Experiencia negativa: Dr Noor is a sales person. Doesnt allow me to get a word in and focuses on making that sale because she is too pushy. Yes, things need to get done however, allow me finish my sentence on my concerns. I really dislike how she yells at her staff across the office when she needs something. It’s unprofessional and rude to her staff that are doing an excellent job.Doesn’t pay attention to what is going on, she asked me a question when stitches were being pulled from my mouth. The assistant asked me not to answer since the sharp instruments were in my mouth. The work being done is accommodating the rest of her staff was great. They made me feel comfortable while getting work done. The staff allows me to take breaks when needed and continued to check in on me. Her staff if the reason I kept coming back to get the rest of my work done.

The staff is amazing Dianna made me feel comfortable always asking if I was good and checking up on me. I got my deep clean by Rutvik he explained step by step what he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable. Maria was also great she was gentle when taking my X-rays and pictures of my teeth. Dr. Noor was kind and explain everything I needed to heard and get done and helped me out. Overall amazing staff!

Experiencia negativa: The first day i came here they told me to leave a review, the dentist proceeded to leave the review themselves so most of the 5star reviews come from them. Dishonest and they do not give paperwork, other reviews say they delay it. The dentist all yell at each other and boss each other around, your appointment will be set at 1, they won’t see you till 30 mins later. It’s a lot of waiting and they do not talk professionally.

The main representative presents herself as very experienced—and I believed her because she is so convincing, even making alarming statements like, “Your teeth are going to fall out if you don’t do the treatment.” I already have a loan, and the work hasn’t even started, yet she is now saying I will need an additional $14,000 loan. A considerate dentist would focus on completing the essential work covered by Delta Dental first, then discuss other options or wait until the following year’s coverage—especially if the patient is not in pain. The process begins with a tour, followed by being slowly led into a small office, where the loan discussion begins.

Experiencia negativa: Two stars only because the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They have a nepresso machine which is delightful. Unfortunately I did not appreciate Dr. noors bedside manner. I came here for regular cleaning (7 mos ago)after having done deep cleaning a year ago. But Dr. Noor continue to pressure me to do Deep cleaning first. She explained that if I did regular cleaning first then later my insurance would not accept deep cleaning in the future.Of course the insurance offices are closed on weekends so this is all speculation . Then she gave me a quote of 2,500 for some cavities and 210 for the deep cleaning with the insurance. Obviously I immediately thought the prices here were absurd. I keep explaining to her that this is way over what I normally pay for dental cleaning even with insurance. Then she had the audacity to ask if I’m a housewife; presumably because I’m so concerned about the prices!!! I had mentioned I can call my insurance on Monday and reschedule again for Monday.God forbid if you have any day of the week off you are considered a “Housewife”. I actually work full time which is why I even have INSURANCE in the first place. Dr. Noor is very rude and an inconsiderate person to work with. She has absolutely no bedside manner. Please do not hesitate to seek a Professional Dentist elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointing experience with this office, especially regarding billing practices, treatment recommendations, and patient rights. After deciding to terminate treatment, we requested an itemized statement showing only services already performed and copies of dental records/X-rays. Despite completing the required records request and agreeing to pay the records fee, the office delayed releasing records and stated they would only proceed after verifying the account was “in good standing,” which created unnecessary obstacles while financing payments continued. We also felt pressured into costly treatments and charges, including recommendations for procedures such as deep cleanings that later raised concerns about whether they were truly necessary. Patients should be very cautious, seek second opinions, and fully understand financial agreements before signing anything. Another concern is that the high rating online did not match our experience. During visits, there was discussion suggesting patients could receive discounts or incentives related to leaving reviews, which may influence the overall rating perception. Communication has been inconsistent, and there was continued pressure to schedule additional appointments even after clearly cancelling future treatment. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. Keep everything documented and advocate strongly for your rights as a patient.
