From the moment we walked in, Donna and the rest of the front desk team were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Dr. Narayan was outstanding — her level of care, professionalism, and compassion went far beyond expectations. She made sure my friend was comfortable at every step, and her calm, reassuring approach made the experience so positive. To top it off, Dr. Chandran, the other dentist at the clinic, even stopped by personally to greet us, which made us feel like part of the family rather than just patients. What stood out most to me was how genuinely kind and dedicated every single person was. Even as someone simply accompanying my friend, I could clearly see how valued and cared for she felt throughout the process. It didn’t feel like just another dental appointment — it felt like being looked after by people who truly put their patients first. Twin Creeks Dentistry exceeded every expectation, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for exceptional dental care with a personal, family-like touch, this is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: Ended up coming to this dentist through a referral and have been so grateful for it! Donna and Yeny are very welcoming from the moment you walk into the door. The waiting area is nice and comfortable for the short wait time before someone greets you and brings you to a room. The TVs and the music are comforting for anyone who is a little bit anxious to go to the dentist. They are thorough and detail-oriented making sure you understand everything that is taking place during your appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been part Dr.Chandran’s family dentistry several years. Donna handles all the appointments effectively. Jillian , yeny are all knowledgeable and super kind .Great staff and patient consultation.

Experiencia positiva: I have no problems with anyone else on staff, but I did not like the way Geanine was talking to me. It felt that she lacked patience and that I was bothering her with stupid questions. This behavior is not ok for a customer-facing role and will lose people.

Experiencia negativa: Bad experience years ago. I went in for a cleaning and the dentist refused a clean until i would commit to an $800 procedure 3 dentist since said i did not need.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter and I have been receiving dental care through Twin Creeks Denistry since moving to Allen TX for three years now. Dr Chandran's office environment is very welcoming and the staff is highly professional and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Love love love Twin Creeks Dentistry! Everyone is so kind and sweet, I’ve had done a lot of work with cavity fillings, cleanings, etc and they’ve done an incredible job fixing all my issues with gentle care! 10/10 I’ll never stop coming back

Experiencia negativa: I have visited this dental office twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The service was poor, and the hygienist was extremely rude. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience getting two crowns at the same time. Dr N and Annette were an awesome team. I have a very small mouth, which is a challenge. We all worked together to make it all happen and it was very successful. Donna is great at billing and with customer service. Dr Chandron is so supportive of my overall dental management. I have been coming here over 7 years.

Experiencia fantástica: Ok So I'm never been a fan of going to the Dentist But I must say this place Rocks! From the moment I walked in the kindness they showed was exceptional. Experiencia fantástica: I have been to so many dentists before but I am thankful to have found Dr Chandran and her team. Dr Chandran is wonderful and thorough. I just finished my invisalign and veneer treatment plan and she took her time to make sure I was happy with the results. She does very detailed work and always has the patient's best interest in mind. I never feel rushed on my appts with her. For me, its important to have a dentist who is trustworthy and Dr Chandran is it. Her office staff is amazing as well. They are very kind, personable and always willing to work with each patient's needs. They always go above and beyond. Despite busy they are, I never have to wait long in the waiting area either. Highly recommend Dr Chandran and her team.

Experiencia fantástica: Great work by doc and staff. I've had crowns, canals, cleanings, and Envisalign at TCD. Very competent and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Twin Creeks Dentistry has been so accommodating for my husband and I! Helping us find a payment plan that best fit our dental needs. They do emergency same day appts which my husband needed a few months ago, do very thorough cleanings, and they work with ortho to do invisalign out of their office. I'm currently doing the invisalign process and it has been great! Doctor Sangita is super kind and thorough with her work, as well as her associates!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the few places that treats you like family. Dr Chandram has a healing hand. My mouth was a mess and after 2 years of treatment it’s brand new :). Give this office a go. You won’t regret it. The support staff Donna, Jilee and Shay are great. I highly recommend this business.

Experiencia negativa: never had a good / pleasant experience with this doctor. they say insurance covers the procedure. i ask them to check and they say yes few days later they send a bill and tell me insurance did not cover it. i asked them why are you saying this now. i asked you even before you guys started the procedure. they do not have any words. i feel they have bad front office ethics.

Experiencia fantástica: We've had a wonderful experience at Twin Creeks Dentistry and Dr Sangita. My daughter is currently undergoing her treatment, and the care and attention she receives are exceptional. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ensures she feels comfortable. We’re happy with the progress and highly recommend their services!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent detail and communication regarding dental care and options for current care and ongoing maintenance. Courteous and professional staff and clean, comfortable office environment..

Experiencia fantástica: I recently started care with Twin Creeks Dentistry and have had an awesome experience. I've never had to wait longer than a minute or two after checking in for an appointment. Dr. Chandran and her team are very knowledgeable, friendly, and express no judgment to the patient.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Twin Creeks for three years now and I can honestly say they are the best dentist I’ve ever been to, hands down. They are well-organized, efficient, have excellent communication, and have absolutely best in class dental work. One small example: I broke a permanent retainer at about 10:00 AM on Monday. They got me in by 1:00 PM the same day, got the retainer fixed in less than 30 minutes, and charged a very reasonable price. If you’re looking for a dentist, stop looking and go here. If you already have a dentist, you should definitely switch.

Experiencia fantástica: We love this dentist. The office manager Geanine is fantastic and works really hard to make an easy life for the client. The hygienist and dentist are also wonderful with so many years of experience. I’m glad we find this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Twin creeks Dentistry has by far surpassed the bar on a fantastic facility as well as hospitality! I had an emergency situation and needed a few teeth extracted immediately. I was crying on the phone in pain when Donna told me to come in immediately! After arriving I had the sweetest dental assistant, Joanna, and the best Dentist I have found thus far, Dr. Chandran! I felt comfortable, at ease, and somehow was able to smile and laugh through my pain. I won't ever go anywhere else! The staff and atmosphere is top notch!! Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chandran was referred to me by a coworker and I am SO thankful for the referral. She is an exceptional doctor and her bedside manner (as well as her assistants) are phenomenal. Very sweet, professional and takes care of her patients. The receptionist is incredibly sweet as well. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Chandran has been my orthodontist and dentist for the last 3 years. I had been skeptical about the effectiveness of Invisalign as an adult patient. Dr Chandran was very patient and diligent in her orthodontic plan and I highly recommend her. She is also our family dentist. Her office staff are helpful and hygienists are professional.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are truly genuine. Dentist does great work. Highly recommend! *update* After going back to get more work done I felt compelled to write more!! I REALLY liked the way Dr. Chandran explains what she’s doing as she works. It makes me feel relaxed and worry free. She checks on you to make sure you are okay and comfortable throughout procedures, more than any dentist I’ve ever had, proving she has a heart and truly cares about her patients. Since Covid started, and I have asthma, I was a bit worried about going to the dentist. Dr. Chandran purchased several pieces of equipment that actually make it safer for everyone during this time. It pulls the aerosol’s out of the air as she is working. I’m sure anyone there can explain better if you’re interested. Yet another reason that made me feel cared for. Also, a fun perk: I love the TV not only on the wall in front of the dentist chair, but on the ceiling above you. It goes through many fun and interesting facts that help keep you distracted. Did you know squirrels cause 10-20% of power outages?! If you’re looking for the best dentist around, come here!!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were looking for a good dentist for a while, we feel so lucky for finding Twin Creeks Dentistry, Dr Chandran is excellent, she really cares about her patients, she listens to all your concerns, she always explain with detail every procedure, and she is very gentle. Her staff is wonderful, and always have a positive attitude, they’re very friendly and willing to help. Thank you Dr Chandran and Staff.

Everyone on Dr.Chandra's team is highly skilled, professional and punctual. They have a personal touch, which can be found nowhere else. I highly recommend this place for any kind of dental treatment.
