I have had a somewhat traumatic experience with a dentist prior which has made it difficult to not be tense when even having a cleaning done. She and her team have been nothing but patient, informative, and kind. I have had to get work done in multiple areas on my mouth since starting with V Smile (things that my other dentist should have recommended and didn’t) and Dr. Ahmed and the team have made the experience much less anxiety ridden for me and have been patient with the numbing process as I take extra meds and extra time to get numbed properly. I dread going to the dentist and have been putting it off for several years now but this experience has been so shockingly pleasant and pain free. Hygienist Andrea was very thorough, patient and did an awesome job both before the deep cleaning and afterwards as well , going over the post op. This has been my best experience at a dentist so far starting from appt booking to reminders to smooth checking to the entire care team. I highly recommend V Smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Usually, I do not write doctor reviews. And I have never written a review of a dentist. But V Smile deserves to be an exception. When I live in an area, the dentist I start with is the dentist I stay with. When I moved to Frisco, TX, that was my pattern for fifty years. Since being here, I am now on my sixth dentist. My first dentist was financially unethical (and has since left the area). I had two great dentists, but both stopped taking Delta Dental insurance. Two were questionable dentists when I was searching for a new dentist. V Smile has the best rating of dentists closest to me. This factor told me they paid attention to their rating. But was the high rating reflective of the practice? Surprisingly, YES. There is something different about this practice. It is not one thing, but how the whole experience fits together. I suspect part of my surprise is that everybody is quietly positive. I had a crown replaced (after the cavity under it was fixed), and then I broke the temporary crown. No big deal, they handled the issue without a single negative comment. So, here is a practice that quietly earns its high rating!

Experiencia negativa: Unacceptable and unprofessional. Starting with the insane pricing. I went for a checkup & quote - they only looked but didn’t clean or do anything, not even the free maintenance the insurance offers - that should have been the first red flag. Then, still having been vulnerable with them, they made me sign a treatment plan. It was a lot, but I got my savings and decided this would be a birthday gift to myself. I called the following week to schedule - they added 5K to the bill, and when I questioned how much on earth it hiked up, she said, “We didn’t talk about x..” This, again, was the following week that I tried to schedule treatment. These people are thirsty and will make you pay whatever your insurance pays and then double it. I loathe what these industries have done to healthcare. I deserve to be able to trust the darn dentist and their people—massive disappointment because this was a huge deal to me. I would be remiss to mention the young lady who did the check-up was so nice and understood my trepidation.

My first exam was very thorough and the technology they have in office gives you a full 360 view of your entire teeth so you are able to see exactly what the dentist sees. My cleaning was the most gentle that I have ever had. I left feeling happy, informed and confident of the follow up visit I have scheduled for a filling and some sealants. It has been OVER A YEAR and they are just NOW telling me that I owe more money for the work I already paid them for? No thanks. I will not be going back to this establishment. I came into the office at opening, hoping that they could work me in. By chance, my permanent crowns had arrived. They installed my permanent crowns that morning, saving me time and taking care of my problem. Dr. V does a super job, and she has a great sense of humor. Very attentive staff, and such great service. They explained everything I needed thoroughly. Went in for a teeth cleaning, and I had a cracked tooth. Got it fixed the same exact day! After I got a crown, they made sure that I will not be charged if I needed to come back and make any adjustments to it. I highly recommend a visit. So happy I found this spot

I am VERY Arthritic, Dr Tippireddy's staff is so cordial, Friendly and compassionate. They took great care to be sure I was comfortable. They even found a pillow to put behind my neck to be sure I would NOT be in pain! The Dr's Dental Assistant went through the cleaning totally without pain. Dr. Tippireddy works quickly and also not only cleaned my teeth but did 2 fillings, also painless. I hope if you are looking for a compassionate Dentist, that you will give V Smiles Dentistry on Highway 423 just North of Eldorado a chance! She and her staff can remove all of you usual Dental concerns!
