Experiencia negativa: I came here because of a broken crown that I had they they did x-rays and then told me that I needed to get a MRI for the crown that kept falling off and for a root canal that I had already before I rejected the payment because I didn’t have the funds and it looked like they had gotten bothered. I asked if I had any cavities and they said I don’t know we need to do a cleaning first if the X-rays tell you if you have a cavity they don’t need the cleaning first to show it is just that they where already bothered because I rejected a mri. They told me they requested a cleaning and that they were gonna call me back they never did they put cement on crown and it fell the next day. Don’t waist you time on them they only try to charge you for unnecessary stuff.

Experiencia negativa: I am supposed to get a call on the plan of treatment but for almost 24 hours after my visit no call or message. The reception and attendance was okay but after care is not fair. The Lady at desk said someone will call me but no call.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience, my wife and I were treated horribly by the manager. I had an appointment and they made me wait for two hours to not even get service because they didn’t know how much they were going to charge me. The manager left mid conversation when I was asking for an estimate. The front desk was helpful however the manager didn’t help us until they were informed that we were walk out after TWO hours. The location in Eagle Rock is significantly better, I will be driving there instead.

Experiencia negativa: Double check your bill and tell them to do a cost break down plus call your insurance before making any payments. I was told that I would have to pay some amount but I knew my insurance policy. I went from “ you have to pay” to “opps sorry, your insurance will cover you don’t have to pay anything” Please call your insurance and also make sure you grab all the physical paperwork for all the procedure done. Lastly doctors were awesome but my cleaning was done in 4minutes using floss & cleaning Curette the physical tool. They didn’t use any electronic equipment such ultrasonic cleaner/scaler nor the polisher which is basic in all teeth cleaning and dental offices.

Back office staff very gentle and doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding. He thoroughly explained treatment I needed. Definitely recommend this place. It’s very hard to find a dentist that loves what he does. Office was also extremely clean that is always a plus.

Experiencia negativa: Had a root canal done (paid) and it failed within 2 months. Did not mention it could fail because I would have just had the tooth removed. Went back in pain and would not remove there mistake with out another payment. Paid again! Would not recommend or ever go back. Waist of money I do not have!

Experiencia negativa: When I initially called, I specifically requested only a cleaning. I was told that because I have insurance, X-rays were required to bill my insurance, and that I would receive a cleaning the same day. I arrived on time and completed the X-rays. After already waiting a long time, a staff member came in to do a very rushed polish. Several of my teeth were not even polished, and it was clear she was in a hurry. Immediately after, I was left waiting another 45 minutes. I was then told there was a delay because there was no hygienist working that day, and that I would need to wait for the doctor. When I asked for an estimated time, they were unable to provide any ETA at all. After spending well over an hour at the clinic, dealing with staff who had an attitude, and still not receiving the proper cleaning I scheduled, I decided to leave and contact my insurance. Despite this, they still charged for the X-rays. I spoke with the office manager, Erika, but the situation was handled very unprofessionally. I would advise future patients to proceed with caution and confirm staffing before scheduling.

Experiencia negativa: It is the worst dental clinic in the southern California, I came here because the spanish radio station advertisement they were told that this clinic was so excellent, but the reality was other. since the dentist starting with the deep cleaning i was experienced tooth pain, and then the temporarly tooths fell off some of them were broken because were uneven and a lot of horrrible pain, next were the three crowns one of them fell off and the other two were hurting me so bad i went to the emergency to get an inyeccion to kill the pain this is was a. Nighmare for me i was suffering like three days with a lot of pain i could not chew the solid food just liquid…it was so expense, painful and stressful experience. I did not recommend this dental clinic to anybody..

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place I recommend if you need any dental work that needs to be done come here.I went to the Whittier location one they have friendly staff with positive attitude the dr is very attentive and is good at what he does. Easy to set everything up with them they accept insurance and work with you. 5 star for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience, was pleased to know that they were open on Saturday and taking walk ins. When others were only open Saturday for appointments. I get off late from work during the week so to be able to come in and get serviced was amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had the pleasure of visiting California Dental Group, and I must say, it's been a breath of fresh air! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. What truly impressed me, however, was the variety of options they provided to make dental care affordable for me. As someone who's had a terrible experience with a different dentist in the past, I was nervous about undergoing another procedure. CDG put me at ease with their professionalism, compassion, and gentle care. The contrast between my previous experience and this one couldn't be more striking. A year ago, I had a major dental procedure that left me in a lot of pain. But with I've felt respected, heard, and cared for throughout the entire process. I'm so grateful my mom recommended me to CDG! A dental provider that truly prioritizes their patients' comfort and well-being. If you're looking for a dentist who will treat you with kindness, respect, and expertise. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could I would give them a 10 star!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff in the front are very friendly, helpful and open to answer any questions when needed.
