Experiencia negativa: To start I have anxiety about dentist in general because I have had much more bad experiences than good experiences. My first appointment they were almost 30 mins late in bringing back to a room and I was having a panic attack and at this point and felt ashamed I had no control over it. All they saw was my heart rate and blood pressure was very high. I was scheduled to come back 3-4 weeks later for my procedure because my new insurance required pre approval (about a week to approve). The day of my appointment only one and half hours before my appointment I’m called by the office to tell me it was canceled by the dentist I was scheduled to see and needed to reschedule with a different dentist in a different practice. At this point my faith in dental practitioners and their business practices have failed us utterly for me to wait weeks just to be told just before my appointment that I’m better served by another dentist at another business and start all over for another pre approval by my insurance. I’m disgusted

Experiencia negativa: I started coming here a few years ago when they first opened, and I was always very happy with the care and service I received. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed, and they have now lost me as a patient. In all the years I've been coming here, I had never canceled an appointment. Recently, however, I came down with a severe case of the flu and had to cancel at the last minute. I felt it was the responsible thing to do rather than risk exposing the staff and other patients to a contagious illness. When I called to explain the situation, I was told that I was still responsible for the cancellation fee and that if I didn't pay it, I shouldn't come back. While I understand the importance of having a cancellation policy, I was disappointed by the lack of compassion and flexibility, especially given that I had been a loyal patient for years with no history of missed or canceled appointments. Illnesses happen, and healthcare offices, of all places, should recognize the importance of preventing the spread of contagious illnesses. I expected more understanding in this situation. Sadly, this experience has changed my opinion of the practice, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: My experience at this dental office was very disappointing. During the appointment, the doctor spent more time talking with his staff than properly attending to the patient. The work performed was poor in quality: once home, it was clear the adjustment was incorrect, with a faulty bite and teeth hitting against each other. Additionally, dental floss does not pass between the treated teeth, and the crown placed does not match the adjacent tooth. Overall, the service was substandard and the final result was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this office, not even for basic procedures such as a dental cleaning.

I am so happy Dr Soo has started his own practice with his wife! Everything from the front office staff who is always smiling and remembers personal conversations after months to of course to the techs who take the utmost best care of you while you’re getting treatment. And of course to Dr Soo who uses the highest of care and newest dental treatments to make sure you leave with a smile! After a long 5 year journey with Dr Soo personally, I am finally getting the best Christmas present a mom (who put her health last to take care of her girls) could ask for. Finally fixing my smile that was broken since I was 11 years old. Dental work is always a process but Dr Soo’s office has made it a breeze. Even the 1.25 hr drive will never keep me away! Side note: my youngest daughter goes here as well. She has high anxiety when it comes to dentist and she literally fell asleep during a root canal!! If you’re not falling asleep during treatment you’re at the wrong dentist!

I was told I didn’t have dental coverage — which is laughable considering I’m fully insured through Aetna. Instead of taking two minutes to verify this, the staff decided to be dismissive and rude. To make matters worse, their front desk team failed to communicate with the hygienist, yet still allowed me to proceed as if everything was in order. This kind of disorganization is inexcusable and speaks volumes about how this practice operates. If verifying insurance and basic patient coordination is too much to handle, I strongly suggest reevaluating your internal processes — or at least hiring staff who are capable of doing their jobs. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sharing this experience across every review platform possible.

I've been to many other dentists in the Manassas area and none are as good at explaining what your mouth needs. I also love the follow up and appointment set up experience. They often call or text you with earlier openings. If I need to change an appointment, I can text them and re-schedule easily without multiple phone calls. I've referred several people to them and they are very happy also.

From initial contact with Pati at front desk, text updates, Nelson completed the best teeth cleaning I think I’ve ever had, and Dr. Yoon took TIME to explain any concerns. Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about this place. Very caring and friendly staff and doctors. They are very knowledgeable and always do whats best for the client. They took very good care of me and my family. The office has a great, clean atmosphere, very inviting for all in the family. So happy we found this place! Update- Came again for a cleaning and whitening, and still the best dentistry practice ive ever been to. Theyre so welcoming from the jump, informed me of everything I needed to know about the whitening, and performed it immacculately. My teeth are sparkling again and at least 3-4 shades whiter! 10/10 outstanding

Experiencia negativa: This place charges you 75$ for late cancellations ( within 48h of the appointment) even if you have an emergency! Ridiculous, since they cancelled on me twice last minute and I don’t seem to get compensated for that. Also, bad experience with a cavity that I had to get done. I was administered 7 injections with epinephrine and my tooth was still very sensitive so they couldn’t get it fixed. I, however had terrible side effects from too much anaesthesia- I was shaking and tachycardia.

I went to 10 different dentist in the past 2 years and this specific office, I had extremely great experience. Amazing, friendly and professional front office, awesome, caring and knowledgable hygienist, very professional and skilled doctors.
