Fantastic experience: Just a routine cleaning but as always everyone very professional but always friendly- they treat you more like a friend rather than a patient! Added bonus got to visit with Trish/Sheryl/Dr. Kaveh!

Fantastic experience: My kids, partner and I have been going here for years and pretty satisfied, I just haven’t written a review because I have a high bar. My uncle was my first dentist until he retired, and he was great. But Dr. Kaveh blew my mind today. I was in a bike accident a few days ago and smashed up my face pretty badly (in the hospital for a couple of days). He and his team saw me as soon as I got out, and they were so much gentler than the dentist at the hospital as they inspected and did X-rays. They also set me up with an oral surgeon. THEN Dr. Kaveh met me at the oral surgeon’s office to make sure everything went smoothly, and I’m so glad he did because although the surgeon did a good job, he didn’t know me and wasn’t as good at answering my questions as Dr. Kaveh was. ALSO Dr. Kaveh then met me back at my house and helped me get my retainer in, which I was scared to do and it did hurt going in but it has made my mouth feel so much better since. Every office visit has been smooth, friendly, efficient, and helpful but this was seriously beyond 5 stars. Cannot recommend enough!!! Thank you!!!

My teeth cleaning was gentle and easy. Dr. Kaveh came in and looked at me and gave me a good exam and report. I always feel comfortable and satisfied when I leave Madison in Smile Solutions. It’s state of the art technology yet still a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: My family switched to this practice about a year ago. This is the best dental practice I have been to. The whole team (Dr. Kaveh, all the hygienists, reception, billing) is kind and make sure you are comfortable. They even warm up the water when rinsing your teeth. They are not pushy or judgmental at all and we no longer dread going to the dentist. You can tell everyone likes working there because of the good atmosphere which also rubs off on patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was quite chatty. They answered all of my questions in a polite manner with lots of details. The routine cleaning was not painful and they said to let them know if there was pain or discomfort.

At my most recent cleaning, I had to bring our two-month-old daughter with me. She was extremely fussy, and I was feeling overwhelmed. Trish, Dr. Kaveh’s wife and an amazing hygienist, stepped in without hesitation, holding and feeding our baby a bottle so I could make it through my appointment. Her kindness made my mom guilt melt away and helped me feel so cared for. We’re so grateful for the compassionate, family-oriented care we’ve always received. Scheduling is a breeze and we are able to maintain regular 6 months check-ups (had issues with this at another large Madison dental clinic). Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and we always feel taken care of. We use Delta Dental and billing has been straightforward as well. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous to change because we had been with our dentist for many years and loved them, but I was pleasantly surprised to immediately feel warmly welcomed by the team at Madison Smile Solutions at my first visit. They were thorough, explained things in easy-to-understand terms, and the technology they used to take my scans was fun and Star Wars-like, ha! The check up was painless and the staff was very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. K saved my husband by diagnosing an infected tooth that a different dentist missed for over a year. They have state of the art CAT scanning of teeth and jaw. I had mouth pain with several bad teeth and I've now had no pain for almost a year. I'm so impressed with everyone there. Honestly I don't trust anyone but them!

Negative experience: I’m pretty new coming here and I recently had my teeth whitened here. Thinking that I would treat myself to getting it done professionally, it turned out to be a bad experience at this place. I do not recommend coming here for this. The worker there was very rough with me and did not care about being careful. The plastic piece to keep your mouth open was also forcefully put into my mouth and days later my mouth (not teeth) still hurts from how uncomfortable that thing was. She chemically burned me exactly 5 times with the tooth whitener inside and around my mouth. The first time I let her know it was burning and tingling and it kept happening. After the 2nd and 3rd, 4th, 5th time I quickly could tell she did not care about treating me as a customer with care. She took her time to go get something when I could feel those parts swelling up. I tried to bring up what happened at the register right after but she was quick to take my money and was not friendly about it. If this is how people are treated here I don’t see myself coming here anymore. After a few days passed, I called them and let them know I don’t want to be in the “whitening tray club” that they persuaded me to pay extra for. They emailed me and offered me a full refund for my experience and then out of nowhere they said I owe them $200+. When I’ve paid them everything upfront after every single dentist appointment and have the receipts. When I asked what this charge was for, she never bothered replying back to my email asking.

Fantastic experience: I have some sensitive teeth and usually have a little anxiety about biannual teeth cleanings. Not anymore! Kim did an amazing job and it was a good experience!

Fantastic experience: Madison Smiles is the best dental office in Madison! Hannah gave me the most precise and thorough cleaning of my life (and is so friendly and knowledgable!) and Dr. Kaveh and Jojo were extremely warm and attentive while I was getting my fillings done. I hate needles — they were so stealthy that I didn't even realize they had shot me up until I was going numb! They've also given me some great info on TMJ/TMD treatment, custom nightguards, and even botox for tension headaches/jaw pain. They offer a ton of different medical and cosmetic dentistry services which is super convenient. Finally, this is a warm, inviting dentist's office that in no way feels sterile or institutional. Everyone is friendly and you can watch Netflix while you get fillings done. 5/5 my new forever dentist!!!

I like going here, because I know that I'll be treated like a patient myself and get quality care. Most recently, I decided to have an old crown (done at a different office years ago) replaced. Fantastic experience: This is best dentist office I’ve ever been to. They saw me in less than 24 hours when I had an emergency tooth break and fixed the issue with very minimal pain. Ever since seeing them my mouth has improved to the point that I can chew on ice cream again. All of this with almost no pain and every member of the staff is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist and don’t go nearly as often as I should because of it, but every single person I spoke to hear from the front desk, to the doctor was so nice and they did a great job, and I will definitely be back. And they explain as much or as little as you want during the exam and give you upfront estimates on pricing and clear explanations of what insurance covers and what you will owe.UPDATE: I just had to go back for 2 small fillings, the appointment only took about 45 minutes and they made sure I was comfortable with no pain all throughout. And later that afternoon I got a follow-up call from Dr Kaveh (him, not staff) just to check up on me and make sure I was doing ok. The service here is phenomenal! The rest of the staff is just as nice, they are all very friendly and informative.

From the warm welcome from everyone, thorough exam and treatment plan, explanation of insurance payments, scheduling, etc., etc. Everything was top-notch, and I am so pleased! UPDATE: The thought of an implant was SCARY to me! Seven months later my implant is in, and I feel great! Dr. Kaveh and team are simply exceptional, from treatment options, scheduling, insurance , always friendly and accommodating beyond anything I've ever experienced at a dental office! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: My wife have avoided proper dental care for years. We resolved that last year. Dr. Kaveh and all of his staff were excellent. They explained what was needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. They made sure that we were comfortable and as some of the needed work was lengthily, and made sure that we could take breaks as needed. Now we aren't afraid to smile because of our improved teeth. Yesterday, we had our teeth cleaned and a check-up. All is great!

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth ache on Monday, was seen by Smile Solutions who referred me to an endodontist. By 4:00 I had a root canal and all pain was gone.

Fantastic experience: I don’t often send reviews, either good or bad, but in this case, I think it is warranted. Dr. Caveh found a loose crown at my regularly scheduled, 6-month check up. He gave me price options for its repair or replacement that ranged in price from $250 up to several thousand dollars based on the condition of the tooth and implant beneath the crown. I had him proceed, and not only did he repair it for the minimum, it was the easiest and least unpleasant dental surgery experience I have ever had in my entire life. And I am old and have had a lot of it! Thanks again for the excellent service and quality care. Mark Barnes.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable friendly staff. Ready to deal with routine or challenging dental situations. Could improve their service by estimating insurance coverage with more accuracy. Their quoted cost was initially a bit high and I paid slightly less than expected. But a few months later, they told me that I had a balance due, although I had not received a bill with details.

Fantastic experience: I came from out of town and a friend referred me here. My 3 year old was the first one to go. I was very nervous that he was going to be scared or get upset. There staff does an AMAZING job at making a child feel super comfortable! It ended up being a positive experience which is hard with a 3 year old. My husband and I go as well and the staff is amazing along with Dr. Kaveh! They always are making sure you are comfortable whether you are just getting a cleaning to having a larger procedure done. Fantastic experience: As always I was greeted as I came in to the office. The staff was informed and prepared for my visit. I did not have to wait very long for the start of my care. The hygienist helped me to update the health history at the start of my session. Hannah explained what she was doing for me and gave me choices about the polish she would use and offered me the use of sun glasses. I was treated with respect and was able to ask questions during the exam and cleaning. Dr Kaveh came and greeted me before he did his exam. I was informed of the results and able to ask questions of him as well. As always I was very happy with the visit. I made a return visit appointment and received a new toothbrush and toothpaste sample at the end of my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: We found Dr Gaveh and Madison Smile Solutions after researching for my college age daughter who has front tooth discoloration from enamel hypoplasia. She gets anxious with dental work but really wanted to feel good about her teeth. We did the virtual consult online first, which was well worth the small fee! The whole team made her experience wonderful! Dr Gaveh gave a wide range of options, including less invasive choices and we felt confident he had her best interest in mind. We found him caring and very professoinal. His team listened to her concerns and made her felt heard. (And they made sure it was pain free!) She loves the work he does and her new smile. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Exceeded all of my expectations. It's always scary switching providers, especially when you need a new filling done! All of the staff were amazing and friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They walked me through what they would be doing to help ease my anxiety and even let me watch Netflix during the procedure (great distraction!) I'm now doing Invisalign with them and so far it's great!!

They were going to do 2 different plans for my teeth.... a month later and not sleeping because of the pain I have received NOTHING!! Very disappointing!! Can send me a review request within 24 hrs but not the help I sought u out for...

I moved 30 minutes away over 8 years ago and keep coming back because Dr Kaveh and the staff are amazing. On this trip, my daughter and I were scheduled for cleanings and I had some minor fillings scheduled. Turns out my daughter had broken a filling and they were able to rearrange schedules and fix her tooth right after they did my fillings. I did not have to pull her out of school or miss any work to bring her to a second appointment! Thank you to the entire staff for making our semi-annual visit a great one!

Fantastic experience: So I normally don’t leave reviews, ever! But if you’re afraid of the dentist I SERIOUSLY recommend this place. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to seeing any sort of health service, even when the pain is really awful. Well, for the last 3 days I was in such excruciating pain, and I decided I couldn’t wait until my scheduled appointment, so I sent over Madison Smile Solutions an email explaining my pain and they IMMEDIATELY saw me the next day to check out the issue! Turns out, I had an infected wisdom tooth! They provided such expert and loving care, I didn’t feel like I was at the dentist! It felt like I was being cared by a team of warm and welcoming professionals that were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had along the way while still providing a comforting and home-like environment. With their help, I was able to get some much needed painkillers and antibiotics—my face was swollen like a chipmunk before them! They also got me a referral and have my wisdom teeth taken out THE NEXT DAY! (That is also thanks to the wonderful receptionists at the Center of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) As I’m recovering, I am SO glad I chose this place to be my dentist and I suggest if you’re looking for a place for your kids, elderly family members, or even yourself—you MUST check this place out! Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love your staff! Sheryl and Michelle have cleaned our teeth and they are absolutely amazing. Our son needed to bring his 3 foot trex into the office and they were both welcomed in for their first check ups. Can’t speak highly enough of you guys! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have had most excellent experiences at Madison Smile Solutions. Dr. Kaveh and his staff are incredibly friendly. I really enjoy how the staff greet me when I enter the office. They are very thorough and attentive to my needs and requests. I was (an still am) very particular and the staff have taken the time to answer all my questions and work with me through each of my visits related to cleanings, a cavity filling and all of my orthodontic visits. I'm also comforted that all the staff are on top of the latest technology and procedures. I feel like I'm getting the best care possible and with friendly staff and my insurance handling most of the fees, I feel like I'm certainly winning by going to Madison Smile Solutions! I have had such great experiences at Madison Smile Solutions. I will certainly be coming back to Madison Smile Solutions and recommending it to friends, family and co-workers.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and also very thorough. Special requests were dealt with without hesitation and professionally. I needed a filling replaced and they got it done after the cleaning. I didn’t even have to move to a new chair. No pain at all and no additional adjustments after the fact!!!

Fantastic experience: Madison Smile Solutions is the best dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Dr Kavah and all of his staff are professional, kind and competent. When I have any major work done Dr Kavah calls me in the evening to be sure I’m not experiencing any problems. I moved 2,000 miles away and still I travel back to Madison for all of my dental work.
