Fantastic experience: The receptionist is always very helpful and polite the dentist was also very pleasant and the price was truly affordable. Burr rabbit the dentist and the other guy in the back really made it a smooth process

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that my experience with affordable dental & implants was great!! I went in for an adjustment, while sitting in the chair waiting for the doctor, I was thoroughly amazed at how Dr. Washington counseled the patients that was there . He took the time to explain each procedure an option in great detail. So that each client knew exactly was they were to receive or the options that best addressed their specific needs.

Fantastic experience: I was pleased with the service. My extraction was painless. Staff is friendly and I enjoyed the music playing in the office. I had to return because my neighboring tooth cap was mistakeinly taken off but after calling & texting I was seen early morning and it was replaced. Thank you

Positive experience: My appointment was at 11 my dentures was not ready until 12 this is not the 1st time I had to wait sometimes over 2hrs without a call for a delay.

Fantastic experience: Usually the waiting time is usually about 5 to 10 minutes. This time the waiting time was over an hour. I was informed of the waiting time. A change over in staff caused some of the delay. Majority of my visits have gone well

Fantastic experience: I want to give the staff and the doctor Stars. Especially David (Lab tech)and Rodneka and Tito( assistant) they really saved me today. I needed my teeth today. I'm a praise and worship leader. It's really bad to stand before people with a mask on worshipping God. The staff told me it would take about two weeks to get my teeth. I almost cried. I was speaking to Rodneka and telling her I have a singing engagement on Sunday. And that I would have to either get someone else or cancel. As it was David was passing by. He asked if I had anything else to do. I said my day is yours. He said he would try to have them ready for me today. I was jumping and dancing. I asked what time I needed to be back. They said about 3. I arrived at 3:15 and low and behold I was ready. Words can't express my gratitude. It's so embarrassing to walk around with a mask and you don't have a cold. The only other good thing that happened was that I lost 6 lbs because of this. So now I'm going to buy a thick steak and eat it,

Negative experience: Terrible experience at Stone Mountain location. Front staff and dentist were good, but whomever makes the dentures should have been fired! After 2 months without bottom at all and top that is too big and too wide, 4 redoes and 5 trips on my temporary denture I had to request refund and schedule elsewhere as the denture was just getting worst each time. But after all the frustration and over 10hr of drive to appointments ( should have been no more then 2 trips in my opinion) they did not refund me all of the money, $400 which I know were for the impression. I was too worked up from the whole thing too fight any harder to get that refunded as well and thought I would just contact corporate.....lol, I thought. That was impossible as you can't get to a person or get full mailbox. If it would not be embarrassing I would show how terrible they fit. I couldn't not even close my mouth.

Negative experience: This office is not professional at all. I had to come several visits for a wax try in, because they dont know what there doing. It’s nit the tech that’s making the teeth, it’s the assistant that are nit really trained to do there job!! Will never visit this practice again and I will make sure I let others know.

Negative experience: So far AWFUL EXPERIENCE, COMMUNICATION IS OFF, SCHEDULING IS OFF , ATTITUDE IS OFF, I wanted a second pair. So I thought to give stone mountain affordable dentures a chance my biggest regret ever. They are the generic of dentures. I feel as though I wasted 1900.00 dollars I did a fit in yesterday after 2 months of waiting I couldn't even close my mouth (HORSE TEETH)and the man that was there talking about they fit fine to him..... Sure he's not the one stuck with em. I am lost for words and is very disappointed. I go back for pickup on the 14th.... I just hope for 1900.00 dollars I will have a product I'm happy with I will update y'all later

Positive experience: The extractions went well however the dentures placed in mouth immediately following the extractions created an irritation in one spot that I did not have a tooth nor did I have that irritation prior to the precedure , this irritation caused me tremendous pain while I was not able to remove the dentures to relief the pain. That was the top denture, the bottom partial had sharp ends which also caused pain to the bottom of my mouth. The dentures was poorly made and was one sided, which is more than likely the cause for the sore it formed in my mouth. When I walked out with the temporary dentures I did not receive a case to put them in and no instructions of how to remove them or how to put them back in. The dentist was very gentle and asked if I was ok during the entire process. He talked to me and showed genuine concern. The after procedure instructions were very vague. I was in pain and shock after having that many teeth pulled at once so asking questions was the last thing on my mind. I just thought those little nuggets about how to remove and insert the temporary dentures would be included in the brief instructions I did get in the bag with no case to soak the dentures in.

Negative experience: Had the worst experience of my life, I had a previous Monday at 8 AM.arrived to my appointment in 10 minutes before. at 8:30 someone showed to be told that the office will be closed on that day. Made a new appointment, arrived at my appointment. ask the office manager how to repair would be done, my bottom denture It was broken in half. She told me the repair would be $100 and they would glue it back together. I asked her if I could speak to the technician she replied I can’t speak to the technician because they can’t speak to me, they are very busy… and they don’t have the time She was very rude, Everything was done at the receptionist desk in the front. I never went in the back, no one asked me how my dentures fit, if everything was okay, so if I didn’t want anyone to hear my business, tough luck for me. One of the most humiliating day of my life. office manager was so unbelievable insensitive.

Positive experience: My 1st bad experience was with the dental assistant (the lady) how she treated me and I’m disable. My 2nd bad experience is with the ladies at the front desk. I’m disable and I was standing there waiting to be help, the lady was on a call at the time. When the other lady came from back and 2 people came out she allowed them to go in front of me, and the other lady eventually got off the call and she did not attempt to help me she just let me stand there with my cane waiting . But the worse thing is , I’m disable.

I want to give the dentist a big shout-out for making my extractions as easy as possible, especially since I don’t like needles in my mouth. The team did everything they could to make sure my dentures were comfortable. The only downside was that after six months, I wasn’t called or notified to come in for my final impressions. Other than that, the office has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere

Negative experience: My spouse was completely misled by this company. He was given what appeared to be a quote for services, only to later find out that the nearly $2,000 payment was just the beginning price, not the full cost after paying. At no point was it clearly disclosed that this was a starting price rather than a comprehensive total. There was no transparent breakdown of charges, no thorough explanation of what additional costs would be required, and no meaningful opportunity to make an informed decision or compare pricing elsewhere. Under consumer protection principles and truth-in-advertising standards, businesses are required to clearly disclose material terms of a transaction. Failing to properly explain pricing structures — especially when a customer is being locked into financing or contractual payment — raises serious concerns under unfair and deceptive trade practice laws. To make matters worse, the office was closed on the day of his scheduled appointment despite confirmed reminders being sent. No phone call. No notice. Nothing. This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time and money. For an experience that was marketed as “life-changing,” this turned into a stressful, horrific situation. We now feel financially trapped because payment has already been made, without having been given full transparency upfront. Consumers deserve: Clear and honest pricing disclosures Written breakdowns of total costs before commitment Proper appointment communication The ability to make an informed decision without pressure tactics We strongly encourage anyone considering services here to demand a full written total cost breakdown before paying anything. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Negative experience: I have been wearing upper and lower dentures for over 40 years. This has been the worst experience in getting my dentures. It has taken over 4 months and they still are not right. They couldn't make them on-site and had to send them to an outside lab to have them made. The bite is off and my top dentures are to short making appear as if I have no upper teeth. I can't eat with them because they can't adjust them to my gums. I paid extra to get the premium vs the standard a waste of money and time. Will probably have to get some new one made when I can afford them. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is the staff is friendly and they really understand my concern and dissatisfaction with the whole process. Save you money and time and DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION STONE MOUNTAIN GA.

Negative experience: The staff was friendly during the process. The reason I gave a few stars was my dislike of my permanent. The temporary looks better. It seems when I voiced my concern, it was blown off with no explanation of why the final looked unappealing.

Negative experience: I had an appointment that was scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.I filled out paperwork online and wasn't informed that my FULL DENTAL insurance wasn't in the network.I was told that my medical history wasn't complete, which means whomever was aware my insurance wasn't in the network.When question about my coverage I was told " I don't take that" as if she is the dentist.It was rude & unprofessional to have me drive 20 miles when I could have saved myself a trip.I could have paid out of pocket but her attitude cost AFFORDABLE DENTURES, not her a customer.She then proceeded to CALL me at home, asking did I have an appointment AN HOUR later.I explained to her that I am the woman who wasn't told about the insurance prior.Her response was " oh you're the one who walked OUT....?Yes needless to say she should find a job she actually ENJOYS coming to.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No pain during the pull at all! I recommend this company to anyone who needs same day professional dental care.

Negative experience: My first experience with this location was 5+. I had an appointment with them on Tuesday, August 2, 2025 and everyone in there, even the dentist was clueless as to what was going on. The receptionist said I was a new client and could not find me in the system, when, I’ve been there five times. They had me down for a consultation and I was scheduled for something totally different. No one told me the whole old staff was no longer there. Not until, I ask to speak to one of the older staff that knew me did I find out. Even if they were new staff, the system should have been able to pick up where they left off. The BAD thing about it, they were upset with me and had a nasty attitude. Especially the light skinned assistant. She was even talking loud for me to hear her. The receptionist, did have the decency, to say, she didn’t know what was going on, and that she couldn’t find me in the system. The dentist said, the last thing they saw in the system was a visit from 2023 and I was just in there 1 1/2 month ago. This all took place at the Stone Mountain location.

Fantastic experience: I came to this location because other locations didn’t have good reviews. I was absolutely not disappointed. The staff was amazing and the service has been outstanding so far. I have just started my process so stay tuned. After a few months with my healing dentures I am feeling great. Have had no issues with getting an appointment to have soft linings put in. Very friendly and professional for sure I still give this business a 5 star. The dentist is amazing as always. I’m getting ready for my permanent dentures and could t be more excited. The assistant was pleasurable for sure but definitely needs training. They had to take the soft lining out to make a wax mold and she grinded to far in the denture making it thin. When she put a new lining in it wasn’t done correctly. I came back in 2 days later and told them it needed to be done again and she broke the denture grinding again to close. They aren’t my permanent denture but I was hoping I’d have a spare in case something happens to my permanent one. Everything else has been amazing.

In additional to displaying the upmost professionalism, the staff and the Dentist was very warm, welcoming and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and right at home. They were all so very patient with me and answered all of my questions regarding all of my dental procedures. If you're looking for a good Dentist Office, I highly recommend this one. They definitely checked all of my boxes. I'm most certain that you will not be disappointed!

The tech was Alicia and she got frustrated and grabbed my mouth with her her fingers on the outside of my mouth like a savage...I asked her to apologize for her actions but she refused to. I paid 2000 dollars up front with my debit card for the dentures ... the other person working took over because she was so unprofessional and had assaulted me because she couldn't get the bottom denture to fit right was mad and saying things unprofessional under her breath...long story short I'm not satisfied with the dentures because for they simply don't fit.. they manager came up front and apologized for her actions..and gave me her card

Negative experience: These people are very unprofessional. Last week I called to make an appointment for a consultation for my husband. I didn’t ask for freeness however, the lady on the phone informed me that since it was his first time, the consultation would be free. Both my husband and I asked her on 2 different occasions if the consultation was indeed free and she replied each time “Yes”. Today my husband received a called informing him that he has to pay out of pocket for the consultation which was supposed to be tomorrow. Why lie to people? We didn’t ask for a discount we didn’t ask for freeness. It was offered to us only to now be told that you guys lied to us. Stop deceiving people. If they want to book with yall they will regardless of if it’s free or not. Just because of yall dishonesty you guys have lost a potential new customer. I will report this matter to the GA board of dentistry for dishonesty

Negative experience: Called in pain lower dentures had fangs and they are sharp causing swelling and pain. Today is Monday was given appointment next Monday pm. This is how much affordable dental care about there patients suffer for a week. VERY POOR SERVICE.
