Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment for a cleaning, after waiting for the requisite for insurance to cover X-Rays. Showed up to my appointment and was taken to a room. I then proceeded to wait at least 15-20 minutes before the technician came to take the X-Rays. Waited another 10 minutes for the dentist to spend 2 minutes looking at X-Rays, tapping on my teeth, then leaving. I waited another 15-20 minutes for my cleaning. When the technician came back and said I could go - that I'm "all done". NO CLEANING! Come to find out they didn't even have me down for a cleaning, just X-Rays. Who goes to a dentist for X-Rays only??? I was furious when I left.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rosenstock is a Excellent Oral Surgeon and Person. He did a great Job of taking care of my Bone that was above the Gums and he cut the Bone down to under Gums. Before that he pulled 2 of my teeth. I Highly Recommend DR. Rosenstock.

Experiencia fantástica: April, 8th, I had an appointment at this dentist praxis, with Dr axel Mancia. I had an infection in my jaw and the bridge, my German Dentist put in in the 80ties, Had to be taken out and one tooth needed to be pulled. I have told my Dentist that i am extremely sensitive and that he needs to be very carefully and gentle. And he was!!! At the end of my appointment i told him that he was almost as good as Volker, my German Dentist. And this is a very big praise for me to give. I also absolutely adore Christopher , he is the Right hand of Dr Mancia. I really don't know what the correct term is and I sincerely apologize, but Christopher was putting up with me and all my stupid questions, it was heartwarming. I will most certainly recommend this Dentist Praxis to friends and Family

They listened to my concerns and helped come up with a care plan to address them. I was very pleased with their service. Dr. Eldeeen is the most respectful person who has ever treated my dental needs. He constantly checked on my wellbeing during the dental treatment. I was also impressed with the respect he consistently gives his staff. I would definitely reccomend Doctor Eldeen if you require an oral surgeon. I would also recommend New Image Dentistry for all of your general dentistry needs.

Experiencia negativa: I originally went to the melbourne office with understanding that they would be examining my teeth for extraction. After paying 100 for their club membership plan I paid a total of 170 for imaging and told that I would have to go to another store location for the actual extraction. So I make the appointment for 4 days later at their earliest availability. My tooth broke off at the gum like and is infected mind you. I call the new location and ask about cost for the extraction and was told 157$ for the extraction which I agreed to. When I showed up to the appointment I was told that they would have to do an additional consult with this surgeon then we could determine the pricing for extraction. I explained to management my issue with the price change at which point she tells me it would be +$540 for the extraction. 700$ for one tooth extraction is highway robbery and is false advertisement. Stay away from this company if you are self pay.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with my experience here. I recently had a build up and crown placed here. The day after the build up, half of the adjacent crown fell off. When I told the dentist, he totally brushed it off and said that it was because of increased pressure since the other tooth was gone. I dont believe it. I was eating soft foods because I was worried about damaging the temporary crown. On the day where they placed the crown, they called and asked me to come in early. I did and they took me back within 10 minutes. However, i sat in the chair for nearly an hour when the entire procedure took less than 10 minutes. The dentist performed one or two procedures on other patients while i just sat there waiting. They didnt give me any updates and they didnt apologize. Also, when it was time to remove my temporary crown, the assistant actually grabbed the wrong tooth and tried to pull it out. I felt the tool scratching the tooth as it slipped off. Im not going back there and I suggest you try and find a different dentist.

Experiencia negativa: This place is the worst. They will constantly surprise you with charges that the insurance "didn't cover". This last time they told me upfront my insurance wouldn't cover so I paid everything up front and some how there were still fees that my insurance "didn't cover". When I challenged that and told them they told me to begin with my insurance wouldn't cover they said they were hoping my insurance would "discount" it. Unbelievable, why would you hope for a discount and not be upfront about charges when you know the insurance won't cover it? And then when I'm upset about hidden charges make me leave so they don't have to make it make sense. I should've found a new dentist the first time they did this shit. Not let them keep doing it over and over, like money grows on trees. I will definitely be reaching out to a business agency regarding their fraudulent charges!

Experiencia fantástica: They are so friendly and made me feel like family. From the front office staff to dr.Mancia and all the assistants. I have always had serious dental anxiety due to previous drs being awful and new image helped me so much! I literally won’t ever go somewhere else! Chris was absolutely amazing!!!!! He was beside me throughout the whole process… and I was there a lot!!!! I cried at the end because he knew exactly what my vision was and he made it happen and literally brought my smile back! They asked me throughout every single step of the process if I was okay or needed anything. Even called me the day of my big procedure to let me know everything was in, ready, looked great and they were excited for me to come in. I know this is a long review but I can’t thank them enough! Thank you so much again Chris and dr.mancia!!!!

Doctor was excellent to the point and made every step he was taking or considering very clear to me. A MILLION stars. Aspen dental needs to close down and leave it to new image dentistry- they know how to treat the clients with respect, compassion, passion and patience. Wonderful staff.

Experiencia negativa: went here a couple months ago for a consultation on getting my wisdom teeth removed, when I went in they took some scans then told me that I had a 5th wisdom tooth (also showed me the scans of ‘my teeth’ showing a 5th tooth) as well as a nerve wrapped around one of the teeth and they were telling me for everything it would be a few thousand dollars after insurance. I have since been to 2 different dental offices who have taken scans and both said that removing my wisdom teeth would not be necessary and there is also no 5th tooth anywhere on my scans. either they were lying to get me to pay thousands of dollars more, or they mixed up my scans with someone elses. either way I would not recommend. there are better places in the area.

Experiencia negativa: UNSAFE OFFICE – SCHEDULE ANYWHERE ELSE I had a terrible experience with wisdom tooth extraction at this office. After waiting 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I was brought back while the doctor was clearly still in the middle of a chaotic extraction surgery with another patient. For about ten minutes, I sat there listening to him say things like, "If this were a real office, there would be a backup," that something was broken and repeatedly telling the patient to breathe and wake up, breathe and wake up. I already had anxiety about being put under, and eventually asked the assistant if I could return to the waiting room. Even there, I could hear staff openly discussing the situation. When I was finally brought back again — another 30 minutes later — the team was loudly talking about the replacement not being there yet and fixing the suction for my procedure... with electrical tape. Paired with my nerves, this made for an extremely stressful situation. When the doctor finally arrived and did my IV, I began quietly tearing up from anxiety, he told me that if I cried, I’d get buggers, the surgery would go badly, and that I should cry at home instead. I don't think he meant to be as condescending as he was - but that is not how to calm someone down. I just needed a moment to breathe, and maybe WORKING EQUIPMENT or a bit of empathy. I canceled my follow up appointment and will be going to another dentist to check on the extraction sites. I wouldn't recommend this place for so much as a cleaning. I hope other patients receive better care.

Experiencia fantástica: Went for my first consult for implants and got to meet a crew of great, caring people. I've known Dr. Eldeen for many years and he was my first choice for this procedure. I sure feel comfortable going forward. Had my surgery yesterday. Dr. Eldeen is fantastic. Sam and the Doctor set me at ease, numbed me up, and the entire procedure was absolutely painless. I followed his after care instructions and feel remarkably well today - no bruising, minimal swelling, and no significant discomfort. Just over a week now and nearly healed... I absolutely recommend Dr. Eldeen and his staff!

Experiencia negativa: Honestly don’t know why I was recommend this place. The people up front where nice but the actual dentist and his assistant no his assistant didn’t seem like he knew what to do or what to ask I know I’m not easy to talk to cause I have social anxiety but lord he was asking the most stupidities question I’m a type 1 diabetic and it felt like I was talking to my endo more than my dentist. The dentist was making more eye contact with my fiancée more than me. And basically told me I either get surgery and the healing won’t be well or I’m going to end up with my jaw broken and numbness trying to scare me into doing anything which trust I want to cause the tooth that’s bothering me really hurts. He just straight to the point don’t have any empathy and even when I said the area he poking hurt he proceeded to jam it farther and ask me if it hurt as if I didn’t just flinch he might be nice and caring to other people but I honestly didn’t have a great experience and won’t be going back to this dentist

Experiencia negativa: This dentist is a red flag. While he attempts to present himself as affable, his demeanor is distinctly passive-aggressive and insincere. During my procedure, there was a young assistant who was clearly in training, polite, attentive, and eager to learn. Unfortunately, he consistently addressed her in a condescending manner, speaking to her as though she were incompetent. His tone throughout the surgery was not only unprofessional but also unnecessarily demeaning. The assistant, to her credit, remained composed and professional despite the disrespect. As for the dentist himself, his level of emotional intelligence is comparable to that of a potato chip, utterly lacking in empathy or interpersonal sensitivity. It’s now clear to me why he was so insistent on administering anesthesia during the consultation: he appears to lack the bedside manner and emotional capacity required to effectively engage with conscious patients. Ps. I had to seek out information regarding post-operative care from the kind and attentive front desk staff, as the dentist exited the room without offering any explanation or affording me the opportunity to ask questions. Ultimately, I had to rely on my own research and the paper instructions tucked into my “to go” bag.

It was great working with a team of professionals, especially Kendall in the front office. She was the epitome of customer service. Money seems to be their only motivation.

Experiencia negativa: I am moving my entire family away from New Image and wouldn't recommend anyone to go to New Image Dentistry either. Place is run like a circus. I have had several issues over the years. Missing money, lost mouth guard, crown put on to high, lady who cleans my teeth just adds on as much as she can without asking, or educating customer on what it is and why they might want it. I just had a issue and tried to call and talk to General manager. I was called back by a random office person telling me the manager is to busy and I can tell her what is going on. Talking to her was a waste of time, as well as me even trying to reach out to correct what my issue is. No one is in charge. No one is accountable, no one knows what's going on and just to be straight forward, no one cares either lol.. I would stay as far away from New Image Dentistry. I been using them for years and they have gone through several dentists. Seems like they don't stick around or are not happy there either.

They quoted me a low sum for 2 bridges, pulled 5 of my front teeth, installed the lower bridge, and slammed me with a $7K+ bill! We haven't straightened that out yet. Experiencia negativa: I called New image dentistry this morning 15 minutes after seven to tell them I wouldn’t be making my 7 o’clock appointment so I can reschedule it for another day. Because my 20 month old son was sick and throwing up all over me this morning. I’m getting about $6000 worth of work that I’m paying for out of my pocket. I run a general contracting business, so I’m pretty busy. I put a $400 deposit on my work getting done. I’ve already paid for other work done from them just for check ups and when I called to reschedule the lady at the front desk basically told me there was nothing she could do for me. This is completely unacceptable.They were adamant that they could not schedule me again “no matter what” I’ve only rescheduled one other time with them for an appointment. You all need to understand this is the real world. We have families,we have jobs. We have businesses. Sometimes you need to reschedule that’s part of life if they would have told me that that was a unfundable deposit did to policy when I came in there then I would not have given them that deposit. Or maybe I would have, but at least I would’ve been informed. I was not informed that that was a nonrefundable deposit. I would not recommend going to this dentist office. I will gladly take my business to another office. You just lost $6000 over strong arming $400 from me over an appointment. Great job guys keep up the good work over there. I will say this because I am not a liar, the staff that I met there were extremely friendly and kind which also confused and upset me that they weren’t willing to reschedule me. I regretfully admit to using profanity at the end of the call and I apologize for that. There was no need for me to be rude and start name-calling.

Experiencia fantástica: I consulted with Dr. Ehsan Sharaf-Eldeen for TMJ pain in my jaw. Staff were professional and friendly. I then went back and did botox injections for the TMJ. Dr. Ehsan Sharaf-Eldeen and his staff were great!! They made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and that I knew what to do post op. Great experiences so far.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. The dentist was great explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable.

Experiencia positiva: Too much waiting. Plus my dentist said I needed a biopsy which is a New Image dentist. So that's what I thought I was coming in for, not just a consultation. Also don't like having to pay up front when I have insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here is very hospitable - caring , polite, professional and supportive. Our surgeon along with his trainees are just unbelievably awesome.

Experiencia positiva: All 4 wisdom teeth removed today and besides some unprofessional snarky comments made by the surgeon, staff and assistants were phenomenal as usual in terms of patient care and knowledge of their craft. You can tell they love what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my teeth cleaned today. My bottom teeth in the front have stains because I drink a lot of coffee. The gentleman that cleaned my teeth did an excellent job! There were no stains when he was finished, and they weren't yellow either.

Experiencia fantástica: Simply amazing! The hygienist ( i forgot her name ) who worked on my teeth, today was extremely informative, friendly, and patient. On top of that, I walked away with such a bright smile today. Both figuratively and physically. I would definitely recommend New Image Dentistry to friends and family. I was a little nervous because it’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist, however, she made that process very pleasant.

Very pleasant and professional staff, got right in for my appointment with very little waiting. Dr. Eldeen deliver high quality and compassionate care and seems to genuinely care. Very pleased with my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen at the Bayside office and the Palm Bay Road office on 2 different occasions. Both offices were clean and the office staffs were very professional and friendly. Dr. Ma (Bayside) and Dr. Wolcott (Palm Bay) were very nice, explained every procedure and gladly answered all my questions. My only concern is that there seem to have been a lot of staff changes, including both dentists. Why?

Experiencia fantástica: Today I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I have a bad fear of dentist and getting teeth pulled. But with new image they took their time and did everything amazing, and after today i don't have a huge fear. I thank them for everything they did today. Everyone there are caring, respectful, and kind. Once you walk in they greet you with a smile and kindness, answering any questions you might have before the appointment and after the appointment. I am highly recommending people that need dental work to see them.
