Also, Cassidy was so caring and professional. She also was so attentive. She was very comforting during my procedure. I was very anxious during my procedure, and, shaking nervously. She got me a warm blanket and held my hand. I called to make an appointment for my cracked tooth, and, they saw me the next day. The crown was placed at my at my appointment that day. I will definitely recommend Charleston Family Dentistry!!

He said he cannot help our bad insurance and also had the nerve to threaten us with who we work for! Dr. Ray Vicente needs to go back to school for bedside manners…. Run from this place they don’t care…..

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience today having a crown put on. Dr. Vicente was very professional and explained what he was doing through the whole process of getting the crown. The new technology he uses cuts time of getting it put on. Everything is all in the appointment for the crown. My appointment time 8:30 and I was done by 10 and crown was made in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Vicente for all your dental needs.

At my initial appt Dr. Barrows took the time to tell a bit about himself and made me feel comfortable from the start. He made sure the treatment plan he proposed worked with my financial situation and best of all he treated my time just as important as his own. They are certainly my go to dentist now and I only wish I had started using them sooner! I highly recommend them to everyone! Update: Met Dr. Ray Vicente today. He was amazing. He was very friendly and kind and made me feel like I had known him forever. He is a wonderful addition to the family!!! There’s an amazing new wand machine technology that Dr. Ray brought to Charleston Family Dentristry called Cerec that does crowns, bridges, implants, partials, dentures and all sorts of tooth restoration. My partial broke and within hours I was able to be seen in the office and then within minutes my mouth was scanned, and the lab on the other side had the order!! When I received it back in a handful of days the fit could not have been more perfect and needed absolutely no adjustment. Words cannot describe how impressed I was not only with the technology , but with Dr. Ray Vicente too! Thank you so much for joining Charleston Family Dentistry and bringing this wonderful technology with you!!! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking not just dental treatment, but a truly exceptional experience in oral healthcare where comfort, compassion and clinical excellence come together!!

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Charleston Family Dentistry, as an employee recommended them. At the time, I had a wisdom tooth giving me fits. I went in to see Dr. Kirkland (at the time), and he was great! He referred me to a great oral surgeon to have the wisdom tooth removed. When all said and done, I came back for my cleanings. I will say that to was a little taken aback, going into my second cleaning and finding out Dr Kirkland had retired. He was why I was no longer searching for a dentist. He reminded me of my childhood dentist, who was great. However, Dr Trent came in and picked up where Dr Kirkland left off. Ive seen Trent three times, now, today was the third to have a cavity filled (my first on 40 yrs! Can you believe that?!?!) My cavity wasn't from negligence. Dr Trent and my hygienist found a fracture in one of my teeth, which caused the cavity. The cavity filling was nothing! I think it took more time to numb me, than it did to do the work. That's all Dr Trent and his assistant. I highly recommend Charleston Family Dentistry! It's not just a coincidence that "family" is in their name. They treat you as such!

We knew she needed to be seen quickly, and Kait was absolutely amazing—she got us scheduled as soon as our flight landed and made the entire process stress-free. Dr. Vicente was not only professional but also had a calming, fun personality that really helped put my daughter at ease. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided treatment that allowed her to enjoy the rest of our vacation pain-free. A big shout-out as well to his dental assistant (I regret not remembering her name!)—she was incredibly sweet, kind, and caring throughout the visit. While we likely won’t be back since we live many states away, I can’t recommend Charleston Family Dentistry enough. They treated us like longtime patients, and we’re so grateful for their help during our trip!

I am now 27 and never thought I would have to put a deposit down due to me having to cancel three appointments last year with having a sales job. I hate that they are under new management and they are not willing to work with you. $100 Deposit for cleaning is ridiculous, this was my family dentistry that we always attended and we never had this issue. I guess no one cares that sometimes life comes in play and you can’t make it to a dentist appointment due to work.

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient at this dentistry, if my name doesn't match up it's because I've gotten married so my new last name is Huntley. This dentistry has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had not booked a new appt. and they sent incessant text reminders asking me to book another appointment. Eventually, they booked an appointment for me without my consent. They also have a $100 fee if you do not cancel your appointment within 72 business hours, so I had to call and ensure this appointment was canceled that I did not create. They try to create a scarcity mindset that you have to book your next cleaning because "space fills up" and then they will send texts saying "we can fit you in this week"! They also push you to write a Google review every time you have an appointment there. It is very cringe and uncomfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to get a filling done. Check-in was fast and easy; checkout was just as fast. Danielle and Dr. Trent were very nice, caring and professional. You can easily tell they are highly experienced. I didn't feel any pain and I was done in 30 minutes. Very much recommended if you need any dental work done. Which is why I've been going there for years.

From the moment I walked in to the moment they walked me out, everyone was super friendly. The office is very clean and up to date with state of the art equipment. I went for a cleaning and got superior service. The Dr took his time to look at my X-rays and in my opinion provided very honest feedback on what he felt needed to be done in a future visit. The staff was very helpful in working with my insurance to minimize any out of pocket expenses. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.
