Fantastic experience: Welcoming receptionist and relaxing waiting area. Hygienist was prompt, friendly and thorough. She took x-rays, used the ultrasonic thingy, polished, then flossed. Dr. Wessell keeps an eye on my overall dental health too and provides gentle, proactive care.

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had yesterday with Dr. Collin at Madison Dentistry and genuinely can’t recommend him enough! After my cleaning, he offered to fit me in to repair a chipped filling, which I really appreciated. I was hesitant about getting numbed for such a small filling, so Dr. Collin suggested we try without it and reassured me that we could stop at any point if I became uncomfortable. He was incredibly gentle, personable, and checked in with me multiple times throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. He completed the entire filling in about 20 minutes, and I honestly could not believe how comfortable and easy the experience was. I’ve been seeing Dr. Austin over the last year and have always had great experiences with him as well — I truly appreciate his efficiency and straightforward approach during appointments. Overall, every staff member at Madison Dentistry goes above and beyond from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. Such an amazing office and team.

Dr. Austin is extremely skilled, knowledgeable with an amazing attention to detail. My dentist had retired last year and I was not thrilled about finding a new dentist after 20+ years. Due to a crown that needed to be replaced I was forced to find a dentist sooner than later. After some research I felt Dr. Wessell’s expertise was a great fit for what I was looking for in a dentist. Since becoming a patient, I have had two different emergency dental visits. One emergency was outside of normal business hours over a holiday weekend. Dr. Wessell went above and beyond to get me into the office and repair my tooth so I didn’t have to wait over the long holiday weekend. You won’t regret going to Madison Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wessell is very thoughtful, precise and accurate dentist. At the first appointment he provided a detailed analysis of my dental health and identified three potential problems. Two of these problems became actual problems within two year. He has installed an implant with a crown using high-precision equipment. The crown feels very accurate and natural, exactly as it should be. He also made a dental retainer. I tried another retainer before I came to Dr. Wessell, but this one is the first that works for me. I also like Dr. Wessell's team. They are always helpful, cheerful, and do a great job.
