Fantastic experience: I honestly have to say that this was the best decision I made regarding my dental implants. I seriously feel like a new person due to having top dentures for the past 8 years . I was embarrassed to eat , smile and even take pictures. A couple of years ago, I went to several other dentist to see what the next step I should do because I was tired of glueing my teeth several times throughout the day. Fantastic experience: 8-over-8 Implants and Full Bridges – 28 new teeth. Yea! I came to the Center for Implant Dentistry in Fremont looking for a final dental solution due to an increasing need to get single implants to support new bridges. I am a 71 year old woman who has had many missing teeth since my 20’s. I struggled with bridges that did not look good and were marginally functional for decades. Last December, Dr. Jain provided a very comprehensive assessment of my condition with state-of-the-art imaging – and then suppled expert recommendations and alternatives for my case. I decided that the 8 over 8 implants and full upper and lower bridges was the right solution – to recover my smile, solve the problem of missing teeth, and help maintain the bone structure of my jaw which was wasting away. Two days over a weekend were needed to install the 16 implants. Although it is a significant surgery, Doctors Jain and Gupta expertly performed the work – not pausing for the weekend or holidays. They are passionate professionals whose concern for my wellbeing and technical skill is amazing. And the rest of the office staff was very supportive and caring while helping me through the process. Since the Center has the equipment and expertise to mill the bridges, I didn’t have to get temporary bridges. The final product was installed the next day. Six months later, I am still extremely pleased with the functionality of the bridges and the look of my smile. I finally have a complete solution to last me a lifetime.

Negative experience: I don’t usually write reviews unless I have a very good or very bad experience, and this unfortunately turned into both. I was initially very impressed. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, and the customer service over the phone was great. I traveled all the way from San Francisco to Fremont for this visit, and the first part of my procedure went smoothly. Dr. Sam Jain did an excellent job—he was attentive, professional, and I truly appreciated his care. The crown itself turned out great, matched well, and the procedure felt smooth overall. However, the experience went downhill due to how the office was managed. After the first portion of my procedure, I was told the next step would be ready in about 3 hours. I returned at 5:30 PM as instructed, but wasn’t seated until 6:00 and wasn’t spoken to until around 6:30. From there, everything felt extremely delayed, and there was little sense of urgency. It seemed like the office was overbooked, and patients were left waiting far longer than communicated. The most uncomfortable part of my experience came at the end. As I was finishing up, after being there since 9 AM and now close to 9 PM, I was told to write a review before they would take my final X-ray. At that point, my phone had died, and I was exhausted. I explained that I would be happy to write a review once I got home, but the response I received felt irritated and pressuring. It honestly felt like I was being held there over a review, which was very uncomfortable. It’s frustrating because I genuinely would have left a very positive review based on the quality of care from Dr. Jain and the outcome of my crown. But the long delays, lack of time management, and pressure from staff significantly impacted my overall experience. I would recommend considering both the quality of the dental work and the office’s time management and customer service before booking here. Update: I need to address something that happened after I posted my review. I received a phone call from Dr. Jain asking me to take down my review due to concern for the office’s image. I want to be very clear: my review was honest, balanced, and reflective of my actual experience, and I will not be removing it. This call, combined with being pressured to write a review in-office before my treatment was fully completed, raises serious concerns about how patient feedback is being handled. Patients should never feel pressured, either during their visit or afterward to alter or remove honest feedback. I also want to emphasize the position this has put me in as a patient. After being pressured in person and then contacted afterward, I genuinely feel uncomfortable and hesitant to even engage further or update my review out of concern for how that might impact my care or financial responsibility moving forward. As a student balancing multiple responsibilities, that is not something I should have to worry about after receiving medical treatment. I am even afraid to go to my follow up appointment because of fear to be put in an uncomfortable position again. To be clear, I have already acknowledged that Dr. Jain’s clinical work and the final result of my procedure were positive. However, the handling of communication, time management, and now follow-up regarding my review have significantly impacted my overall experience. I stand by my review and hope this feedback is taken seriously. not just in response to me, but in how future patients are treated.

Fantastic experience: Best implant center in the entire Bay Area. I recently had a sinus-lift surgery here. I had a lot of infection in my sinus, and Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta did an excellent job with both the surgery and the bone grafting. I am extremely happy with the results.What impressed me the most is their in-house lab. I visited many clinics before this, and none of them had their own lab. When people are truly passionate about their work, they build everything themselves and you can clearly feel that passion here.Dr. Jain shared his life journey with me how he completed his master’s in mechanical engineering and later chose dentistry because this field demands both biomechanical knowledge and surgical skills. He explained the entire procedure to me in simple, understandable language, not medical jargon. That gave me immense confidence.And honestly, before you go anywhere else, talk to Dr. Jain first. He works 7 days a week, he is incredibly passionate about his work, and you can see how much he loves what he does. His experience, dedication, and the way he communicates make a huge difference in understanding your treatment options. Dr. Gupta is also highly specialized in implants with 25+ years of experience. Negative experience: I originally went in on an advertisement for upper and lower arches for 30k. After making the trip to the east bay and going through the appointment process I was informed that that was an old advertisement and they could not honor it. They promised to take care of me. I am 30k in debt for a few very shotty implants!! One has bone showing because they neglected to do a bone graft that Was included in each markup per implant. Three is on one cap that split my bone and shows the metal underneath! Two cannot be capped with crown implants and has screws showing after a year because they didn’t do a ex ray to know I had an infection in the bone. I have a botched incomplete procedure after they collected their money. Now they won’t reimburse

Negative experience: I’ve shown up to appointments and been taken back to a chair, only to be asked over an hour later to come back another time. I complained my bite wasn’t right for a year of visits before I demanded they fix it. It chipped my other teeth because it was so wrong. They took me in their office after one visit and tried to pressure me to write a good review. I had to tell them I don’t like being forced to write a review. They pushed off work because they said they’ll have to numb me and then the next time I come they don’t numb me for that work. I take off time from work and they ask me to break my appointment in two after half the work is complete. Then they act like I shouldn’t have a problem wasting PTO on doubling appointments, like my work is just fine with me asking to take more time off with less than 24hours notice. The picture says it all. Expect delays, lots of delays, they don’t respect your time. Then they act like they’re so amazing you should give them a 5star review. They’re totally clueless that they even provide such a shitty service, they think they’re amazing. It’s pathetic. I bet most of their reviews are from them awkwardly pulling people in their office closing the door and telling them to write a review like they did to me. Pick another dentist

But I’m going out of my way to let people know that I stumbled across this office being new to the Fremont area and I’ve never been taken care of and treated this well by any Dental staff. and it wasn’t just one or two of them. It was every single person that is employed in this office. So thank you to all of you, especially those who Set an exceptional foundation For their peers and their patients. And on the plus side, my root canal went Well, and I am very happy with the crown fitting. Nobody thinks that I actually had a root canal because my tooth looks Perfect.

Fantastic experience: My tooth extraction was attempted by another doctor but he failed, so I was left with half tooth and immense pain and that’s when I found about this clinic. They were accommodating to do the surgery same day. I was so hesitant from my previous bad experience that I felt I ll have to go through all the pain and discomfort again for the other half but to my surprise it just took them 4-5 minutes with no pain or discomfort. And during the surgery, I had no pain. The whole process was so smooth and professional that I still can’t believe how quickly my life changed. Dr. Jain also shared his journey with me. He has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, and then chose a career in dentistry. When you think about it, this kind of treatment really is biomechanical you need someone who understands both surgery and engineering, biology and manufacturing. Dr. Jain brings both worlds together. Fantastic experience: I did my all on 8 implant lower jaw surgery This has been one of the most amazing things that I’ve ever seen. I’m an engineer and a machine is looking at what these people have done in. Those areas is absolutely amazing. I just had eight hours of surgery. Fantastic experience: I got my two implants done here, and I’ve been coming to this clinic since 2008. I’m really happy with the treatment I never had any issues, and everything has been going great. Dr. Jain is very experienced with implants. I had very little bone near my sinus, but he still did an excellent job. It’s been almost 12 years now, and I haven’t had a single problem with my implants. One thing I really like is that they have their own in-house lab, so all the work is done right here. Dr. Jain also has an engineering background, so he really understands the mechanical side of implants, which gave me a lot of confidence. From the very first video call, Dr. Jain explained every step of the process in detail. No dentist has ever been this transparent with me before. When I came in for my consultation, they did a CT scan, took precise measurements, and again explained everything clearly so I felt confident moving forward. What impressed me most was that they started the process the same day. Dr. Jain even did a manual smile design directly in my mouth while most dentists rely only on digital methods, he took the time to design it by hand, and I could actually see how my new smile would look. On the second day, I had my upper jaw All-on-8 surgery, and on the third day, they completed the lower jaw All-on-8 surgery. By the fourth day, my new teeth were installed.
