Experiencia negativa: My interaction with the dentist was not great. My dental health is overall on the good to great side of things. I've had my teeth straightened, all of 2 cavities, my wisdom teeth taken out, and I've got a chip on one of my front teeth. I know this but I don't have a big head about it. The hygienist complimented my teeth and even said she rarely sees teeth taken care of as well as mine. I had a little build up on a few of my teeth but again the hygienist said it was the least she's seen in a while. The dentist comes in and introduces himself and right away it feels like he's trying to knock me down a peg. The language he is using is "your teeth are okay" and "you're doing fine". I didn't think much of it at the time, maybe the guy isn't very bubbly and doesn't want people to get lazy. I really don't care, like I said, I've got good dental health and I haven't changed anything recently. Then he gets into it with the hygienist about something. I'm not sure if it was about me or something the hygienist did, but it must have impacted the dentist's mood because when he came back he was rough. He started cleaning the build up and it felt like dude was competing in a bass fishing competition and I was the prized big fish in the pond. I have never been handled that roughly before. After he finished with the few teeth with build up he didn't even touch any of the others, he just stood up, said "you've got to work on those teeth we just cleaned", and left. Like I guess he didn't necessarily do anything wrong, but I wouldn't trust him with any actual work.

In fact after confirmations, and phone follow ups from office the previous day , they are completely negligent of patient’s time- to the extent they will Ask us to come another day for the appointment after we turn up ahead of the appointment time. This was my first experience last month And today, after multiple appointments confirmations, neither the dentist nor the front office update or tell why they did not honor the time commitment when we have other appointments and work schedules . I retract my good faith recommendations for this practice because they take patients for a ride. This negative doctor review is my first ever in 30 years; as I am always considerate in accepting doctor’s shifting needs but the honorable etiquette and principles that govern a dentist practice is missing in Studio121. That is bad customer experience.

Dr. Rishi is kind enough to take them without Insurance for consultation and does fix them. Considerate people amidst pushy dental facilities.

They were very patient and sensitive to our issues and requests. They also have TV’s above your head so you can watch tv and be detracted during the process. My daughter hates the dentist but she didn’t mind this experience at at. 5 star rating for sure!!!!!!!
