Experiencia fantástica: Had a nasty front tooth issue handled expertly by Dr. V and Lexi. She advised me and referred me to make sure the correct work was done. In the end, it turns out to be an extraction and bridge. I’ve rarely had such heavy duty dental work in my life, but Dr. V’s confidence and expertise put me at ease. Part one of three apts went extremely well. I now have a much better looking smile, and that’s simply with a carefully crafted temporary bridge! Don’t hesitate to use these experts. I’m glad I did, and I’ll see it through with them. Can’t thank them enough for the great work they do. Peter

Experiencia negativa: I had a disappointing experience with the billing for my Invisalign treatment. My insurance approved 50% coverage through a predetermination, and I paid the remaining balance I was told I owed. Later, the office contacted me asking for additional money. When I called my insurance company, they told me that based on the approved predetermination, I had already paid my portion. It was frustrating that I had to verify the billing myself when that is something the office should be handling accurately. The billing process felt misleading and lacked transparency. I would recommend verifying all charges directly with your insurance before making payments if you choose to go here.

Experiencia negativa: Went today for routine cavity to be repaired. Repair went well. Also had small hole in dental implant that come loose some time ago here. To tighten the the implant they drilled a small hole in the crown to allow wrench access to tighten it. Filled the hole. Now the filling has come out from where the hole was drilled. They refused to warranty the repair and fill again the small hole in the crown. Very rude staffer insisted I pay $145.00 for the repair which they caused. Have been coming here for years and thousands if dollars of dental work. Gave me another "plan program for future new appointments". Only interested in cash flow and not customer service. Will not go back and would recommend going elsewear if you need dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are considering dental implants, I highly recommend Dr. Robbins and her entire team at Implant Dentistry of Florida. Nobody ever wants to go to the dentist. It's like going to lost luggage or paying your taxes... everyone is always anxious. I'm 43, and I've struggled with my teeth since I had open heart surgery at the tender age of 2. Needless to say, I was a nervous wreck heading in for my consultation. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcomed and comfortable I felt in their office. They made me feel seen, understood, and a priority, while keeping me completely informed on the process and procedures along the way. I couldn't be more pleased with my results!! I had a new top denture made, and a lower implant arch fixated. They are absolutely GORGEOUS! My pain after surgery was minimal to about 48 hours. I love these ladies so much for their skill and loving attitude. The support staff is so wonderful and I just could not think of going anywhere else for anything dental related. Was told the price would be around 4k but when I got my consult visit I was given a price of 5667.00. I didn’t need any extra service so that is the minimum they charge. Very misleading practice. Stay away they wasted my time!!!

When I lost a noticeable tooth on the side of my mouth I was devastated, and the tooth was too damaged to get a crown. I did extensive research on where I should go. Dr Robbins had consistent Excellent reviews, so I made an appointment. From the second I walked in there I felt comfortable and knew they were professionals. Madison at the front desk has been amazing from beginning to end. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered. The Entire Staff is Great! Experiencia negativa: Nice doctor and a lovely staff. Office is clean and welcoming. Equipment is modern and a doctor with a soft touch for a relatively painless dental experience. Unfortunately, the doctor is incompetent and does not uphold her work. Six months ago, I had bridge work done. Bridge didn't fit and it hurt. When I mentioned it, I was told to give it time and I have to get used to it. Two weeks later, pain did not go away, I went in for an adjustment. Pain got little better. I had to go in for an additional three adjustments in two week intervals. After fourth adjustment, I was told I need a root canal. Basically, if we can't fix it, let's get rid of the nerves. Two other dentists said a root canal is an unnecessary procedure in this case. After six months, a bridge that doesn't fit, pain when I chew on it, they refuse to honor their "warranty" and their only answer when I contact them: "get a root canal!"

Experiencia negativa: I had some work done at the start of 2023, and several crowns replaced in May of 2023. i paid everything in full. i saw 3 different doctors there, because they kept leaving the practice. A Bad Sign!! After a disagreement with the office about their policies they "dismissed" me as a patient!! This week one of the crowns they replaced came loose. They said they will not honor their committment or guarantee because they have "dismissed" me. I understand that i will no longer be their patient (I don't WANT to be) but they do not honor their agreements or their work! I would strongly avoid this practice. I feel their work is inferior and they have no integrity.

Experiencia negativa: I got a crown at this office near the end of March of 2023. The cost of the crown was around $1700 and it fell off at the beginning of February of this year. I understand there are a lot of factors as to why this can happen. But the dentist I saw to fix this (NOT at Implant Dentistry of Florida) said the tooth underneath the crown was too short and was of the opinion that a crown should last more than two years without any issues. It cost me another $250 to get this taken care of. I sent an email to this office 10 days ago to let them know the crown fell off. And to express my disappointment and frustration, and never received a reply. Definitely would not go back to this practice and would not recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Implant Dentistry of Florida for over 10 years. I love this practice and always feel comfortable and taken care of here! My hygienist, Tammy, always does a great, thorough job and is a joy to see at each visit! Despite moving to the Orlando area, my husband and I still make the trip here because it feels like family. Definitely recommend!

Not only is my dentist Dr Robbins fantastic, kind, caring etc so is all the staff. Emily at the front is awesome. If you have questions then she has answers. Although I can’t remember these girls names let me just say how nice it is to walk into the office and you’re greeted with a smile and call you by your name Yeap they remember you after your first visit. You cannot ask for a greater staff than what this place has. I am so thankful I found Dr Robbin’s who gave me my smile back. Experiencia fantástica: Implant Dentistry of Florida is quite impressive. Emily at the front desk is always cheerful, competent, and extremely helpful. I had an insurance issue with my Medicare and she took the time, on the phone, to rectify the errors by the insurance provider. It was not a perfunctory process, taking almost 10-15 minutes, during which time she was also able to attend to other patients' needs. In addition, throughout my life I have had twice yearly cleanings by dentists and then, as the profession progressed, by many Dental Hygienists. Without a doubt, Shannon is the best I have ever encountered. She is very thorough and pays attention to detail. She has well informed advice regarding proper home dental/oral care. I truly hope I never have to go to different hygienist again. Dr. Robbins is also very engaged with her patients and is pleasant and personable. I have not had to receive any specialized care from her yet, but I do trust her, given her own demeanor and her office staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Doc Cole was very good with my first aggressive procedure and seems to be highly proficient and knowledgeable, very comfortable that I got him. I noticed they have the best brand equipment in the dental business. Instead of pictures on the ceiling, they had very nice and calming music in the back ground, I enjoyed that distraction much better than a picture that does not change. AND, the staff is awesome and fun to talk with, ...all of them!

I was also in for a crown replacement and they did an excellent job. No pain and a perfect fit. They made their crowns in house which makes it a one day experience.

Experiencia fantástica: They always go above and beyond here which is HUGE for me because of my dental anxiety. Today, I took my son in to have some crowns done, told them I needed to make an appointment for myself because of some sensibility I was having and they ended up just squeezing me in for X-rays and fixed my tooth while I was waiting!

My cleaning was great and then I had a 40yr old crown replaced and it’s better than ever with zero pain involved and replaced within 2 hours. Every single person I have encountered at this office are the nicest people and they are 1000% professional.
