Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental emergency and arrived unannounced just as the office was opening. The staff was very reassuring and told me they would be able to work me in. Within a few minutes, I was taken to an exam room by a dental assistant. After she completed all her prep work, the dentist came in, made the repair, and in less than an hour I was out the door. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Thank you East Cooper Dental!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been “blessed” with cold sores since I was a kid, I had the unfortunate timing of getting one right before the holiday weekend. I called the office this morning and asked if they provided laser treatment for these pesky little things. I was informed they were completely booked for the day with patients but they’d speak with the dentist. Not even ten minutes later I receive a call telling me he could squeeze me in. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating and Dr. Warner was kind and informative. Thanks ro them this sucker will be gone in no time. 10/10 would recommend them

As soon as you walk in the beautiful office you are always greeted with a smile like they’ve known you for years. His hygienist are always fun to speak with and do a great job. Dr Warner is top of the top. His knowledge and dedication to his profession and patients is apparent from the first time that you meet him. He has done a decent amount of work on my mouth and not once has it ever hurt to have work done. Unpleasant maybe but not painful. He always checks in to see if you are ok with his work so that he can adjust and make you feel better. He’s even good for a corny joke every now and then which shows his personality and keeps everyone laughing and not so serious.

Heather is to be complimented on her professionalism. Dr. Kotz came to check out my teeth, was gracious in her usual way, a pleasure to see. And, no cavities!!!! Yay! The receptionists were very warm and friendly, also. I went to Dr. Warner’s Dental today (6-18-25) to get a filling and a temporary crown. The staff, as well Dr. Warner, were very welcoming and gave me a warm welcome. The procedure went very well and I was quite pleased at the results.

Dr. Warner and his staff are some of the most professional and personable individuals you would ever want to be charged with your dental healthcare needs. They listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions thoroughly and make sure that I have all of the knowledge and options available to me. I also have mention that my work schedule is often last minute (day before) and is always subject to change, the front desk staff takes the frustration out of the scheduling process for me by staying in touch with me via text and/or phone call with all available appointment possibilities. I love it here and won’t be going anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I absolutely hate having to leave this review. I’ve loved my experiences here, but during a stent in the hospital, a single member of the staff managed to somehow get all of my records from the hospital I was at. Down to the smallest details that nobody other than I knew. I was called 6 times in 4 business days while I was in septic shock. I am investigating how this receptionist was able to get my medical records as I had not released them to anyone. When I brought it to the attention of the office I was told it must be a misunderstanding. I have witnesses that overheard the receptionist relaying incredibly private medical information to me. I’ve loved coming here but will unfortunately be finding somewhere else as I am disturbed by the violation of HIPAA. The hygienists and techs are amazing and the large majority of the staff are awesome, I just don’t feel comfortable going to an office where my private medical information is unethically accessed.

I had neglected my teeth for many years and she gave me no judgement and made my teeth super clean and healthy. The front desk people are super nice and the dentist seems great too. Rude employees, wont run your insurance before the appointment and then will tell you you owe them $190 for the XRay they take- then will kick you out before your cleaning even starts to say "oh we actually dont take your insurance". THEN when you call to clear things up, Shannon will hang up on you. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I've been coming here for nearly 10 years but am hesitant to come back after two bad experiences with hygienists. One scolded me for my permanent retainer having tarter under it, and said I needed to switch to a regular one (absolutely not). Last time, the hygienist could not figure out how to floss my teeth and never cleaned under the retainer. Dr. Warner forgot to inspect the cleaning so didn't notice. The old staff was fantastic.

What followed, however, may have been my best health care experience ever. Thanks to Brittany and Dr Warner and everyone at that office. I’m also in the healthcare field and know what a pain an emergency add on appointment can be. They treated me promptly, skillfully, and respectfully. Job well done!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the worst teeth I’ve ever seen. They had been damaged by less than competent dentists who would just pull teeth when there was a sensitivity problem. One dentist opened my sinus, causing a need for major surgery just to close it up. After all that, I had no bone on either side of my top areas where teeth used to be. By that time, I also had no place I could chew. I had to gum my food and avoid any food with texture for almost 30 years. Salads were out. I met a surgeon in Charleston (Sarathy) who completely rebuilt bone for my upper teeth plus the implants needed. He was amazing. I then had trouble getting another dentist to put teeth in my implants and the crowns needed. That’s how I found Dr Warner at East Cooper Dental. I had fired my other dentist because he was taking too long and whining about my insurance. (I had top of the line insurance from Blue Cross). Dr. Warner spent about a year working on mine and my spouse’s teeth. We were both at a point where eating was nearly impossible and smiling was out of the question. A year later, we both have beautiful mouths and can eat whatever we want and smile without being afraid. Thank you to Dr Warner, his dental staff, and his receptionist/insurance genius. We can’t thank you enough. ❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment with East Cooper Dental a month ago in February of 2023 as a new patient for me and my daughter. They sent me an email asking to fill out all the insurance paper work via their own online database to save time. I filled out all the information and got confirmation that it was completed. We show up for our first appointment, they don’t have the paperwork and want me to fill it out again. I was disheartened to say the least.

The office staff is very professional and friendly, and Dr Warner performed a root canal and it was a pure surprise as to how painless the whole process was. I did not wait that long when I was asked to go to the examination room. I met Dr. Warner who explained very clearly the dental procedure to be performed in my mouth while both of us watched the X-Rays pictures. Then I met Miss Shannon who explain the cost of the implants and treatment. Both persons were very friendly and professional. I must also mention the excellent service of the Dr. assistant. Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. Warner by my family dentist. I needed a tooth extracted, along with an implant. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking and with handicap accessible parking. The exterior was nicely landscaped and clean. The inside of the office was clean with a nice atmosphere. I was greeted as I entered. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken back before my appointment. Dr. Warner introduced himself and assured me I was in good care. During my procedure Dr. Warner explained everything that he was doing. He was professional but most importantly for me, he checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable. His staff from front to back was polite, personable and efficient. My appoint couldn't have went any better. I just had my post procedure visit and my visit went great. Dr. Warner again displayed professionalism but at the same time showed deep concern for my well-being. I most definitely recommend Dr. Warner for for dental needs.
