Experiencia fantástica: I have SEVERE anxiety when dealing with dentistry. However, Dr. Talbot and his asst made me feel comfortable and understood. He truly cares, is super knowledgeable and will work with you to help YOU out. I came in because I needed a second option because prior dentist was outrageously overpriced. Paying out of pocket, Dr. T helped me immensely. He was honest and upfront about the previous plan I came in with and said that it just didnt make sense as if I were to build up and do another crown with my tooths condition, it would crumble within the year. He gave me a new consult, and made getting it extracted actually bareable. Im actually looking forward to fixing my teeth damaged by pregnancy, because of my experience with dr. T. I couldnt thank him enough for understanding my financial situation--- but most of all my fear of dentists . 10/10

My daughter was seen for a tooth coming in and was clearly experiencing pain. Despite this, she was provided with no form of pain relief or adequate guidance to manage her discomfort. As a parent, this is deeply upsetting. A child should not leave a dental appointment still in pain without support, reassurance, or a clear treatment plan. I have been a loyal patient of your practice for over ten years, and during that time I have trusted your office with my family’s dental care. The treatment my child received during this visit was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of care I have come to expect. I would appreciate an explanation regarding why no pain management options were offered and what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again to another child. So thankful price quoted was more reasonable than ANY other dentist in the area. Certainly didn't….want to return to Baylor Dental College :(( to have work done….like I did in 1990-1995 :(((

Since it was my first visit, I had to get a full set of x-rays, which I expected. Dentist looked at my x-rays and teeth and then used the ultrasonic scaler. After that the hygienist polished my teeth and I was done. Checkout and scheduling my next appointment was easy. Looking forward to my next visit.

When I said "what's the point of scheduling 6 months in advance if you just cancel it?" And Marissa said "it's just to get you on the books." If the dentist isn't in and you cancel my appointment after 6 months of waiting am i really on the books? Marissa needs to fix her attitude and not talk to people like they're dumb. Will never return here, they do not care about you or your time, just the money they get from insurance/ our wallets.

Experiencia negativa: When I visited, the office was a bit messy (they said it’s because they’re expanding), and the cleaning itself felt very rushed. The dentist spent about 10 minutes, while a fly was buzzing nearby, and there wasn’t even the usual stationary overhead light. The tech did polishing in another 5 minutes, and that was it. The whole visit took about 15 minutes—compared to the 40 minutes I was used to with my old dentist.

More recently, my husband had to have dental work and new crowns put on; being in a wheelchair, we need extra help getting him in and out of the dental chair; Dr. Talbot and Dr. Cooke and some of the nurses came running like a team to help!
