Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. I had a dental semi emergency. I broke a tooth on a Friday and they were able to get me in at the Middleton location for an evaluation and scheduled me for a crown starting the next week. Very nice and professional and the office is so modern and clean! I am a patient for life!

Negative experience: My experience at First Choice Dental in Middleton on the afternoon of 8/10 was excellent. Friendly staff, the dentist (sorry I can't recall her name) was great at quickly re-attaching a loose crown. I was there 20 minutes. My experience on the phone with First Choice Dental in Verona on the morning of 8/10 was disappointing. I called at 8AM and was told "We have no openings this week." I explained that the crown had come loose over the weekend, I'd read the First Choice website emergency on-call policy, but decided I could wait. I knew the procedure was simple. I asked again: NOBODY could find the time today or possibly tomorrow? The receptionist offered no suggestions. I asked "I'm to call your other locations and see if they can help? She replied "You could do that." My wife and I have been First Choice Verona customer for decades. I'm unsure if we'll continue.

Fantastic experience: I arrived early for my scheduled check up and Ashley was able to take me in early, a nice surprise since I come from Milwaukee. She is efficient and gentle and informative about what she is doing. I continue coming to this office because of people like her and Dr. Graf who I have been with for over 30 years. This new location is beautiful and comfortable as were the other previous offices.

Fantastic experience: All were kind and patient as they performed dental work. Very happy with service and care. Dr. Hassan addressed all my concerns and formulated a next step plan that eased all my worries.

I appreciated having the oral cancer screening UV light used to identify any unusual cellular activity. That was a first for me! I look forward to my next cleaning

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at the Middleton location is impressive. They are like Dental sorcerers wielding great power over enamel and Carries. Plus it should be noted this newer Middleton location is really nice. The only downside is they will not give you salt water taffy apparently it's bad for teeth.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy to be placed on the schedule quickly after I had chipped my front tooth. I had to see a different dentist then my regular, Dr. Gunderson. Although he is my favorite. My experience was excellent and I received great service from The First Choice Dental in Middleton on Parmenter st.

Fantastic experience: I recently became a patient at First Choice Dental. My experience has been awesome. My procedure was handled with professionalism and compassion. While with my husband during his recent appointment Dr. Geffin took time out from her busy schedule to remove stitches that she placed during my procedure. This was done so that I wouldn't have to make a separate trip down from Baraboo the next day. Now this is truly great patient care.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed. I came for routine cleaning for my teeth but they didn't do what I expected. She took 18 X-rays and painfully poked around my mouth, a "1st examination", and then told me I had to schedule another appointment for the cleaning I wanted. Why can't they do what I asked for first?

Fantastic experience: I went in to have a tooth pulled and since my last tooth pulled was over 30 years ago and a very painful experience (by a different provider), I was nervous and not looking forward to this. However, Dr. Jenkins was amazing. She pulled my tooth out painlessly and did a great job of communicating with me so that I would not be so nervous. Thank you Dr. Jenkins!

Fantastic experience: I am definitely afraid of the dentist and first choice dental Ali and the dentist were just amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a fear of the dentist. They’re kind efficient and talk to you not down at you. They’re the best.

Positive experience: Initial visit. Very thorough exam. I was lead to believe that i would receive a cleaning, along with the assessment. There is no reason to charge my insurance $400 for a visit - and not do a cleaning while I am there. Insurance limits are not high, and this will end up costing me "out of pocket" by the end of the year. I was given a feeble excuse for why they were "not allowed" to clean my teeth. My guess is that the dental groups have attended a conference that teaches them how to "milk" someone's insurance for more payments.

Positive experience: I made an exam and cleaning appointment with FC when I wasn’t able to get one at my regular dentist appointment. The exam and X-rays went fine. Dentist and assistant were very friendly. The cleaning experience was not as good. I have never experienced discomfort during a cleaning until this one. I have a lot of root exposure and the hygienist didn’t exercise much empathy for all of the resulting sensitivity. My muscles were sore later after from holding them tight the entire time. She didn’t take any breaks to allow me to speak (and they use the suction that sits in your mouth the entire time) so it was impossible to express concern at the time. My fidgeting should have been a signal. I should have commented afterwards but frankly I just wanted to leave. The office itself was very nice, the front desk staff was friendly and the highlight was the extremely comfortable exam chair.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very polite, professional and friendly. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. Dr Summer is very friendly and very helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much for adjusting my temporary dentures so I can eat. They fit so much better.

Negative experience: Honestly incredibly disappointed, set up an appointment for a cleaning weeks ago. Stated I was pregnant in the new patient form I had to fill out not once but twice, used time off to have appointment and was called an hour an a half before the appointment saying I cannot keep my appointment because I need x-rays done and cannot have them done being that I am pregnant. This is exactly how I got behind after having my son who is now two and switching jobs/ insurance. Trying to get caught back up but apparently cannot have that happen when pregnant. Will be looking else where for a dentist office now yet again. What a waste of a PTO time.

Note: he ran into my father many years after we (my siblings) left the house, he admitted that his approach was overly assertive. I continued to see dentists twice a year. Today's appointment with First Choice Dental was different, pleasant, friendly, and unlike my other experiences.

I came in for fillings today and experienced great service. I did not have to wait long to get my fillings done! Dr Jenkins and other dental professionals were very helpful and thorough when completing my filling procedure.
