Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr Haag for a million years and have referred several friends and family to his practice! If you want to look forward to a dentist appointment Dr Haag’s group is the place to go!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was traveling out of state for work when one of my crowns fell off. I wasn’t going home for a few days and needed to find a dentist that could help. I came across Fullerton Family Dentistry and, seeing they had all 5-Star reviews from hundreds of people, I knew I had found a good one. They were actually out of network for me but I didn’t care as I needed to feel comfortable and have complete confidence in any dentist I go to. Well, the reviews were right!! Bobbi helped me get an appointment set up to see Dr. Pang the next morning, even moving a few things around for me as I had a tight schedule and not a lot of time. I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Pang. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but just an all-around great person. We talked about what needed to be done and he got to work. The entire time he was asking if I was ok, always ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain. He was, hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to and I’ve been to a LOT. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate them helping me on such short notice. Bobbi, thank you for working so hard to get an appointment booked and Dr. Pang, thank you for taking such wonderful care of me and my tooth. If you’re looking for a dentist, you just found it. You’ll never want to go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Haag for nearly ten years & I cannot give him the praise & recognition he deserves. He has the greatest staff & bedside manner of any dentist I've ever seen. It used to be a pain & unwanted trip to the dentist, but now, I look forward to every visit. They are very gentle and caring with every procedure I've had. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family, and to anyone who wants a great dental experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to this office for many years and always satisfied with the care I receive. Dr Pang carries on the tradition. The dental hygienist is personable, thorough and helpful. Dr Pang checked my teeth to make sure all OK. Though the care is excellent Dr Pang is no longer in my dental insurance network so I know not what the future holds!

The entire staff was courteous, professional, and they provided excellent care/service. If or when you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Pang and his team.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for 20 years! Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doctor has great bedside manor and is very thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Pang is an honest, knowledgeable dentist. He does not sell you additional services you don’t need. Everyone in the office is friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I broke a molar at the worst possible time. The immense pain was like nothing I ever felt before. And it happened during the Covid-19 shutdown and I couldn't find a dentist who was either open or willing to see me (due to shut down protocol). Dr. Haag was one of only a few who answered the phone, but the only one willing to open his office to treat me. I don't know what I would've done if he hadn't. So I'm very appreciative for what he did. He saved my life. Ive been going back for regular checkups, cleanings and other dental needs ever since. Everyone at his office, the staff, the hygienists have been the best. Always friendly and accommodating. They're good at making you feel at ease. . My being a bit of an introvert, if I don't feel comfortable about a place I usually will not return. That hasn't been the case here. Dan K.

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient I was more than satisfied with the people and dentistry received.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad that some good friends of mine had recommended me to Fullerton Family Dentistry. The office is clean and inviting and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. I went in for some deep cleaning and my dental hygienist did a very good job, I felt no pain! I am so glad that I found a very good dental practice that is able to take care of my dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: A few months ago, Dr. Haag replaced two crowns on my lower molars. These crowns have been problematic since they were first put in, as food gets trapped between them and causes bacterial growth and pain. Despite my best efforts to keep the area clean, the problem persists. After a few weeks of placing the crowns on two adjacent teeth, I noticed a gap developing between them. Despite wearing a dental guard every night as recommended by him to prevent such gaps, it still happened. I scheduled an appointment and visited him with the hope that he would resolve the issue, relieve my pain and frustration, and save the crowns for which my dental insurance and I had paid over $1,800, including the cost of x-rays. But he offered no real solution, marginalized my pain and concern, and chose not to consider that the problem may have stemmed from a defective crown or substandard workmanship. I find it disappointing when a dentist focuses solely on X-rays and views them as the ultimate determinant of a condition while ignoring the patient's statements and information. I felt there was an absence of care and empathy from the dentist and some of his staff, and I politely alluded to that. He indirectly suggested that I take my business elsewhere. I wish he had given me this advice before I spent so much time and money. Sadly, but surely, one or both of these crowns will require removal in the future, thanks to this doctor's expertise. Naturally, I would not recommend this practice to a friend or acquaintance.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Pang took the fear of going to the dentist away. He was so patient with all the questions that I had and explained all the procedures to me step by step. He even called me after the procedure and make sure everything is fine and I am feeling alright.

Experiencia fantástica: Omg!!!! I finally found my dentist!! Dr Pang was AWESOME!!!! I'm pretty sure most of us are afraid of going to Dentist however Dr. Pang made me so comfortable and felt like I was very welcomed there. He took his time to explained everything thoroughly the issues I had. When i had my root canal procedure done, Dr Pang actuallt called me in the same evening and make sure if I was ok! He really cares about every patient of his and most of all, HE IS VERY HUMBLE GUY!! I am so grateful that finally found the right dentist Dr Pang through my insurance agent. Thank you Dr Pang for all your awesome work!!!! I highly recommend this dentist to anyone!!! He is truly a genuine guy!
