Experiencia fantástica: It took me forever to find a new dentist since moving to North Dallas but I’m glad I found Allen Smile Design because I loved my first experience! The entire staff is super friendly and my appointment started in a timely manner and ran smoothly! My dental hygienist was extremely warm, welcoming, thorough and communicative with me. Dr. Lewis was also super nice and thorough. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: I knocked out one of front center teeth. I was referred to Dr. Lewis at Allen Smile Design. Getting a next day appointment was absolutely surprising but I was so grateful. From the phone conversation to the moment I walked In the door I felt so at ease. Every person on staff and another patient were very pleasant. The consultation, exam, explanation of the treatment plan were ALL TOP TIER!! Let me not forget to mention that the complete treatment cost is just under an 1/8 of what I was quoted at a corporate dental office. That along with all the previous mentions put me on cloud 10. Knowing that I now have a FOREVER dental family to care for my teeth health turned this whole ordeal into an IDEAL experience. And I’ve also scheduled my daughter to become a new patient. Private owned professional operating companies are now my #1 go to.

On 12/3, I called the office at 6:30am with a dental emergency. By 8:30am, that same day, I was leaving her office with my problem fixed. The service is that great!

She now sees the whole family and is great with kids. My 18 month old can be difficult, but she is always very patient and comforting when he freaks out, as is the rest of her staff. Experiencia negativa: I would give them zero stars if I could… This dentistry is a scam! They told me I had over 12 cavities and urged me to quickly get expensive fillings. I then went to another dentist for a second opinion, and even with updated x-rays, the new doctor told me I had barely even 2 cavities that could self-resolve with good cleaning habits. Goes to show that they only want your money. Not to mention, the dental hygienist always leaves me with sharp pains in my gums simply from routine cleanings…. Take your business elsewhere.

As a dental office when treatment is indicated we provide treatment options. These fees for procedures vary by geographical area and our office simply assists in helping customers with their insurance benefits for completed services. We are required to obtain the necessary dental records. This includes at a minimum dental radiographs, intraoral pictures/scans & periodontal screening. This helps to ensure we are providing the best quality of care. Quality diagnostic records also aid in detecting decay or infection. Following the examination and thorough dental cleaning, Dr. Lewis takes the time to review all photos and radiographs so all patients can visibly see the cavities/decay and treatment is discussed and reviewed in detail. It would be a disservice to anyone to not obtain diagnostic records & review any dental x-rays and intraoral scans/pictures concerning any recommended treatment. Anyone who visits Allen Smile Design is always welcome to seek a second opinion regarding any treatment recommendations if they feel the need to do so. Our goal is always to provide you with the best quality of care. We wish you the best in finding your next dental home.

Experiencia negativa: They suppose to refer me to specialist but oversight for 2 weeks which lead to delay for 2 months. Also, teeth clean is very sloppy which my wife also realized from her visit. Nurse keeps asking me schedule another appointment next time but i refused. Even this is the closest dentist to my house, I decide to change my family's dentist from now on.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing customer service! The whole team of ladies were super helpful, caring and professional! Every single person I spoke to or saw were genuinely nice people! I had a teeth cleaning and x rays done. They put my anxiety to ease without even trying! (They didn’t have to try cause they did so good the whole time but also checked on me several times). From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and warm welcomes and the check in was easy. They provide tv, Netflix/Hulu, etc which was a relaxing surprise! Not enough space to explain why I’m so happy with this whole experience with them! Found my dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lewis and her staff are very professional and very patient. I had to go in for X-rays because of some tooth pain I was having and knowing my extreme fear of the dentist office, they took their time, were gentle and were very understanding of my fears. Highly recommended!!

Experiencia negativa: Beware of when they scam you to showing all sorts of stuff to make you believe you have 5 or 10 cavities. I was told I have 7, got a second opinion and there weren't any. Out of all scams, a doctors' is the saddest

We are required to obtain necessary dental records for all patients. This includes at a minimum dental radiographs, intraoral pictures/scans & periodontal screening to ensure we are providing the best quality of care as well as to aid in the diagnosis of any decay or infection. A comprehensive exam is performed on all new patients. Following the examination, any treatment that is recommended is discussed and reviewed in detail with the patient. It would be a disservice to any of our patients if we do not obtain diagnostic records & review any dental x-rays and intraoral scans/pictures in regards to any recommended treatment. Patients are always welcome to seek out a second option in regards to any treatment recommendations. We’re sorry that our attention to detail has left you with this perception. Our goal is always to provide you the best quality of care. We wish you the best in finding your next dental home.

To be honest this review is a long time coming. ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Please take the following rules into account: Rule #1 Only go here if you’re nice as this is the best dental office I’ve ever experienced. Even if I moved cities over I’d travel. Rule#2 Be kind as they will love on you. This is my family’s dentist. Just got my husband to go and I have been trying to get my mom to move back to Texas just to go We are expecting our first baby and Dr. Lewis will be our son’s dentist too. When I tell you they treat you like family I mean it. THEY CARE. THEY LISTEN. After my first appointment I called my mom and told her I just visited my aunt and cousins. Rule# 3 Only go if you like a CLEAN medical office and knowledgeable staff. If you are expecting a lesser quality PLEASE keep looking because this isn’t it! Dr. Lewis, Jiyan, Daisy, Dani, and Anna are so supportive and we are so blessed to have found them and you are too if you came across this provider. We wanted to upgrade our care to 5-star and we could not have asked for a bigger blessing. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Normally I’m very embarrassed about my teeth because of my own neglect but Dr. Lewis and her staff never once made me feel ashamed or uneasy. Top of the line equipment and a very clean / antiseptic office made me feel relaxed and hopeful for the first time in years and years. She and I talked a good long while during my initial consultation and I felt like I had made a new friend along with a new dentist. Her knowledge of medical health concerns let me know I had come to the right person to finally fix my smile. I can’t wait to see the results! Edit: it is now August 2022, and most of the cosmetic work has been completed for over a year. I can’t tell you how this has changed my life. Being able to smile really makes a difference in this world. People used to think I was angry or upset all the time because I rarely smiled with my ratchet teeth. After Dr Lewis fixed my smile, I had to practice it because the facial movement was odd to me at first. But now I smile all the time and show off these crowns and it has completely affected my social life for the better. So I want to tell Toni thank you thank you thank you, 1000 times thank you! So generous, and so nice to me.
