Experiencia negativa: I used the dental services here a while back and regret it. They basically want you to keep coming back so that they can sell their services. I first used their services for cleaning. During the polishing phase of the cleaning, the polisher came off the device and hit my palate. This was gross negligence. Upon x-ray examination I was told like 5-6 teeth need filling, I was shocked. Nonetheless, I scheduled a follow up to change the filling of one teeth since the doctor said it was failing. That did not go well. Soon after the procedure, the tooth that the they operated on started paining. This led to doing a root canal and crown which did not have a good bite. Since then I changed my dentist and happy with the decision.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Hatami is a very skilled and professional dentist. During my recent visit, he did two crowns with fillings, and I truly believe he and his team are very knowledgeable and experienced. I would like to share one part of my experience honestly, in the hope that it helps improve communication for future patients. I had a personal preference to preserve the outside shape of my tooth and only have shaping done inside before placing the crown. Unfortunately, I didn’t clearly discuss this beforehand, and because it was late, more of the tooth had to be shaved than I expected. I felt quite emotional at that moment and became upset. I really appreciated the kindness and support from his technician Diego, who took the time to comfort me and reassure me that the crown would be done well. That meant a lot to me. Overall, I trust the quality of their work and know they aim for the best results. This experience reminded me how important clear communication is, and I believe the team genuinely cares about their patients. I would still recommend this office for their professionalism, skill, and compassionate staff.

Originally was seeing Dr. Vuong but most recently have been seeing Dr. Wang and he's great. As a kid I always had so many cavities, but attending Dental Zone has ept me mostly cavity free in the last ten years. Special shout to Diego, who's always gentle when flossing teeth since I have sensitive gums and friendly when I arrive. Also shout out to Soshan who has always been friendly whenever I schedule my appointments with her and is super accommodating/flexible when I had to reschedule.

Experiencia negativa: I went there to have help with one crown, another US doctor did quite bad. The service was wonderful and the crow works perfectly. Then I went for a cleaning, and now they asked to get 3 crowns more !!! I dont understand how the a Swiss and geman dentist, dont think is necessary. Anyhow, i got another crow of my premolar, since the tooth had a large filling and it was chipped. I got a second opinion and there were in fact ways to restore it and avoid a crown. Update: After 11 months the crown in the premolar just got loose. It seems food was slowly getting inside and the crown got loose.

Experiencia fantástica: As for a first time patient, they did a really amazing job with the X-ray, painless to begin with. I had went in due to my whole right side of my face aching on and off. They really took care of me with pointing out which tooth needed to go and preventing problems in the near future. They drew a game plan and estimation to work with your insurance and out of your pocket. You don't find honesty in most places, but I honestly believe I've found my dental care hospitality!

Mouth Guard process is a huge challenge for me & I’ve traumatized from a past experience elsewhere where the girl left me with that playdough stuff in my mouth too long & was a challenge to remove from my mouth. Experiencia negativa: Called for a chipped tooth and didn't even make it past reception the woman was so rude. I didn't have my insurance card on me and instead of working with me to just get an appointment in, she was nasty and couldn't even pretend to compromise. I just hung up and called a smaller office down the street. This new place had already closed when I called, but they were so considerate and helped me make a last minute appointment in minutes. I honestly left the first call thinking I had done something wrong but after having a short and pleasant call with a different place immediately after, it turns out DZ's staff is just uniquely rude and needlessly combative. Not everything has to be like, well, pulling teeth!

Experiencia negativa: My wife scheduled an appointment with a specific dentist from our insurance network. I personally called the clinic to confirm that she would be seen by that dentist, and they assured me that she would. When she arrived, no one clearly explained what was going to happen. She was taken in right away for a cleaning, X-rays, and an exam — all performed by different staff members she never agreed to see. Patients have the right to know who will be treating them and to give informed consent before any procedure. This experience felt deceptive and disrespectful. We will not be coming back.

Experiencia positiva: I’m deeply disappointed with my experience, especially given the trust I placed in this practice over a two year period while dealing with serious dental issues. During my last visit, we agreed I’d pay out of pocket and not involve my insurance. However, not only was my credit card charged, but my insurance was also billed an unusually high amount—with what appeared to be a fabricated reason to maximize the payout. Thankfully, I reviewed the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, which led me to call and resolve most of the overcharge. It was upsetting to discover this, especially after being a loyal patient who initially paid out of pocket when I didn’t have insurance. I was new to the area, in pain, and didn’t know any better, so I didn’t question the pricing at the time. Now that I’ve moved and found a new provider, it’s become clear I was overpaying significantly at Dental Zone. It’s frustrating to feel like I was taken advantage of, particularly during a time when I needed care and compassion. I truly expected more integrity from a place I trusted and even recommended to others.

Experiencia negativa: I called to book an appointment last week and left all of the relevant information with the lady at the front desk. I get a call about thirty minutes later asking for the same information. About a week later I get a text message telling me that my appointment has been double booked, that they need my email address and my birthdate. This is the third time asking for this information and they double booked me.

Experiencia negativa: I went for a dental clean up because the location was convenient then almost fell for a scam that would've been so costly and painful. What's more absolutely unnecessary! During the dental clean up, the dentist ordered x-rays and said I needed a root canal. He showed me marks on the x-ray so I took his word for it. He recommended we double check with the endodontist who conveniently works from this office. Her verdict was I needed a root canal asap. I was confused and troubled by how fast things were moving and the fact that somehow all my yearly dental insurance vanished during these consultations. The back and forth to get my x-rays from this office was so painful. They even tried to woo me saying there was a promotion on root canals this spring! I went to two other dentists and both confirmed I didn't need a root canal. In summary, do your research, get another opinion, don't let them rush you.

He takes the time with his patients to ensure you understand what is happenIng with your teeth/oral health and why they recommend certain treatments, fillings, or other dental work. He performs his work quickly and with the highest level of quality. I’ve had a number of dentists over the years but none match his level of skill and knowledge. I can’t recommend him enough! Office staff are friendly and welcoming. Likewise for the hygienist who also do an excellent job assisting and cleanings! Office has very modern instruments and they seem to be very up to date with latest in oral care.

The staff are very helpful and patient and always explaining what’s happening. I had a tooth extraction and reported for work the following day. That is how good they are. I do not hesitate recommending their services to anyone or probably the person reading this review.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a long term client of Dental zone and they always go above and beyond to serve. - Last minute cancellation: If there is a last minute emergency from client side, Sosane tries to see if it can be accommodated by moving the schedule before charging a 40$ cancellation fee right away which most of the corporate places do. - Opens on weekends: Provides added flexibility if you’ve too much work on your plate and would rather prefer weekend. - Great set of Doctors: Most of the specialist are in-house for Dental zone which ensures you can be covered onsite. - Emergency appointments: There has been times where I’ve emergency tooth pain and Dental zone would be super quick to schedule something for me. Overall, definitely recommend it.

I spoke with the office manager Soshan and she was friendly and happy to explain everything about the office and process. I had my examination and cleaning on Saturday and I couldn't be happier. The RDH Celina was amazing: professional, gentle, informative, and skilled. She spent a ton of time taking care of me and educating me (patiently) about things to improve my oral care. She also took digital X-rays of my mouth and used them to guide her care. The dentist Dr. Hatami was friendly and efficient and answered any remaining questions that I had. I also had a new bite guard made using the coolest piece of technology I've ever seen in a dentist's office. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending the office to anyone. Update: 12/12/2022: At my visit today, my RDH was Ly. She was gentle, friendly, and did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. I continue to be pleased by the level of service that I receive at Dental Zone.

When I left I had antibiotics, and a bridge that fit! Keep in mind I was without this bridge for 10 days as my previous dentist did nothing to help me. All of the people in this office, the hygienist, the receptionist, the office manager, the dental assistants, and the dentist, are personable, compassionate, empathetic, and very helpful. I was asked are you ok? Does this bother you? Each of them introduced themselves to me as I met them.
