Experiencia negativa: Mi nombre es Ada Castro y definitivamente NO, NO RECOMIENDO ESTAS OFICINAS DEL DR. LOZA!!! Hace más de 5 años decidí comenzar un tratamiento de ortodoncia ya que me lo habían recomendado ( pero nunca se me ocurrió buscar las reseñas a cerca de este lugar) La mayoría de las veces el personal fue muy cordial, pero mi tratamiento no a sido satisfactorio ya que constantemente cambian de personal, unos meses durante mi tratamiento no me atendieron y al final de 4 larguísimos años NUNCA me reacomodaron los brackets y esos dientes que nunca reacomodaron me quiebran los dientes frontales de arriba, en 10 meses después de quitar los braces ( los quitaron en Novienbre 2025) se me han quebrado 5 veces los frontales! Y terminaron en coronas a sido frustrante esta experiencia ya que he asistido muchísimas veces a las oficinas de otros dentistas buscando solucion y la cantidad de dinero exorbitante ya que me ha costado más de $16,500.00 ( sin seguro médico)entre rellenos, coronas y hasta una endodoncia de emergencia ya que antes de comenzar el tratamiento, en la oficina del Dr Loza me hicieron un relleno que se cayó 3 veces, tengo fotos, recibos y termine en endodoncia de emergencia ya que se había puesto morado mi cachete del lado izquierdo! La solucion que la dra anterior me ofrecía era cambiar de tratamiento ( rellenos, carillas, coronas y los he hecho!) y cambiar de retenedores cada vez que me hacen un tratamiento nuevo en los dientes frontales, sin embargo hoy que tengo coronas nuevas fui por los retenedores los cuales “Yessy” que es una persona educadamente MUY HOSTIL me hizo unos retenedores que no quedan y cancelando todo el acuerdo con la doctora, incluso cancelando mi ultima cita del tratamiento que estaba para diciembre 7, solo porque ellos cambiaron de doctora! Como si los pacientes tenemos la culpa del mal personal que ellos contratan! Cuando comenzó mi tratamiento estaba el Dr “G” ya había pagado mi tratamiento ( siempre fui puntual con mis pagos!) y nunca me dieron la opción de retirarme o hacerme la devolución de mi dinero o parte de ello, porque para ese entonces pedí hablar con el doctor encargado de las oficinas… Hoy en día todo el tiempo dicen hay cambio de personal para no aceptar sus falta de responsabilidad, la falta de etica y compromiso. De alguna manera ( aunque no lo parezca agradezco la alineación de mis dientes) Pero lamentablemente mis problemas en cuanto tratamientos dentales han sido peores con el mal tratamiento de ortodoncia! Lo único bueno de este lugar es la higienista , por lo demás se evitaran tantos problemas al NO elegir este lugar!

I always make my appointments making sure Dr. Loza does my exam (and Charlene does my cleaning) he is professional, kind, reassuring and makes it a great experience. Charline is the best hygienist I have ever had, she is the sweetest, kindest very thorough but gentle and so personable. Tammy and all the staff at the front desk are so personable, laughing and smiling the whole team makes you feel so comfortable. I always recommend this practice to anyone I know is looking for a dentist , I love this office

I have had a lot of dental work so due to my previous experiences I was a little nervous but to my surprise Dr Loza and his assistant made my experience extremely pleasant, Dr Loza kept telling me everything he was going to do so that I would be aware so to make a long story short I didn't feel a thing I was so surprised when he told me that he was done. I came home and the first thing I did was call my neighbors to recommend him, I'm never seeing another dentist .

Experiencia negativa: I had been a patient at this practice for over five years. While Dr. Loza and his hygienists are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the office staff, unfortunately, are not. When billing issues came up (including the reluctacnce of the practice to provide reimbursement of over payment), he office manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I expressed my discomfort with their billing practices and mentioned that I no longer wished to remain a patient, she laughed and dismissively said that was fine with her. I have never had an experience like this at a medical or dental practice. It is especially disappointing because I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Loza and his hygienists. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior from the office staff reflects badly on the entire practice and I will be finding another dentist.

The office staff is the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly of any dental or medical office staff I have ever known. And Charlene the hygienist that I visit provides excellent care with a smile. She is completely WONDERFUL! I feel respected and cared for and welcome here. In a dental emergency I have been able to contact the staff and they quickly provide the best possible help. I travel half an hour to get here but believe me I’d travel much farther. This office is worth it.

Experiencia negativa: Please do not take my word for it, read all reviews. I'm not the only one who feels this way. So, my mother called this office today 4/22/2024 to confirm if they accepted her insurance. I will not go into the complete experience, however going by the appx 10 min phone call, this is our conclusion. The office manager is rude, short , unhelpful and impatient. Zero compassion. I've never visited this office but going by the OM's tone over the phone with myself and mother, and the response we received from her, there's no way I would visit or send my 81 year old mother there. To be fair, I have no idea of the quality of care and patients experience provided by the doctors at this practice, however if what my mom and I experienced today over the phone is an indication of the staff's poor beside manners and if this is what we would have to deal with while in the office, we will pass. There are so many other medical offices where the staff is very kind, patient and compassionate and where the doctors are exceptional, so why would we subject ourselves especially my mom to this type of environment unnecessarily. I felt rushed and it was as if she was annoyed with my mom and I. I expressed this to her, but she proceeded to tell me that if we felt this way, this office is not a good fit for my mom. WOW! Being kind is so very easy, and goes a long way. You never know who is on the other end of the line and what they are going through. Thanks for not caring. The office manager should take on a different career where she does not have to deal the public, especially sick people.
