Experiencia fantástica: Had my first visit with for my 7 year old today. I am so pleased to be joining Dr. Taylor’s practice. Her office is so pretty and inviting. Obie and Adrienne were attentive and patient in explaining what to expect. Chantelle and Timmy were so professional and kind to my child. They took their time, catered her service and tried their best to give her a positive experience. Then the grand finale came in, a literal ray of sunshine & excellence. Dr. Taylor came in so ready to help and took her time introducing herself and explaining the goals for today. She made a very thoughtful referral to preserve my daughter’s view of dentists experience but she also made an on the spot exception to do an emergency repair for my child’s comfort. She did it without a second thought and with a smile. Her professionalism, bedside manner and concern for the overall experience are unmatched. My family will be joining her practice without a doubt. I really enjoyed the experience, which I know sounds crazy because this is a dental office and I definitely have dental phobia, but I didn’t have anything to fear here. I had a great experience. First, I love that it’s a Black-owned dental office. I love Dr. Taylor’s style and beautiful taste. She probably has the best decor I’ve ever seen in a dental office. I love that she’s all about family, and she’s so kind and compassionate. She really takes her time to explain things, and you never feel rushed. She’s genuine, she keeps it real, and I love that she has her husband by her side working with her. I loved her entire dental team. Everybody I encountered was amazing. Forgive me y’all, because I might not have everyone’s name, but everyone was wonderful. Chantelle, thank you. Lani, thank you. Timmy, thank you! Everybody I encountered was compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. The office also has really high-tech equipment. They scanned all of my teeth and my mouth so quickly, and I was really impressed. I got to see everything on the screen. Everything is top notch, up to date, and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised because I usually fear the dentist, but I could come here and relax. I could probably take a nap, honestly. That’s how comfortable they made me feel. They did such a great job with my teeth. They even made me a custom night guard, so I didn’t have to buy one of those raggedy night guards from CVS that won't fit. They gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, and everyone was so kind and funny. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be going back. I truly had a great experience, and I pray they continue to be blessed with so much success and business. Experiencia negativa: I was hoping to at least get my teeth cleaned which is covered by insurance along with xrays all I got was X-rays. And paid the copay before even being seen. That was a first for me. The lady who was doing the X-rays asked me if I wanted cleaning I told her yes . It didn’t happen. Kind of a waste of time. Cleaning was not declined I specifically answered yes when asked

Experiencia negativa: I called to inquire about an emergency Appointment due to my husband being in pain and requesting an extraction of a tooth. The receptionist answered rudely, stating that the dentist does not do extractions and that I need to call a dental surgeon, and then replied, " Thank you and hung up the call. Additionally, I was attempting to schedule appointments for my three teenagers, as we are new to the area. Regrettably, this was your loss and an act of unprofessionalism.

Experiencia positiva: I moved to Texas in 2023 and this was mine and my children’s 1st dental home. I was happy to be able to support a black owned dentist office and Dr Taylor and her staff really made me feel like family. From the beginning she agreed to take all of my children on the same day to make it convenient for a mother of 7 as long as I always show up and never cancel! In almost 3 years I never canceled. We were all there last October and we were scheduled for our 6 month cleaning April 8th. I got a call 2 days ago from the receptionist Sarah who advised me that mine and my seven children could not all be seen together anymore because of how many clients Dr Taylor has now. I went on to advise her that Dr Taylor and I had an agreement and Sarah with no empathy went on to advise me they will no longer be able to accommodate my family. Not only was I a bit angry because one you had 6 months to cancel me but wait a week before and two I felt put off as a loyal client because business is now booming but sad because I don’t like change and I felt like that was my dental family. So instead of keeping your word and continue to accommodate loyal clients you lost 8 clients. Well congratulations on your business booming and your future endeavors but this one hurt.

It showed that they cared about me enough to do so. I was seated and seen on time. Everyone that assisted along with Dr. Taylor were helpful and supportive. I came in a routine cleaning and it had been a few years since I had been to the dentist. After the scan and the few X-rays, they went over how thorough the new technology was with pinpointing the impact to my teeth. I could see where I was grinding away at my back molars and where there was space where my teeth didn't connect if I bit down. Any questions I asked, they answered without a problem. I loved that they laid out possible options based on my goals and by highest priority, for the teeth grinding, and to take care of the two very small cavities that were forming. I didn't felt pressure and everything was my choice. As I received my teeth fillings, they consistently checked in with me and made sure I was comfortable while letting me watch tv and choose what I wanted to watch during the procedure. I will be back for an appointment to go over orthodontic options and have my next 6 month cleaning scheduled with ease. Overall great experience. No complaints.

Their x-ray machines weren't working properly and thusly, my routine cleaning took longer than expected. Dr. Taylor was extremely sweet and went out of her way to educate me through each step of my routine exam and cleaning. Everyone who came in contact with my mouth was gentle and proficient. I walked out feeling great about my visit and confident in my new dental “home”!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible. Don't go here. First the lady taking my X Rays was horrible. Kept shoving the bite wings around my mouth not giving me a minute to catch my breath making me gag. She kept retaking the same ones over and over again because she couldn't get it right. Then someone came in the room with the estimate of charges for my teeth cleaning and examination and X Rays. Told me it would be almost $1300 maxing out my $1000 annual max with my PPO plan and advised me I would have to pay $274 out of pocket for a routine exam and deep cleaning of my teeth. Outrageous for a exam and one time cleaning. No dental work was even being done. Just standard routine exam and cleaning. That's 1,000 for cleaning alone. Insane . There license should be revoked. I would give 0 stars if I could. Never going here again.
