Experiencia negativa: The front desk lady named girlie was really rude and had an attitude the entire time. She claimed to give me a referral but only gave me my treatment plan. It wasn’t until I asked for it to be emailed that I received it. The way she talked to me wasn’t nice at all. But other than that the doctor and nurses were really kind.

She was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout my visit. You can truly tell that she cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. And as always, Dr. Babu was amazing! I’ve had such great experiences with Dr. Babu, and I really appreciate the excellent care, professionalism, and genuine concern for her patients. Review from 01/2024: The entire team at Liberia Dental Care consistently provides beyond excellent care and service. We continuously are satisfied with every visit, and would highly recommend Dr. Babu and her staff to family and friends, and now you. Review from as 03/2022: Dr. Babu with the assit of Lala just completed my filling procedure. I must say, one of the best filling experience I've had in my life. It was obviously a "cake walk" for Dr. Babu. And this gave me confidence, trust, and respect for Dr. Babu. Because of this, back to 5 stars. Review from 02/2022: Had to remove a star after the second visit for the following reason: I was not informed that the flouride treatment applied at the end of the visit costed money. As in, double than the expected amount paid with insurance. I am disappointed for both the hygeniest and assistant failing to inform the patient that another very minor treatment came with a price. All I ask is for the staff to inform the patient that fluoride treatment cost about $25ish dollars. The price was never discussed, nor was I given a patient choice to either get the treatment or not. With this experience and after negative $25, I have learned my lesson to always ask if any said treatment to be provided is covered by insurance. Because this dental office *succeeded in failing to give me a choice to get fluoride treatment at a price, then down to 4 stars* #Beware Old review: What more can you ask for from an excellent dentistry team?! I've experienced several dental offices from California to Virginia. And I must say, Liberia Dental Care is by far the best... of the best. We were greeted by Girly who had full of energy and super nice. She had gone above and beyond for us especially with our initial encounter and personal request. The waiting area had two air filters, which made us feel COVID-free already. The hygienist called us one-by-one, when we noticed each of clinical staff wore a high quality air filtered helmet that can even be used to prevent Ebola. My hygienist, Susie, was out of this world. Her thoroughness and unhurriedness were more than excellent. Dr. Babu entered the "room" and explained the outcome of my xray very well. Becky at check-out was kind, too. I can't wait to visit again in 6 months. Overall, A++++ in my book. Well done, team! Well done.

During that time, I consistently attended my six-month appointments and followed through with recommended treatment. Recently, I experienced a serious issue related to dental treatment I received. I raised my concerns with the practice and was disappointed with how those concerns were addressed and resolved. I also learned that pre-authorization had not been obtained from my insurance carrier for certain treatment. Had I been aware of this beforehand, it would have impacted my decision-making process. Additionally, after multiple conversations, I was surprised to learn that an account was sent to collections despite my understanding that the balance had been satisfied. Based on the records available to me, I believe this matter warranted further review before being escalated. What has been most disappointing is not any single event, but the overall handling of these concerns after years of being a loyal patient. I encourage prospective patients to carefully review treatment plans, insurance approvals, billing statements, and payment records, and to keep detailed documentation of all communications.

They have the best equipment and software for digital imaging. They make sure that I'm thoroughly briefed and understand what's going on. Zee always looks out for me and makes sure im comfortable. Dr Babu is serious about making sure I'm not feeling any pain. Everybody there rocks and I'm lucky to be one of their clients. I moved to Stafford almost a year ago and it's worth it to travel to this office because they're the best I have ever had! (the fact that they are all quite attractive is a bonus for me)

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist has always been hard for me due to extreme anxiety so it had been a few years since I had gone to one even though my teeth were in such bad shape after pregnancies and ppd took a toll. The receptionists are so kind and go over treatment plans and costs with you to make sure you understand before they end up doing any work. After my first appointment anytime I walk in they remember me and automatically check me in! The dental hygienists are wonderful! They are kind and make sure youre as comfortable as possible during the appointment and even when helping the dentists while cleaning or doing root canals. I see Dr. Hasnain and my goodness I cannot sing her praises enough! She is extremely kind, gentle, understanding, and never judged me about the state my teeth have been in. She always checks in while doing cleaning, root canals, or even fillings to make sure youre not in pain and to make sure you dont want to opt for nitrous gas to help if youre too anxious or anything. She has done so well and explained everything step by step to the point that im not even anxious to go in for all of my appointments now! Her excitement for seeing how far someone's teeth and gums have come is absolutely infectious! If you have dental anxiety I highly highly recommend Liberia Dental. My family and I will now be forever patients of theirs!

I had a very pleasant experience... yes... even at the dentist!! They also explain all anticipated costs associated with your individual visit prior to performing any cleanings or procedures. They clearly explain what your out of pocket expense will be before performing them and you can indeed decline a procedure if you wish. I do indeed recommend Liberia Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: I got my braces treatment done with this office and I can honestly say of the 4 years i’ve had my braces for it was the best experience I could’ve had. Not once did I have a broken bracket, or any pain with my braces. Their customer service is great and truly make it welcoming in their office. If I could do it again I wouldn’t do it with any other office I truly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I had the most traumatic dental experiences of my life at Liberia Dental Care. Dr. Agarwal, the periodontist, was performing the extraction and it was hours of excruciating pain and trauma. I have a high pain tolerance, yet the pain I experienced was unbearable. I was crying, moaning, and begging her to stop, but she repeatedly said I “shouldn’t be in pain” and that my crying was “preventing her from working.” She rushed my nitrous oxide sedation, asking if I felt calm yet and pressuring me to start numbing. She seemed surprised at how large my tooth was only after beginning the extraction, and misinformed me that there was “one root left” when the new dentist later confirmed there were two roots. Dr. Agarwal hit my face with tools and dug her knuckles into my face, even after I told her it hurt. At one point, she took a break without telling me while I was left in pain. The office was clearly trying to close, and Dr. Agarwal abandoned me mid-procedure to see another patient, even asking if I wanted to “try again” for just a minute or two while I was sobbing and in severe pain. I left with a bleeding hole in my mouth, no pain medication, and an incorrect referral, and had to pay again at another office where the procedure was completed safely and pain-free. This was not just bad service — it was unsafe, negligent, and traumatizing. I am still shaken by the experience and would never recommend this office to anyone.

But then soon I had a terrible pain in my front tooth and need immediate treatment.I contacted Dr.Babu in the evening after the clinic was closed and she immediately helped me make an appointment the next day and attended to me and started my treatment. I am always very scared to go to a dentist or any doctor but I was so happy to get treated from Dr. Babu and was very comfortable with the service and treatment and my pain was gone …I almost thought I had to pull off my teeth and was sensitive before but she saved my teeth and also after the treatment I don’t feel sensitive anymore. For my further treatment I was sent to the hygienist Dr.Lynn and she was the sweetest and very kind doctor … she taught me how I should actually do my cleaning and flossing at home and from them on I am doing my best to keep that habit alive . I am very happy with such a great team at Liberia Dental Clinic and I would recommend them to anyone I know and who need a dentist .. and from then on Dr.Babu is our family dentist and my children loves her and we trust her in her work she does . My younger one is always excited to go there for checkups and also gets on toy for being so good through the treatment. I feel at home when I am at the clinic and they are all so friendly and helps us settle comfortably. They are very punctual in their appointments and attend to us immediately once we reach the clinic.. I have never waited more than 5 mins on arrival and also they are very prompt in completing the cleans up very quick and I would be on time to pick up my daughter from school . Experiencia negativa: I've been here at least 6 times. At least half of them have been bad experiences, and now I'm fed up. The past 2 appointments I had cleanings, and I have pointed out specific teeth that are very sensitive and are painful when hit with cold water. This most recent appointment one of the nurses, after I explained this, hit one of my teeth with incredibly cold water. After seeing my flinch in pain, said "it's just water", before hitting it again DIRECTLY causing me to yelp in pain. She then looked at me like IM the bad guy. Another appointment they made me wait for nearly an hour, before eventually telling me they are short staffed and delays are to be expected. Why not tell me this when I'm checking in and we can reschedule? However, the part Im getting fed up with is the conflicting advice they give me after every appointment. My last appointment they specifically said to use BLUE Listerine. They said it would help clean my gums and help prevent further recision. Today, they told me I need to use PURPLE Listerine for the exact same reason, and that Blue is making my situation worse. I got an exact model waterpik they told me would help, only for several appointments later, tell me that was the wrong model and I needed a new one. I'm done with this place. They don't communicate, they aren't consistent, and honest to God, I don't think they care about their patients, only the payout. I'll find a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m from Gainesville, and I originally found Liberia Dental Care simply because they had an available appointment when I really needed to be seen—but little did I know I’d meet the most incredible dental hygienist ever: Lynn. I’m 26 and, I’ll admit, still absolutely terrified of the dentist—like, the tools, the sounds, especially the numbing part—it all freaks me out. But Lynn? She was beyond amazing. She’s incredibly gentle, caring, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She talked me through every step, made sure I felt safe, and believe it or not—I didn’t feel a single ounce of pain. If you have low pain tolerance or just fear the dentist in general, I cannot recommend Lynn enough. I kept needing breaks and probably seemed super high-maintenance, but she never once made me feel bad or rushed. She was endlessly patient, kind, and even took the time afterward to teach me the proper way to floss and prevent tartar buildup. You just don’t find that kind of care often. What’s wild is that she told me to take Advil afterward just in case, but I didn’t need it at all—I wasn’t even sore. That’s how gentle she is. Lynn is the only person I’m letting near my teeth from now on. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had

Experiencia negativa: Beware of This Unethical Billing Practice! I want to warn others about my terrible experience with this dental office. I had an extraction done after confirming with their receptionist, Caroline, that my insurance would cover the cost. I even scheduled an initial visit solely to verify how much my insurance would cover, as I couldn’t afford unexpected charges. After receiving the service and paying what I was told I owed at the time, I thought everything was settled. However, three months later, Caroline called me, claiming I now owed an additional $600 due to their incorrect estimate (Calling it Initial Estimate). This is completely unacceptable! A business should not lure people in with misleading cost estimates, only to demand more money months later. When I pushed back, explaining this was their mistake and not my responsibility, Caroline became rude and aggressive, even threatening legal action. This is pure harassment for money I do not owe. I am more than willing to take this to court because I have full transparency of the details. I urge everyone to be extremely cautious with this company. Their unethical billing practices and harassment tactics are alarming. Do not trust their estimates, and be prepared for unexpected charges months after your procedure.

After getting a filling, I’m still in pain, and despite visiting more than five times for the same issue, it seems like they just don’t care about their patients. The customer service was highly unprofessional, and even the dentist herself didn’t seem interested in solving the problem. Every visit felt like they were just brushing me off. I would strongly advise against going here if you value your health and comfort. Find a dentist who actually cares about their patients’ well-being.”

Experiencia negativa: I won't be putting things lightly- dealing with this office has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my adult life. The only reason I didn't leave a 1-star review is that- as of right now- my teeth are all intact. For starters, trying to actually contact anyone at this clinic is near impossible. Every time I would call, the same secretary would pick up and immediately try to transfer me to someone else, which would almost always lead to nobody being on the other end or her just hanging up on me. This is because there is only ONE person (the manager) in the entire office who can actually do things and answer questions. For the record- every time I'd personally dealt with said manager has been lovely. She's a very warm person who answered all my questions. The problem is I can never get a hold of her. There have been multiple times where I would have to call the office 6-8 times a day just to try and catch her, knowing that if anyone else picked up I'd be hitting a wall. Weeks would go by with no returned calls or follow-ups on their end, which is not what you want when you're dealing with chronic pain. The next problem is the lack of professionalism in the office itself. Crucial details about my operation were either omitted or left until the last second when I could no longer change my mind. The doctor who operated on me both times was callous and uncaring about my comfort, and when I told them that the drugs they gave me weren't working and that I could still feel pain, they ignored me and told me it was "just pressure." The final straw was today, when I very much needed to follow up with the manager about my recovery. I was informed that she had taken a week-long vacation and wouldn't be available until next week- she did this knowing that this would be the appropriate time that I would likely need to follow up about any complications. I have no plans to deal with this office after everything to do with my extraction is over and dealt with, and I don't recommend anyone go here for anything more than a simple cleaning.

Dr. Babu, Miss Lynn (Hygienist) and Dental Assistant Z are very patient during each treatment I've had with them.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place to take your kids. You make appointments and they don't keep it, you are there an hour early they leave you for an hour pass your time. Rude to parents and kids. I gave them 3 chances never again. Let's not talk about babu rude and takes anger out on kids teeth. Cut my daughters mouth twice, she forgets what she order, then gets mad cause you don't do what she says... please I'm always on time with everything when it comes to my kids. Rude Rude Rude. I would not suggest at all, will be calling g insurance to report.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is a visit I really procrastinate in doing. However after going to Liberia Dentist. I am actually looking forward to my return visit. Everyone was so pleasant from the front desk, the dental assistant and the Dentist. They took their time, which I believe minimize my anxiety. The dentist explained in full detail what was needed and the best options to approach them. If you are nervous or just hate to go to a dentist, then this is the one you should try. I personally guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Update from November 2022: Went in for having braces put in for my son and the team was amazing. Yolanda was great to work with. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We were looking for a new Dentist as ours was no longer accepting our insurance. Liberia Dental was recommended to us by friends. After checking all the great reviews, we called the front office to make a new patient appointment for semi annual cleaning/check up for our 7 year old. They front office staff were courteous and accommodative of our schedules to get us in without a huge wait time. We did not have insurance details when making the appointment, and they diligently followed up prior to make sure they had the information so check in would be easy. On the day of the appointment, we showed up on time and were checked in promptly. The hygienist chatted up with my son and immediately made him feel at ease while the full range x rays were taken and he was seated soon after for cleaning. She did a good job and talked him through the process whole time even though my kid was way too excited to be watching his favorite show on TV to mind. The premises were extremely clean and staff changed gloves out when working with equipment and stepping out. We learned at this time that my kid needed an extra tooth extracted. Dr.Babu went over the x-ray and recommended nitrous oxide followed by novacaine. She also suggested dental caps on four molars that could all be worked same appointment when scheduled. We were worried parents and sensing so, she spent sometime explaining this over again to us and sent us home with printed material to read up on. We scheduled for the extraction a few days later and almost as soon as the procedure began, realized that our son was in the best hands possible. Dr. Babu was extremely patient with the kid and he barely twitched for the first injection. He did not feel anything else after. We went sent home with some treatment instructions and someone from the staff called the following day to check on him. My son did not need tylenol for that night and recovery was pretty uneventful which is GREAT. Hands down would recommend the practice. Dr. Babu is great and so are her support staff. We are extremely happy with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Liberia dental has been a great transition from my previous dental practice that closed due to my dentist retiring. The staff at Liberia dental were friendly and it was easy to schedule an appointment. They have early morning appointments which help with my work schedule and better yet...my 1 year old daughter had her first visit here and they were great with her as well! I recommend for the whole family!!!
