Experiencia fantástica: I love that dental office.. betty my dental hygienist is amazing very helpful and explains everything to u and deseree in the front very good customer service and also explain whats going on and helpful thanks

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a very particular person when it comes to choosing a dentist. I actually paid for consultations at five different clinics before finally finding this place. Dr. Park does not push unnecessary treatments and truly thinks about what’s best for the patient. He has honestly cleared away my doubts about whether there are still dentists who genuinely care more about patients than profits. After the procedure, he carefully showed me the areas that were treated and explained everything in detail. That transparency was incredibly reassuring. Betty, who did my scaling, was extremely thorough, professional, and kind. I was very impressed with her work. This is only my second visit, but I’m becoming more confident in my decision with each appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very happy to come see dr park ,he took the time to explain my options and treatment plan ,and for me that's very important, and the staff are A + .the insurance coordinator was very helpful and very nice person and dr park hygienist Betty A+ for her too ,she made me feel very comfortable. Thank you all

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Park and the staffs were professional and friendly at the same time. They explained my teeth condition and how to treat them, and the explain was easy to understand for me. It was my first visit, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Experiencia fantástica: Love La Mirada One Dental! The staff is very friendly and helpful, Dr. Park is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Park for several years and the quality of care has been consistently excellent. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions. The staff particularly Victor is organized, friendly and efficient and appointments run smoothly. It’s rare to find a provider who maintains such consistent care overtime and I’m grateful to be one of his long term patients. I highly recommend Dr. Park to anyone looking for a long-term, dependable dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and a very friendly staff! They’ve helped me get my dental health back to where it should be!

Experiencia fantástica: Called to become a new patient and setup an appointment. Took me right away the same day. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Super helpful. This was my first time changing dentist and honestly it was a great experience with them assisting me.

Experiencia negativa: I have been there three times, and every single time they tried to change my appointment time. One time they canceled my appointment just 30 minutes before the schedule, then called me back an hour later and insisted to come within 10 minutes. My friend had the same experience here. Even we scheduled the appointment in advance by phone call, they attempted to move the appointment time later. Their scheduling system is completely inconsiderate of patients and very unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Experiencia positiva: everything was perfect, Doctor, Xray technician, helping nurse. But when I ask name to the desk lady, she did not answer clearly and did not eye contact. Wish little bit more care while talking. Than you.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and professional dental office. The office is clean and there is never a long wait.

Experiencia fantástica: I felt great with the cleaning service provided by Betty dental hygienist today. Her services were gentle yet thorough and made me feel my teeth got cleaned well. Her manner was very polite and professional. Afterwards, Doctor Park gave me a great advice on how to brush teeth correctly. I would give them my "10" points for the services offered today.

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful and they make you feel real relaxed and comfortable. They also make you feel relax and they let you be your self.

Experiencia fantástica: There are new crew members but still friendly as ever and very helpful. Beatriz cleaned my teeth and she had very gentle hands she did not hurt me at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for about 4 years. It's been great from the beginning but the nice thing is that it's also been improving over time!

Experiencia fantástica: My most recent experience at One Dental was excellent. The hygienist really took her time and explained any questions I had. I noticed they have new employees at the front desk, and they have been extremely friendly and courteous. I will recommend this dental office to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s always a pleasure coming to la mirada one dental. I always have a warm welcome when I arrive for all my appointments and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and families.

Experiencia fantástica: From the very first phone call, Brenda was kind and patient, making the appointment process smooth and stress-free. During the visit, Dr. Park took the time to thoroughly explain which teeth needed treatment. Not only did he showed us the X-rays, but he also used a camera so we could see the actual condition of the teeth on screen. At our previous dental clinic, we were simply told how many cavities there were, without any visuals, and the cost was significantly higher. In contrast, Dr. Park's approach was transparent and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming here about 2 years ago. I had been bouncing around trying to find a great dentist for myself and family. After my first visit i knew La Mirada one dental was the place for us. Their staff is amazing, they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The Dr is sweet and puts you at peace, because we all know the dentist isn't a favorite place to be. I will continue to come here and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing dentist. They always do good work and the workers are very nice and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are friendly and give informative feedback on where you can improve for you dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the hygienists and the doctor are very friendly. Dr. Park carefully examined my tooth and made sure everything was fine without any unnecessary treatment. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is really nice and they do a great job at explaining everything they’re doing! The cleanings are super thorough and they make sure you feel comfortable!

Experiencia fantástica: Always great personable service at La Mirada One Dental! This visit had no wait time upon my arrival to start the appointment and the front desk was friendly (I also appreciate the friendly reminder text messages). During the appointment, the hygienist and doctor explained reasons for treatment and the importance of services to keep up with teeth health. I would recommend their services to anyone in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and personable staff and are very accommodating towards patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic work and very professional I would rate it more stars if I could !

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to go here from a close family member and I was very happy I did. The Doctors did an amazing job with their consultation and made sure all of my questions were asked so l was not nervous about what was going to happen. Dr. Park checked everything the assistant did and made sure everything looked good and clean. I will make sure to refer my family to Dr. Park.

Experiencia fantástica: My adult son's first-time appointment went well. Dr Park and his staff are true professionals and care for the wellbeing of their patients. I appreciate their knowledge and allowing us to ask questions as they explained proper home care for teeth.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience, I went in for my wisdom tooth pain. I asked to get an x-ray to see what could be causing the pain. They informed me my insurance would cover my visit. Before getting anything done, I had requested to get a quote for any procedure I needed. They informed me they would email me the quote, and I should schedule my next dental visit. I informed the dental assistant that I did not want to schedule a follow up appointment until I get to see a number for my dental work and she assured me she would send it to me on time before my next scheduled visit. As the day approached, I emailed multiple times to ensure I get a quote, but I received no response. The week prior to my second visit the dental assistant called me to confirm my appointment, again I let her know that I would like a quote to be sent to me before my visit as I have a limited time off from work and I wanted to ensure I could afford certain procedures, she tried to get me to go into the dentist office to get a cleaning and she would go over the amount with me when I came in. I informed her that is not what I wanted as I wanted to make sure it's something I could afford. To say the least, I never received the quote or my x-rays to get another opinion as to the cost of dental work. I was charged $291.00 for that one visit, yet my insurance did not cover the cost so it's now an out of pocket expense and I received no quote or my x-rays. Very disappointed on this experience. I am sure many people want to know the cost of things before they buy, yet it seems shady to not be transparent about the cost of service. Owner- I am not able to respond to your post but my name changed. If you are looking for records it is under Diana Magana my visit was on Feb. 14. I will not be taking my post down. I also contacted my insurance and they mentioned it was your responsibility to call my insurance provider and verify the service before proceeding which you did not do.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Park and his staff are very professional and excellent at what they do. As a new patient, everything felt very organized and fast. Had some cavities filled today and it was the most painless filling I’ve experienced to date. Clean office, caring staff, highly recommend!
