Everyone was incredibly friendly and each step of the process was laid out clearly before being done. Additionally, all recommendations for care moving forward were explained well and not pressured on me in the slightest. Their team seems to really care about each individual patient and take the time to get to know everyone that walks through their doors. They also have a wide range of amenities to help pass the time or ease the nerves for those who are nervous to have dental work. I will not go to another dental practice as long as Holy City Dentistry is in business.

They have 2 Netflix TVs with headphones for you, and protective sunglasses. They have a very friendly puppy that can always cheer you up if needed, and the patience they have for my kids has been excellent. I really have no complaints, Advice to customers istry not to cancel too late because they book up and you won't get in again for a month.

Before becoming a patient I hated the chore (I call it a chore because no one likes it but it has to be done) of brushing my teeth. Now I actually enjoy it and love my smile. After getting Invisalign i have never been happier to smile, and now and working on whiting my smile. Investments take time but are so worth the reward, so here is a black and white picture of my before/after teeth, and once I'm even more satisfied of the whiting I'll send color photos.

She is clinically one of the best dentists I have had the pleasure of working with. Her clinical abilities along with her compassion and kindness for her patients makes her stand above the crowd. I have chosen Dr Castles as my family dentist for those reasons and more. I recently retired from dentistry and yesterday was my first visit to her office as a patient. Her Hygienist Lael is wonderful. She is clinically excellent and fosters the same philosophies of practice as Dr Castles. She treated me with kindness, compassion, and gentleness. She has excellent clinical skills and her personality made my visit a joy. It was a lot easier being a dental hygienist than a patient. We have the same fears and anxieties when in a dental chair as many of you. Do not let your fears stop you from seeking care. They are the best ! You will also find the same qualities in her entire dental team. I was greeted with a friendly and easy check in, and my next appointment was scheduled with ease. I would not trust my smile and dental health with anyone else ! You will be treated like a valued friend and family. Five star experience for sure !

She was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Most of all, she displayed forthcoming integrity in informing me that they would no longer be in-network with Delta Dental VA due to "updated insurance policies" that is common with many insurance companies of all coverage types and descriptions. Gretchen's honesty is a refreshing quality that is far too rare in current culture.

My husband had a tooth emergency, and we told them that we were going to be out of town for an event, and they saw him that very day! I came back a month later for a teeth cleaning, and they were extremely thorough, very informative, and made me feel super comfortable! I was cold so they offered me a blanket and there's TVs in the room so you are entertained the entire time with all kinds of streaming platforms, such as Netflix! I have never been consistent with my dentist visits because, let's be honest they're not always pleasant, but the girls here at Holy city dentistry are so sweet and so friendly and will make you feel really cared for.

I legitimately came into my first appointment with Holy City Dentistry terrified of the worst possible scenarios. They took amazing care of me, walked me through each process/step, and set up a reasonable treatment plan for what needed to be done. Trista was amazing made sure I was comfortable and had everything ready to take care of me . Over the weekend I broke a tooth in half which would require a crown to be placed over the tooth. They had my crown done the same day actually in less than a couple of hours . Dr. Castles and Trista were so professional took great care of me no pain what so ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Holy City Dentistry is full of incredibly accommodating and friendly people. I’ve been going to them for a year and I would recommend them to anyone especially if you’re anxious about your dental visits. They offer comfortable blankets and ceiling mounted TV’s with access to Netflix and headphones. Best place ever!
