Front desk ladies are so nice and friendly and are super helpful in accommodating me within a scheduled that works for me for my child’s appointments. Experiencia negativa: The worst clinic I've visited in this country, apart from disgusting full of insects since my son arrived he's going to crush insects impressed, and if you want to be scammed go here, the receptionists say one thing to make you see "The doctor" then inside they change everything to charge you more, easy way to scam people, take my son for extractions and casually they tell everyone that they have caries as if he has never gone to a dentist before, the last visit I only went to see him because he didn't do anything or cover the "caries" that according to there is or the extraction, I will clearly call the insurance to let them know this

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Manassas Pediatric Dentistry – Kakar Dental Group. From the moment we arrived, both my child and I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff came across as dismissive and unfriendly, and there was little effort made to help my child feel calm or reassured, which is especially important in a pediatric dental office. As a parent, I felt that our concerns were not taken seriously and that communication was rushed. What upset me the most was when we asked for a referral to seek care elsewhere. We were told that because we are Medicaid patients, they could “do whatever they want.” That comment was deeply unprofessional and made us feel disrespected and discriminated against. No child or parent should feel unwanted or treated differently because of their insurance. I hope this office reflects on how they speak to and treat families moving forward.

Experiencia negativa: It’s unfortunate that I see how highly reviewed this establishment is just to bring a bad review. This office was one that was covered under my wife’s insurance. The selection was limited, but we chose to go with this office. My wife and I had an appointment scheduled for today at 3:30PM. We arrived at 3:15, and the door was locked. We knocked several times and called and there was no response. The offices next door on both sides had no idea whether it was open today or not. But regardless, it was a waste of a day off work for this appointment and planning as a whole. I would just make sure you confirm day/morning of to ensure that someone will be there to do your appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sullivan is a great dentist, always jovial and upbeat. Great with the kids, will answer any question you have in plain English so you understand. The supporting hygienists and staff are fantastic as well .

Experiencia negativa: The place is disgusting. The moment you enter their dental office it smells like pee, the bathroom is in the waiting room and makes the smell everywhere. Then you get to the back and the dentist chairs are broken with holes, dirty, floor dirty disgusting needs and update but mostly needs a deep clean. Cant believe I took my kids there, never again..

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my children to the Manassas location for years. From the very first appointment; everyone at the office has treated my family with respect and kindness. My daughter and son were very nervous about going to the dentist at first, but now they both look forward going to the dentist’s office! Thank you!! My daughter needed to have sealants and silver caps put on her teeth because of cavities. At first we were nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Kakar answered our questions and took excellent care of her!! The doctor in Manassas and his assistants are very caring and supportive and treat us like family. It is so great to see an amazing team that truly cares about my entire family. The front desk staff are always very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful to answer any questions we have. The wait is never long, and the facility is always clean. If you are looking for consistency in excellent customer service and great quality dental care, this is the place for you!! Thank you to Dr. Kakar and to EVERYONE in the Manassas office you all are amazing!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible. when i was getting my regular check up and i asked the lady cleaning my teeth if they did teeth whitening there SHE LITERALLY SAID THEY DID BUT EVEN SHE WOULDNT RECOMMEND ME GETTING IT DONE THERE. Also the front desk ladies are rude and basically get paid to go in and talk smack about people.

Experiencia negativa: I brought my mom to see Dr. Sonu Kakar. We made appointment for Jun 12, 2023. When we got to the office front desk customer service the worst I have seen since I have been in USA. 1st I was told I did not have an appointment, even thought someone from the office called me to confirm about her appointment. When I got to the office customer service told me she doesn’t have appointment, I told her I have confirmation even, she said I don’t have appointment. I was trying to explain, but the girl next to her told me I quote “I don’t care, if she doesn’t have an appointment we can’t see her” the person said that to me her name is Maria. I don’t know if that is her real name. She was very disrespectful, once she said that she was speaking with her coworker in Spanish and laughed at my mother. That was very disappointing. We are a Coustomer trying to get some help from the doctors but the nurses at front desk not respectful. I even said to her Leady I am not talking to you let me finish with the person in-front of me, you shouldn’t be in the middle while we were talking. She said I am trying to help. That is not how you help us. If you say you are a supervisor as you said which clearly not a supervisor, if you are act like it. Trust me if this was for me I would never go back to that place.
