Experiencia fantástica: We loved the place spacious and clean! All Personnel were really kind, and patience even with my reluctant little child. My kids loved there’s screen on ceiling right over theirs chairs, that makes them entertained while the hygienist does their awesome work, the doctor is truly knowledgeable and careful to explain to us what’s going on and at the end they received a balloon or toy and also a freshly new oral care package! We couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommended! I’m glad I changed to this office.

He was professional, reassuring, and attentive throughout the entire process. Following the procedure, we encountered significant challenges with insurance processing for our November 2025 claim. Our insurance company was particularly difficult to work with; however, Dr. Sandhu went above and beyond to assist us in navigating the claim. His responsiveness, patience, and willingness to advocate on our behalf made a stressful situation much more manageable. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and support we received.

She was NOT happy about doing something she didn’t want to do as any toddler would be but the staff here were PHENOMENAL ! They made her as comfortable as possible and met her where she was at. Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is autistic and got 3 tooth removed. She went through anesthesia and the staff was so helpful at all times. I felt so safe while she was under the procedure and we followed their instructions. 5 hours after the process she was recovered. I really thank all the team for being so patient, understanding and professional

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 2 year old son for the first time and all of the staff were so friendly. The waiting room has a nice welcoming feel with a train table which my son loved! I appreciated the dental hygienist and dentist letting me know what they were going to do beforehand. They were focused on him having a positive first experience so they only brushed and counted his teeth and did fluoride. They gave him a coin to get a toy at the end and it couldn’t have gone better.

Experiencia negativa: I’d give less stars if I could specifically due to their anesthesiologist Mr. Sandu. My five year old had an appt that was medically necessary that required him to be sedated in office today. After my son was put under Sandu told me to go out to the waiting room for the duration of the procedure. When I advised him that was not communicated to me from anyone in the office nor did I sign any written consent stating that. He stated that’s his “personal policy”. I then asked if I could wait outside the room where a chair was already placed and he got aggressive with me and TURNED the machine off that was the sedation gas on my son! He was very verbally combative with me as a concerned parent and threatened to not preform the treatment due to me asking questions about a “policy” that doesn’t exist. Furthermore, on the website it states very clearly that parents can be in rooms with their children for procedures however I was denied this today. When I told Sandu he was too aggressive with his response, he stated “it is what it is”. I then told him he must be having a bad day to which his response was “I’m having a great day actually”… having a great day threatening patients parents after said parents paid a NON refundable $500 deposit for an appointment. The level of unprofessionalism was very concerning. I explained to the front desk staff what was going on and she just said he must be stressed from other patients. She also confirmed they don’t not have a written policy on parents not being present for procedures. I’ve attached a photo of their website stating they allow parents back with their minor children. Again, I don’t recommend this dental office due to who they hire as staff.
