The doctor here quite honestly told me that it wasn't a necessary thing and that it was completely optional. I really appreciate his honesty and not pressuring me into an unnecessary procedure. Will absolutely be coming back here someday if I need it!

Since I loved his work how light handed he is I will be moving forward to get an implant with them for another tooth. Experiencia negativa: I've been trying to make an appointment all day and no one picks up the phone instead I get an AI receptionist. I don't know how this business has 4.9 stars. Updated review. The manageer asked me to take down my previous review in lieu of a better experience but it's been three days since my appointment on 12/13 and I've not heard from anyone from the office. The manager was not in the office at the time of my appointment so the young lady that checked me in said that she was going to be in shortly and that I'd have to talk to her regarding the cost of my visit. Before I left the office another young lady took my payment a.d wrote down my email on a piece of paper and said that they were going to email my treatment plan which I'm still waiting for. I called my dentist who referred me to this clinic to refer me somewhere else. My honest opinion is this, if you don't need dentures you're not a priority to these people, plain and simple.

Sorry I can’t remember pervious dental office business name but later on I will definitely edit my review and put their name on here, basically they messed up my teeth and I went there second time still couldn’t get better and still hurting so i decided to come Nova Affordable Dental Implant by the friend’s recommendation. So he checked the condition of my teeth and did really good job, I am pleased with the service they provided at the office and warm greetings from the staff and doctor, he is knowledgeable about his profession and very professional, he will educate and tell you everything during the treatment. I am glad that I came here and get my pain went away for now I still have to come here for more ongoing treatment. I am pleased and thankful.

First of all He is a very sweet person as his name suggests :) I never done before like that art work in my dental experiences. So smooth and almost 0 pain operation. Modern and very clean place. I must say that all the employees are very friendly and smiling. Even if you can't see them, you can tell from their eyes because they are wearing masks :) Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: My visit to Nova Affordable Dental Implants was anything but pleasant. From the start of the implant consultation, after xray they immediately insisted that I needed bone grafting, which conveniently, would increase the cost. I repeatedly questioned whether it was necessary, as I know my anatomy well—there was more than enough bone, if not excessive bone matter. Despite my concerns, the price coordinator was rude and condescending, treating me like I was too incompetent to understand basic facts. It felt more like a car sales pitch than a discussion about my oral health. My tone was calm and professional until the point of her stating “perhaps you didn’t hear me correctly the FIRST time”. No ma’am, I heard you loud and clear… and what I’m hearing is you all are money hungry and don’t have the customers best interest. Their prices are absurd, especially for a clinic that claims “affordable” in the name. After leaving, I got a second opinion, which confirmed I didn’t need a bone graft at all. The new clinic’s price was nearly half of what I was quoted at Nova affordable implants. Save yourself time and money by doing your research before considering this place. They’re unprofessional and overcharge significantly—an absolute joke.
