Sloan Creek Dental

Experiencia fantástica: A very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and very modern x-ray equipment. Showed me pictures of my mouth and the areas that I need to work on. Scheduled my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Sloan Creek Dental is our family’s go to for all our dental needs. Our experience is always a pleasant one no matter the situation. Julie goes above and beyond at handling the details around your visits and Dr. Tina Feng is such a talented Dentist who is very thorough with her work and someone you can certainly trust with your smile.

Experiencia fantástica: First time at Sloan Creek Dental for me. Walked in and was immediately met with the lady at the front desk. Very friendly. Next, they took me back to get X rays. Again a very polite and very well trained assistant was great, she too was very personable. After that I met the lady in charge. Asked me questions about my history with dentistry. So we talked. After that, we stared the process of getting on with the next step which was very good. She did a great job of telling me how things looked with my gums and teeth. She finished and sent me to check out. All in all a very good experience. The office was very clean. I’m glad I changed my dentistry to Sloan Creek.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a good visit with her. Her hygienist cleaned her teeth today and he did a great job. Everyone there is friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and Dr. Feng have all been very accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early. The staff person took me to the room immediately, set me up with a TV program to watch while I waited for the dentist. This is typical of the first-class service I get at Sloan Creek Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been very satisfied with the dental service provided by Dr. Tina Feng. We strongly recommend Sloan Creek Dental. I personally dread going to the dentist for even a normal cleaning. However, the Doctor and staff have made my experience completely comfortable. They are extremely professional, gentle, kind and friendly. Very clean and peaceful facility.

Experiencia negativa: I am not against office policies, but I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency. When I scheduled my appointment, I was never told that X-rays would be required or that my insurance would not cover them because they are only covered every three years, while this office takes them annually. Had I been informed ahead of time, I could have canceled or rescheduled before the appointment. Instead, when I tried to cancel at the office, I was told I would be charged a $75 cancellation fee, so I felt pressured to pay for the X-rays and continue with the cleaning. This felt dishonest and unfair. I had previously purchased a nightguard from this office and trusted them, but after this experience, neither my daughter nor I will be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding office! Amazing administrative staff who are friendly and extremely organized. Technical staff and hygienists that are incredibly skilled, gentle and thorough during procedures. What really sets this office apart is Dr. Feng’s skill level and her commitment to being equipped with the latest in dental technology. She offers advanced treatments such as laser procedures to help with sleep apnea. It is rare to find a dentist that looks at your health holistically while utilizing the best technology available. I can’t recommend Dr. Feng of Sloan Creek Dental and her stellar team enough.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my dentist from here on out! Everything was truly amazing from the day I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment as a new patient, to the time I walked out the door after my appointment. The entire team at Sloan Creek Dental were very professional and helpful, and answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. From Julie who answered my phone call that day, and was the first to greet me on the day of my appointment… she is perfection! To the wonderful dental assistants that assisted with the exams… they were so very comforting and informative through the entire experience… And then we get to the lovely Dentist Dr. Feng. I have always been uncomfortable with my teeth… so I always get a little nervous when going to the dentist, especially since I have not been able to go to an appointment in many years… She is truly some kind of wonderful! She made me feel so very comfortable from the very beginning! She went over each exam in so much detail and was so gentle with how she worded things through the process…. I have never had such a pleasant dental experience like the one I have had here at Sloan Creek… Every single member I met made me feel so welcomed and like I was the only patient there…. They are very popular so that was not the case, but they did not make me feel rushed in any way!!! They all go above and beyond! This is my dentist from now on. I will be recommending everyone to check out Sloan Creek Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Recommend my wife to Dr Fang for a emergency examination of a loose crown. Had no appointment she was a “walk in” first time patient. When we arrived was told that Dr Fang was not there. After explaining the problem the receptionist contacted Dr Fang who came from home to treat my wife. Very caring dentist and entire staff wonderful patient oriented. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Another wonderful experience at Sloan Creek Dental! Dr. Feng remembered many details of our last conversation and she clearly cares about her patients. Julie and the gal who cleaned my teeth I am sorry I forgot her name- complete professionalism and and much care towards me.

We have already scheduled appointments for our kids and look forward to receiving dental services from Dr. Feng and team here in the near future!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had wonderful experiences at Sloan Creek Dental. Dr. Feng gave me a filling on one occasion, which we all know is never enjoyable, but it was the most painless filling I’ve ever had. Dr. Feng is so attentive to detail, including making the numbing shot (which is the worst part in my opinion) as comfortable as possible. The entire office staff is kind and welcoming, including the front desk. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything that is written on the website is true about this office. Very relaxed upscale office from the moment you walk in. Not your typical dental office at all.. everyone focuses on you. Julie at the front desk is a rare find. She really cares about the people coming in and making sure everything is handled. I was treated for sleep apnea with laser technology. Had lots of questions and today was my last treatment. I have improved greatly with the pain free treatments. If you have severe apnea come in and get a consult. Best medical treatment i have gotten.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Feng is so kind and her staff is wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my parents here for a routine cleaning. From scheduling to finish it was a smooth process. The staff and facilities are very polished. The waiting room is impeccably clean and has tranquil vibe. It honestly feels more like a day spa than a dentist office. The receptionist Julie is kind and helpful with scheduling. Dr. Feng is very patient and knowledgeable. She has a light touch, unlike our previous barbarian dentist who yank and pulled. She also speaks fluent Mandarin so communication with the parents was easy. The equipment they have are state of the art. They took a CT scan of the head as well as our teeth. The location is also a plus. They are located around the corner from Whole Foods and across the freeway from the Allen Outlet Mall. We'd highly recommend Sloan Creek Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Every experience at Sloan Creek Dental has been top notch. From the moment you walk in to the time that you walk out, Dr. Feng and her team are committed to a comfortable and stress-free experience. I love the warmth of the front desk staff, the personable demeanor of the dental hygienists, and the disarming personality that Dr. Feng brings to each visit. She always remembers me (even when I only come in once a year versus the two I should for cleanings!) and engages in conversation that lets me know that she has genuine care for my health and well-being. Even though we've moved from McKinney to Plano, we will continue to travel up to see Dr. Feng and make Sloan Creek our top choice for any dental health needs!
