming next during the root canal. Everyone is very nice it seem like a nice work environment

Fantastic experience: Love this place so much! Been coming here for some years now for myself and my daughters and the service is always the same, AWESOME! The ladies in the front for check in are always so nice and make me feel like they actually care about the patients and not there to just “work”. The dentists and other staff in the back are also always nice and friendly. I walk out of here with a better smile and more hope in humanity, that there are still good people in this world.

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed in the service yesterday at Suave Dental in Stockton, CA. I sat in the dentist chair for an hour and a half waiting for a routine cleaning. Now the staff knowing there was only one dentist that day there should have been courtesy calls to the patients that had appointments to give them the option to reschedule or not. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE….. I got up and left…

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 stars they are so unprofessional here. Got a root canal and it failed because they don’t know what they’re doing at this place. Honestly should shut down. And on top of them always messing up they try and do unnecessary things for more money. Thank god I didn’t get any other root canals from them like they recommended then I would have had to pay another 400 for when it failed. Bunch of BS fake dentist

Fantastic experience: second time here, had two root canals done and granted it did slightly hurt the female doctor dentist and alex was very understanding and accommodating to the pain i was having. they are both nice with good attitudes. once done i went to the next hall to get fitted for my temp tooth i got to pick out the shade i wanted and everything. Shyann RDA was superrrrrr nice . omg i love her attitude and positiveness . nonetheless i haven’t had a bad experience yet and will update as my treatment plan goes. they also accept Medi-cal which is a plus for my situation

Negative experience: All they want is your money. They don't care how much pain your in. They want you to drop everything for same day appointments like you don't have a job or other meetings attend too. The dentist there is rude and has no consideration for your needs. All they want is your money.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit at Suave Dental in Stockton. Immediately when I entered the office I was greeted with kind friendly smiles. The wait was no longer than 5min. The technician who took my xrays was friendly, kind and explained everything well. I had a deep cleaning and the doctor that worked on my was the best. She made sure to keep checking to make sure I was comfortable when she gave me shots in my gums to help numb me…her attentiveness to my needs made me feel so much better. Her assistant was also very friendly and funny to help mae me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone who I came in contact with during my visit sure did make me feel, comfortable and made me feel like they truly cared about me. Thank you!

Negative experience: If you go here, be prepared for last minute changes because they might try to do a completely different procedure than what you were scheduled for. This has happened to me multiple times and I drive over an hour to get there. The first time, I came in for wisdom teeth extractions. Instead, they told me I was getting fillings and a deep cleaning. The hygienist did not even complete the deep cleaning and walked out saying I needed to be rescheduled because my gums were bleeding too much. I am pregnant and increased bleeding is very normal during pregnancy. It felt unnecessary to stop the procedure altogether. The second time, I was scheduled again. When I went in to consult with a new dentist, she said she could not perform the procedure that day even though that appointment had already been scheduled in advance. I had to come back again the following week. When I finally returned for the procedure, the dentist gave me multiple numbing shots. I told her I was not getting numb. She said she could not give me any more anesthetic and claimed my OB GYN did not approve a stronger numbing medication. That was not accurate. She then said she could still pull the tooth but would not give me any additional medication. That was extremely concerning and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I am simply trying to take care of my teeth like I always have. The front desk staff are very kind, but both dentists had poor attitudes and were argumentative when I raised concerns. One even attempted to remove a tooth that was not bothering me. I would not recommend this office.

Negative experience: I had two appointments, both appointments I was very sick and couldn’t go in. Ask to reschedule well said they can no longer schedule me due to me missing which I didn’t! I called and couldn’t come in. I had an appointment for Dec 18 which they called and canceled and I still have that voicemail of them telling me. My tooth chipped and is really hurting. I called them since Feb 5th and I had to call them and tell them and was told that! I honestly was only supposed to get a root canal done only with them and was supposed to go back to the other dentist but they just cocked blocked and did what I was supposed to get done at the other place! I have so much more complaints but I’m gonna leave it here.

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST IN STOCKTON, on everything I know. They will treat you instantly if you are in pain or need assistance , they are very gentle and very accommodating. All the front staff ladies and nurse staff workers are amazing and very friendly. Come to Suave Dental Stockton the best dentist around! Never again will I go anywhere else! A+++

Negative experience: Suave dental in stockon is the worst they didn't do my sons root canel correctly and he got a really bad infection , I was trying to get his antibiotics for about 2 weeks but they kept sending it to wrong places for example they sent it to new jersey I got referral out to a specialist and to get the dam paper of the referral they took 1 and a half to send it over to the office and because of that my son couldn't get seen I drove 1 hour to go see that specialist.FOR SURE I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THEM EVER AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: I've never felt comfortable at the dentist, but arriving at suave dental I was greeted by a nice and helpful staff, I went in for a root canal and a crown and it was painless and comfortable and a happy atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Shyann did fantastic work yesterday on capping my temporary crown, everytime i smile in the mirror i cant thank her enough! the whole appointment start to finish was great, the receptionist was very welcoming and did not leave me feeling out of place what so ever! also the lady dentist was very pleasant and patient with me too during my appointment, offering breaks during my root canal while frequently asking me how i am doing and if i feel any pain, she was also very efficient with her work and the rumors couldnt be more true with her skills and knowledge on root canal work, she did a great job & had me in and out in less than an hour with both my root canal and deep cleaning services. i also want to note that the gentleman who did my xrays at my first appointment with suave dental that revealed the tooth needing my same root canal was very professional and very mindful while taking the X-rays using great precaution that was truley appreciated when placing the camera on different areas kf my mouth for the xray photos as i had a broken tooth and when reflecting on previous experiences with other x ray techs while being examined at past dental appointments were very rough in comparison, unlike the xray texh at suave, most if not all other xray techs assigned with assisting me were very voolent with the cameras, shoving the camera in and out of my mouth in a hurry while jerking my head all around, concerned more on in my head is lined up with the camera for the shot capturing what specifica were requested by the dentist at that current time & truley just want to generally thank suave dental for making my very first root canal as pleasant of an experience as i gruley believe that they possibly could and not a complete nightmare. 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a horrible experience in a dentist office last year in Manteca so I was so scared to come in. Dr. Dholakiya and her team Shyann and Wendy were so amazing. She knocked out a root canal last week with absolutely no pain. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone. Everyone is so nice and amazing. Thank you so much! I’m finally not in anymore pain.

Negative experience: Ok,so I had given this place a great review at first but the place has changed so much in such little bit of time I couldn't help but to pass on the truth that's going on there..the manager there,SUPER rude,SUPER disrespectful and I will tell you now, be wise when choosing your dentist.. when I went there,they had great dentists and it was all good but then I started noticing how they treat people different if you aren't all about money..I went there recently and saw yet another new dentist which I didn't question at first but then I did find out that the dentist I liked,left on pregnancy leave so I thought,no big deal.. when I tell you this dentist hurt me,I'm not exaggerating! She went to numb me,barely put anything on my gums to help numb it before the shots and didn't wait long enough so when she did the shots,I was yelling/loud groaning that even the assistant tells me to BREATHE.. so painful,I was so upset after that.. anyways,she did the work only to realize she didn't do it right..so to make this story shorter, I set up a new appointment to get this work gone wrong done and the dentist I saw,a different one, agreed with me that work had to be redone because it wasn't done right the first time..this so called manager, decides to tell me very rudely (because I didn't have cash in my hand) that my next appointment has to be with the dentist that hurt me like hell,and did a horrible job and that she was to decide if the work was to be done over and if so,then it would have to come out the pocket..I've been coming here for years and I can't believe just how ugly a person can be when judging others who may not be rich or carry an insurance that pays them the big bucks... horrible place and not because the work is horrible but more because the way you are treated so if your not really rich or have the best insurance ever,maybe don't put yourself in the way of being made felt low and degraded (oh and a bit judged)..

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever I do NOTT recommend going here they just want you’re money! I understand they were trying to “help” me and say that if i got a top molar extracted id need a bone graph so my bone wouldn’t get messed , mind you I’m pregnant and i know how painful the healing process is for a bone graph is, my sister had one and had to take medication I wouldn’t be able to take cuz im 34 weeks.. i had already had the other side top molar side taken out 5 yrs ago and i look okay they never mentioned bone graph or anything they literally just took the same tooth out other side cuz of how much pain i was in ! Suave dental really just wanted the money bc they said it would be the same any where else but that was a lieee!!! comunity medical centers on march lane did amazing!! job ! ❤️I was in so much pain while pregnant and hadn’t ate for about 3 days I couldn’t drink water either and just because I didn’t want to pay $400 for something not to necessary suave dental wouldn’t take my tooth out and help me and like i said I had been in severe pain crying for 4 days. I really recommend community medical centers!! Amazing place they do there job so fast took my tooth out no questions I’m so thankful to them!!!

Negative experience: If I could give a zero I would. I heard bad things about bout this office from other people but my daughter had no choice at the time. They really should be closed down. Do not waste your time going to this so-called dental office. My daughter went here and it took them forever to do anything and nothing but excuses.. they did a so-called deep cleaning on her which took 5 minutes. Normally they have to numb your mouth and it takes an hour. She had to go somewhere else to get the rest of her work done. They refused to take my daughter's tooth out unless she paid $400 for a bone graft. You dont need a bone graft unless you're going to get an immediate implant! If you are going to accept Medi-Cal insurance you should know that whomever has this insurance cannot afford an unnecessary $400 bone graft. They obviously are in it for profit and not to help people. Shame on them.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I was scheduled for a root canal and my appointment was rescheduled 3 time and the 4th time I actually went in and they said they don’t have me on their schedule for today. And I got no message or call from them about it cancelling. My appointment was for 3’o clock and once I went in they said they don’t schedule root canals for 3’o clock even tho they were the one’s booking and confirming my appointment knowing that I have to get a root canal done. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! If there was an option for 0 star I would give a 0.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS IS A DRILL AND FILL CLINIC NOTHING MORE I attended an appointment to complete fillings after being told of a small cavity. However, the appointment ran very long and the dentist was uncertain or unable to answer questions about why it was taking so long. Turns out she removed and replaced all of my existing fillings on that side of my mouth. This work was not disclosed or authorized to me at any point prior to the appointment. I would not have consented to it. It was not necessary. The dentist also cracked my crown during a procedure then denied it when I said it felt loose. When it fell out the next day *while I was flossing* and I returned to have it repaired I was told the tooth and crown broke because I didn't floss correctly. I've since moved to a new office and after the evaluation and reviewing photos and x-rays, it appears that the "deep cleaning" I had done only two months ago was not actually performed. The fillings that were replaced were not done well because now I have sensitivity that was not there before. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The dentists are incompetent and rude and most importantly they will do work on your teeth and bill your insurance for it without your consent. I had to file grievances with insurance to get work covered at another dental office since this office billed for work they didn't do or did incorrectly.

Negative experience: It took a long time to write this review because I was angry for a long, long, time and wanted to be fair in my review. But it still irkes me. I got 2 filling done in Sept 2023, and it was the worst dental work I have ever experienced. I came in 5 time between September and December 2023 complaining about intense tooth sensitivity, pain while chewing, and jaw pain, all of wich I did NOT experince until these fillings were done. By the time I went to another dentist I was told I had to have a root canal and crown because the nerve was already dead. I was in pain for months, waking up in pain. So no, I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: It isn't unusual to be apprehensive about going to the dentist. But the dentist at Suave Dental in Roseville is not your ordinary dentist. He is amazing! I have probably sat in more than a dozen different dental chairs in my lifetime (I'm in my 70s) and never has my experience been this incredible. I had a root canal done. Sounds pretty tough. Absolutely a totally pleasant experience. I wouldn't hesitate to have another root canal done if necessary -- as long as it is at Suave Dental. And the rest of the staff? They were equally awesome. When was the last time you were a patient in any type of medical facility and you thoroughly enjoyed everything about it? Probably never. So, next time you need dental work done, make sure you connect with Suave Dental. The Dentist is "special" and his staff is incredible. Finally, you can enjoy going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Extremely satisfied A+. Took my dad here for root canal, cleaning and filling (3+teeth) . I gotta say that I have finally found a team of dentists which I can trust and can certainly rely upon. They were through with the procedure and with the explanation of the procedure well. Negative experience: First time going to this place and I didn’t have a good experience. I saw that they had taken 2 of my insurances on their website which was awesome only reason I made an appointment and plus it had good reviews. I checked in and made sure they use both insurances only to find out they can only use one which they should have called and told me they accepted a different part of that insurance. I go and get X-rays and the technician wanted me to take out my piercings and I told him no I can’t and he said well if I can’t get good pictures for the doctor we might have to reschedule so you can take them out. Also the technician let my hair get caught in the Velcro so he had to pull it out which was horrible. The doctor CAN read my X-rays he was very thorough and he understood my problem with my tooth I had. Went in for a cleaning and yea won’t be going back. Awesome doctor and the lady that cleaned my teeth awesome and thank you.

Negative experience: I give it 1 star because I still have a messed up tooth and they only wanted to do crown work on a tooth that wasn’t bothering me until it costed over $900 out of my pocket. Needless to say they didn’t do ANYTHING!!! About the initial problem that I called them about. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE not even my arch nemesis!!!!

Fantastic experience: This 5 star review is based on Christine A services at the Stockton office. You need more Christine. Otherwise the office and other staffs would get a 1star. She was the reason my family came back. Other staffs need to get her temperament and training of how to take care and handle clients no matter who they are because you never know how this one unsatisfied client will spread how bad your business is. We all understand that staffs are the expert in the area they practiced but please don't patronize the clients when talking to us. Some of us do know our body, in this case, our mouth and teeth better than the staffs and when we tell you something is not right then something is not right. Fantastic experience: I went for a wisdom tooth removal, I don’t know the drs name but he was so professional and helpful, it took him 5 minutes to pull it out, also I think his name is Dell he’s a dental assistant he’s very helpful and very knowledgeable…

Negative experience: I am so very disappointed , I have been at this dentist for a few years now. I never had an issue until recently. Late November I was having a root canal done, Dr. Sharma I believe was so rude didn't ever introduce himsel, he kept poking me with anasthesia every time I'd say ouch, I had to stop after about the 5th rime and tell him he can't keep poking me he was being so rough with removing my nerve I literally cried. When I came home I had an open sore in the injection site which I have never experienced before. I had an appointment 3 weeks after the initial start to finish it off I had ro get off work early ro make it to my appt which by the way I received a call for reminder. Upon my arrival and waiting to be seen I get told they can't continue my root canal due to not receiving g and order and I would have to go in another time (why not tell me on the Phone before leaving my job early) so shortly after I end up getting a tooth infection. I go in the prescribe me meds which only 2 made it to the pharmacy but not the main one amoxocillin, fast fwd I've called COUNTLESS times to get this order resent to be told 2 different stories, 1st one they ancleed it because the dental assistant put in the wrong dosage. They I call in again today 12/5 and I'm told the order has been sent since the 28th of November which is the day I picked the other 2 up.. so again here I go calling the pharmacy to again be told NO they did not receive an order for amoxcillin at this point I feel like they're not taking my health into consideration taking this very extremely lightly. I was told I would get a check up call after the first 3 days and nothing in on day 7 today. I used to love this dentist and now unfortunately I do not. I will ge having to leave I miss my old dentist older Hispanic male very respectful and gentle not all dentists are alike but I'm sure now my tooth will have to be removed. Do better suave

Fantastic experience: We moved to a new city. I needed a new dentist not only for myself but for my dad and mom. My dad hasn’t haven’t had dentures in over 10 years. I had such a great experience when I met Christine that i felt comfortable and trusted Suave dental. My dad was scheduled for a consultation with Christine who was very sweet and welcoming to myself and my parents. My parents and I will be coming back!! Thank you Suave for making my visit memorable.

Fantastic experience: Took my mother to suave dental for pain in her teeth. Christine was able to schedule her for consultation and get my mom in the same week. The pain in her teeth was gone. Thank you Christine for taking care of my mom!!!
