Fantastic experience: My experience at East bay Dental surgery was amazing.We were referred here for my three-year-old daughter for a procedure and had to undergo anesthesia as a mother, You could imagine my anxiety. I was comforted and guided throughout the entire process. My child was comfortable the entire time. I was even able to remain with her until she fell asleep for the procedure. Also before they proceeded with anything , Kelly who is the front desk Receptionist educated my family and I by showing me the x-rays that were taken in the process to ensure me the things that were going to take place and other recommendations they had for the greater benefit of my daughter. The overall experience took a total of an hour it was a quick turn around that I greatly appreciated! The doctors as well as Kelly were amazing ! I can assure you your babies are safe here

Que mal attention y al cliente evidentemente si la doctora las tiene ahi es por que no se preocupa por la calidad de attention que le Dan a los pasientes.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with East Bay Dental! My son went in for a consultation and everything was fast, friendly, and very smooth from start to finish. We were originally scheduled for surgery two weeks out, but to my surprise, they called the very same week and were able to move his surgery up even sooner! I am truly grateful and thankful for the care, efficiency, and professionalism of this dental office. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a team that really takes care of their patients!

Negative experience: Hi Dr.Zadeh! The receptionists at your location are in serious need of proper training and formal disciplinary action for their ongoing lack of professionalism they displayed today at 10:32am when I called. My son, who has a disability, was referred to your office several months ago. At the time, the office manager—or whoever was acting in that capacity—told us that although your clinic typically does not accept children over the age of 12 (my son is 13), an exception was made due to his diagnosis of Tourette’s and his weight being below the clinic’s threshold. Today, we called to confirm whether updated X-rays were needed before scheduling an appointment. The first receptionist stated the age limit was 10, placed us on hold, and then transferred us to another receptionist who advised the age limit was 12—but then proceeded to say we could not be seen for a completely unrelated reason. When I explained that this was inconsistent with what we were previously told and asked to speak with the office manager (or whoever is in charge), I was told they were unavailable—and then I was abruptly hung up on. Let me be clear: this level of service is unacceptable. It is not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful to families navigating the challenges of raising a child with a disability. If your staff is unwilling or unable to do their jobs with the basic courtesy and competence required, they should not be interfacing with the public—especially vulnerable populations. I will be escalating this matter to the city.

Negative experience: We called this place because we had been referred from another clinic since our son is autistic. The operator in a very apathetic manner told us that they don't accept patients from the clinic they referred us to. We asked a few questions, to which the operator responded in a very rude manner. I understand that there may be mistakes, but what I hate in this case is that the person on the phone is so unfriendly. If she's not good enough to work in customer service, she'd better work somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter is 3 years old had to get anesthesia. Dr. & team was very kind with her during her visit.

Negative experience: The receptionist at this dentistry weren’t very friendly and made me feel degraded/uncomfortable. I wasn’t really aware of the situation she was explaining to me and the receptions was making a rude and judgmental face. When I also had a question about the form she responded in a very rude tone. The moment I stepped out the two receptions started talking about me while my daughter was still in the room. very unprofessional. The dentist here are very kind and professional but the overall tone that I was received with from the receptionist was very unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: EBDS is straightforward and honest about the process and what to expect as well as how to prepare your little one for dental surgery. Silver crowns are covered by medical while white crowns are $300 each. If anything happens within a year, they cover the cost to fix for free. This is our second time back since two crowns were lost after a few months but waiting for approvals and scheduling appointments took use to the border of a year. Hopefully they don’t have to pull the teeth out but that’s a scenario we have to consider and we’ll be informed after the X-ray and evaluation is complete. We expect good news. Best of luck to everyone who’s had to take their children here.

Negative experience: Staff was rude . I spoke with her once she was rude then the same woman called back weeks later with the same attitude and canceled my appointment after 2 months of waiting . She refuse to give me the supervisor name and phone number .

Negative experience: I do not suggest this clinic who has a kid. From the first time we went there until the treatment is done , all the time I felt like we are not a patient just the paycheck for them. I think they are trying to make bigger their paychecks from the insurance company cause they are not open the giving information about the their treatment plan . Finally we left there with more teeth treatments what we expected. Now I have lots of questions in my mind!!!
