Fantastic experience: Doctor Jin and staff are always personable, pleasant and convenient. I am not a fan of dentist visits but this dental office puts you at ease, the staff is available to answer all your questions big or small. Dr. Jin, is pleasant and patient.

I've had a good laugh, good catching up and the music ain't bad either. Every procedure advised has been sensible and I look forward to seeing what's up next. Fantastic experience: Update for 2025: I went in for my August teeth cleaning yesterday. I love the new upgrades, my Dr. Chung is the best Dentist. I've been a client for a number of years and recall when he first started! I would say timely services is one of PFD's strengths! My hygienist is the very best! She tells you what you need to know during the process of cleaning your teeth. She's thorough and your teeth feel brand new when done. I appreciate her smooth demeanor and layed back manner. A professional! The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Update 2024: Yesterday was my second cleaning for the year and my opinion is the same. Thank you Premere! Went in for my first regular cleaning and assessment for 2024. Dr. Chen is the best! He is thorough, professional and patient. He listens to your concerns and requests. My hygienist is so wonderful. She's professional, friendly, gentle yet thorough. The office staff are welcoming and on point, ready for you when you arrive! There's never a long wait, they are basically ready when you arrive. Clean facilities as well. I don't live in Hayward but I drive there for my dental needs. I've had some bad experiences in my own town! It was wonderful to find a Dentist that didn't cover up problems. Well worth the time and drive. Thank you PFD!

They genuinely care, especially Dr. Jin who treats us like friends instead of just patients. Dr. Chang who did my gum surgery is just as great. I have gone to several dentists and this by far is the best in terms of treatments and service. Me and my family have found our forever dental office.

Dr. Jin truly cares about his patients, taking the time to thoroughly explain their dental health, treatment options, and helping them to make informed decisions about your care. He speaks Korean, which is a huge plus for Korean-speaking patients who feel more comfortable discussing their oral health in their native language. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional, and the clinic itself is clean and efficient. I am so grateful to have found them!

Despite the many changes in staff they continue to remain a great dental office with friendly people and offer services at a price I can afford. The dental office is really nice and there isn’t not too long of a wait time (5 mins), because the staff there is really efficient and timely with their appointments and service. I really appreciate Dr. Jin and Dr. Maurice who take the time to explain what to expect and answer any and all questions I have. The office really shows a high quality of professionalism. They also communicate well about upcoming appointments through automated SMS and make time to answer your questions through that. This is a great place to find care for your teeth
