Not one person in that place made me feel embarrassed for my delay in my own care. They took their time to explain their process, what to expect, and what we need to do moving forward. I am kicking myself for not remembering the amazing dental hygienist who took so much time making sure I was feeling comfortable and informed! She was so nice and we chatted about small town South Carolina. Dr. Tabb was also so personable, honest, and respectful! I am so grateful for their wonderful care and feel at ease knowing my future dental health is in their capable hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family loves Cooper Cosmetic Family Dentistry! I have four children ranging in age from 4-11 and from their first time we have had stellar appointments for everyone. It’s not often you find a provider who does amazing with adults and young children, but they do! If you have hesitations about going to the dentist I can’t recommend this place enough. Every person there is friendly, intentional, and competent with each interaction. Our family primarily does regular checkups and screenings, but my daughter has had a cosmetic procedure for a chipped tooth. The dentist took the time to explain it to her and check in to make sure she was doing okay. We look forward to using them for years to come!

It took a lot for me to over come my dental anxiety to go to a dental office but Dr.Peele and her team has made that easy for me now. I appreciate them so much and recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Experiencia negativa: I had fillings done here that were never completed properly and to this day still cause pain when chewing on my left side. When I reached out to have the work adjusted, I later experienced a documented medical emergency that required ER care and surgery, which I clearly communicated to the office in writing. That email was never acknowledged, yet I was still charged a $50 no-show fee weeks later. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-up care has been extremely disappointing. I expected professionalism and basic courtesy, especially given the circumstances, but instead was left in pain and charged unfairly. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow!!! The staff at Cooper Denistry is Amazing!!! I mean everyone! They quickly scheduled an appointment for me. It was only a two day wait. The visit was very pleasant. My dentist is Dr. Tabb and her assistant Crista were so caring and helped me decide what I needed to have done with one of my teeth. I told them the oral surgeon I preferred to see. Luckily he was able to see me today. I headed straight to him and he needed me to have part of my bridge removed so he could remove my tooth. My son quickly called and Dr.Tabb saw me right after the oral surgeon this afternoon. Dr. Tabb removed the part of the bridge that needed to be removed. The oral surgeon was able to schedule an appointment to remove my tooth tomorrow. I have never been treated so professionally in my life. They were concerned about my situation. They put me at ease right away. They were reassuring and caring. This was all on my first visits at Cooper Dentistry. My husband and son decided to switch to Cooper Dentistry, so they have transferred dentist as well. If you need a wonderful dentist with caring staff, this is the dental practice to use. I am in awe of this practice and staff. You will not be disappointed!!!

The Dental assistants are all wonderful to work with as well, (Julia I'm talking about you)! I've had emergency bonding done with a days notice when they fit me in, cavities filled beautifully, and they really stay on top of things to make sure you don't spend more. They are not out to just get money, and truly care. I highly recommend this team!

Great communication about what they are doing during any procedure and concerned about patient comfort. On the financial side, clearly explains what insurance covers and what you will be responsible for. Appreciated how easy it was to schedule and appointment and was able to do this over email. When referred out for orthodontics, made sure to give recommendations to meet any preference including women doctors. Overall had a great experience.
