I had avoided dental care for years due to severe anxiety, and when I cracked a filling, I found Flossophie through my insurance provider. In fact, during my two fillings, I became so relaxed that I actually fell asleep! Going from nearly frozen with fear to comfortably taking a nap in the dental chair is something I never thought possible. To top it all off, after my fillings I was offered a cleaning solution for my glasses and a warm towel to freshen up. Those little touches made the experience feel so thoughtful and luxurious. Flossophie Dental didn’t just fix my teeth. They restored my faith in dentistry. This was hands down the best dental experience of my life, and for the first time in years, I am not afraid to go back to the dentist. It all felt very clean. I have been to more than a couple dentists in my life but the service I received was top notch. All of the latest technologies and detail oriented staff. My hygienist team made me feel comfortable and were thorough with my treatment. I would highly recommend this place to my family, friends and peers.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow. Best dental office I've been to, ever. I look for two things in dental offices, apart from high-quality care. First, honest dentists who don't oversell and recommend more than you need. Dr. Soo was so professional, friendly, and knows her stuff. She was very straight forward and clear, only recommending replacing one of my two old silver filings because there's a fracture. Others go straight to crowns and/or say to replace all old fillings. I decided on my own to replace both of my old silver filings. With my insurance, it's only $104 total! Second thing I look for, great office staff who are up-front and honest about pricing. I have been so impressed by the folks there. They told me everything up front. When I first called they even told me they'll stop taking my Delta insurance sometime next year. Wow, my old dentist office didn't tell me that even after they weren't taking it anymore. They also told me exactly what v my part would cost. My husband's dental office added costs after a procedure, "welll that quote didn't include anesthesiologist". The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The office itself is very beautiful, clean, and they have TVs so you can watch your favorite show during your cleaning. I'm so glad I took a chance and tried them even knowing they won't take Delta insurance next year. I'm going to switch insurance. Truly the best dental office I've been to, living all over Ca and out state.

Experiencia fantástica: By far my first visit was an extraordinary experience. I came in for a second opinion after my longtime clinic suggested for two root canals and crowns on my upper left premolars six cavities. Although I needed to get additional X-rays to get a better view of the premolars, Dr. Esther Lee gave me the breakdown and overview of the X-rays and she told me I didn’t need a root canal at all! Though seven cavities were confirmed, at least paying for cavities is a lot cheaper than two root canal and crowns. Dr Esther was so thorough and kind to go over anything she sees in the X-Ray and went over treatment plans for my cavities and periodontal maintenance. The dental assistant was so thorough on explaining and showing me the breakdown of the treatment plan costs and show how much my insurance will cover and how much I need to pay out of pocket. If you have PPO insurance and have some doubts on an unnecessary treatment plan and an absurd amount of money you may not expect to spend, please give Flossophie a chance for a second opinion, you will be in good hands with just one in house doctor. Will do a follow up review after my next visit

My 9 year old is at the tail end of his first round of expanders and braces and every time he has a loose wire or bracket, the front desk is able to squeeze him in and Dr. Bennett and staff take care of it very quickly. The staff attending the front desk are friendly and always do their best to accommodate your schedule. They even made my son a hot chocolate last time we stopped in. If you are looking for a new dentist or orthodontist, this is the place!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the future. The Future of not just dentistry but healthcare. The staff members extremely polite, friendly, relationship-focused - It's like they were trained by Chick-fil-a or like Disney school. This place looks amazing...like I wish I lived here or my house looked this good. I dont know if there are Dentistry Magazines specifically for design awards, but there should be one and these guys need to be submitted and win. As for dental care. Dr. Esther Lee, omg. she is so gentle with my cleaning. Unbelievably gentle. Not to knock on my old Chinese doctor, that closed cause of covid, but when I leave this place, my gums aren't bleeding and it doesn't feel like I've been in the boxing ring with Logan Paul and Connor McGregor. But for reals, I had no idea dentist visits were this painless... BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY. My kids love this place, there are TVs, screens and plenty of distractions while they're working on their teeth. Parents, I even brought both of kids under 5...AT THE SAME TIME. I KNOW. WHAT WAS I THINKING? it could have been a disastrous meltdown. But I did it anyway. Not only were the TVs and headphones a great distraction, but I really trusted the staff to do their procedures without me being a helicopter parent ... 11/10 .. I would come here again...because I have.... ...this review is unpaid. But willing to receive some dental floss sponsorships.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Esther Lee and her staff were cheerful, kind and professional. This office really sets the bar with making someone feel comfortable and welcome. The procedure was painless as well and I mean everything from the lidocaine injection to the deep cleaning. I chose to wait several months to get the time slot I needed to accommodate my work schedule and it was absolutely worth the wait it also helped they sent reminder texts (yes multiple text messages which is awesome because I did forget right after I was reminded). The facility was clean and very well kept also, it was decorated for Halloween which was great. I didn’t really feel like I went to the Dentist. This is the kind of place you’d want your kids to be taken care of. I will be referring friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: If I can sum up my visit in a few words, I would say: comforting and inviting. I know how much people hate going to the dentist (count me as one of them), but it’s always been a very relaxing experience with them. Yes there is still some pain, but they always try to mitigate it as much as possible. Highly recommended and definitely would recommend to any of my friends who is looking for a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely best dental office I have ever been to. The comfort they provide during the visit is so awesome. Being able to watch a movie while you are getting your teeth cleaned is the best. Super clean place with a friendly dental members!
