Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with my experience. I was told that financing would cover my full treatment, but later discovered they also billed my insurance after I had already paid for what I was told was the complete treatment. I feel the financial responsibility was not explained honestly or clearly. When I called to discuss it, the conversation with Lacey was unprofessional and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience and will not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed with my experience at Coast Dental – West Melbourne. I went in for extractions with a clear treatment plan that included follow‑up restorative options such as a bridge or partials. While the teeth were extracted, the doctor was unavailable for the entire month of July, leaving me without any way to complete the treatment. I was told I could visit their sister office, but that location does not accept my insurance. This left me stuck with incomplete services and no viable solution. Despite this, I was still charged a $1,400 loan for a treatment plan that was never finished. It is unacceptable to perform only part of the service, fail to provide the promised follow‑up care, and then expect the patient to pay the full amount. Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience at this Dentist especially with the billing administration person. She yelled at me on the phone for five minutes. They told me on my first appointment that both my two insurance companies do not pay for a crowns. I had to get this crown so I paid cash for the crown and then I find out from my insurance company (because I was calling them for a different situation) and they say that they cover porcelain crowns. Why did three people that work there say “my insurance does not cover crowns”. So I was ripped off. I’m just giving heads-up to other patience. I WILL NOT recommend this dentist to anyone.

I had the displeasure of having to book a last minute appointment here and let me tell you, theres a reason that office is empty 100% of the time. Their equipment is so outdated it creaks and cranks. The receptionist has a nasty attitude even though she completely forgot I was in the lobby, made me wait 20 minutes and cross my name off of the list - but somehow she got mad at me? The DR was underwhelming at the very least. My gums hurt more from the injection site than anything else. Guess what, I still felt pain and she was too stunned to belive me? Took 2 weeks for a crown, never had that happen before. And lets not forget that yall are trying to charge me for a balance I settled long before the crown was placed back. Ive requested a detailed invoice and have been ignored multiple times. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

My daughter has autism and he was super calming and explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. Even down the the cavity she had filled, the whole thing was so positive.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my mom for an extraction she's 93 years old and all the staff are friendly and courteos, the guy that do speak Spanish is very attempting and courteous too. Doctor and nurses do cares really good, my mom do cries, but I hsndlr and manage it. Great place to go.

I been there 4 times I give them a chance and every time is worse , and the patient is a minor. In side the rooms there is a big nasty mess all over the place.horrible! Don’t go there never!

I was put into the X-ray room had my X-rays done then I sat there for a good bit then someone came in didn't realize they were the Dr until I read her scrubs told me I needed 2 teeth extraction and a bridge wasn't even in an exam room and then placed in an exam room and was left there. I was so annoyed by the entire situation I just left. Seemed understaffed but I won't ever be returning back nor recommending and will be notifying my insurance company not to recommend

Experiencia negativa: on Feb 21 I had a small cosmetic surface chip on my front tooth. within 2 weeks the filling fell off so I returned to the office to get it redone. This isn't my first time having this done.The last one , just last over fifteen years. Upon returning Dr Panol advised the Dentist that did it for me originally is no longer there , and she would only be willing to do a crown or a veneer. Which is not what I am requesting since its very small and on my front tooth. Her suggestion is not necessary.- the actual tooth is fine. She was rude about it and stated she "doesn't do that". Your office DOES tho. I requested another doctor that could do it and she refused further. i'd suggest avoiding at all costs. this wasn't about paying.This was about honoring a customer's wishes based off of a service that had already been performed in the same office. A client's service has nothing to do with your staffing issues.

Experiencia negativa: Arrived 15 minutes early to a new patient appointment with all paperwork filled out online before the appointment. 10 minutes after my appointment time is when I was acknowledged for the first time, after another patient that arrived 20 minutes after me was helped and taken back into a room. The front office staff can be described as passive aggressive and unprofessional.

Called to ask some questions, three times over Friday, went to a Call Center all three times that wasted my time, could not answer my questions, could not answer things like insurance and billing details, just ran me in circles for 20 mins at a time. Complete waste of time. Going to speak to Delta about their choice of this office and why it needs to be removed.

I went in there for teeth to be extracted. Little did I know...why was I surprised....other things needed to be done that was not covered by my dental but my medical. So much dysfunction in the back. I saw the dentist for 5 minutes only to tell me she would not file with my medical. Cold woman. Funny thing..the dental hygienest came in and asked if I were there for a cleaning...lol...he didn't know. Anyway there are dentists that care about you and then there is this clown...run

Experiencia positiva: Of the limited number of in-network choices, I think Coast Dental is by far my best choice. They have state-of-the-art equipment, and their staff is caring and professional. I don't know how good their work is, that remains to be seen. As with most dentists, patients must be prudent about being upsold on unnecessary services.

Experiencia negativa: SCAM ALERT AVOID THESE HUCKSTERS When your insurance only lists 2 providers, go to the other one! Drive to Vero or Cocoa if you have to. If you work hard for your money and value it, go literally anywhere else! They had no problem taking my money to place a crown. Then, after the temp crown failed, refused to give me the gold crown they had already received while charging me and my insurance $1200 for. Stated my only options were to request a refund via grievance(and no guarantee there, and would only be partial) let them place the crown that they ALREADY TOLD ME WAS AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE, or let them perform the extraction. Nevermind that they ruined the $1500 root canal I already had performed, I don't want them to ever touch my mouth again. Of course, if I go with the extraction they get to keep the gold, keep the money and charge my insurance for the extraction as well. And then referred to some non existent law as to why they couldn't give me the crown I paid for, but couldn't actually name the law. All of this without mentioning the fact that they wouldn't do any of this work without a $350 cleaning for that side of the mouth. Basically paid $1200 for... nothing. All I want is the product I paid for. When I saw another dentist, he was flabbergasted by the work as well. I'm not going to get into it here but their main question was if I had it performed in a different country. As a forewarning to any potential customers. All of this is without going into how inept the front office staff is, and how incredibly rude and unprofessional Angela(I believe? The big, young Hispanic receptionist) is. Seriously she must be a nepo hire. To begin with I was quoted 3 different prices for my treatment, and constantly pressured to sign with their office line of credit, that wanted close to 80% down and offered 22% interest. Mind you I paid cash. They charged me one amount, and then 2 weeks later said I owed an additional amount, and I could easily sign up with SCAM DENTIST credit to pay this amount off. And that girl is.... word I don't want to type Rude. To begin with, I called one day around 4:50pm. She answered, put me immediately on hold. I called back. She said "Please hold on for one moment," put me on hold. And then the office closed. And those aren't the only 2 times I was answered and immediately put on hold without any greeting so she could avoid doing her job, but the two times I know were her. She is rude, nasty, too busy yelling over the customer to actually LISTEN to what they are saying. Seriously, go anywhere else. Poor dental services, poor customer service, really the only thing they are good at is taking your money. Seems like the type of place to go if you're just checking a box to find a dentist, without any concern to your actual dental or financial health. If I refused to pay them for putting the crown in, it would be theft of services. Now they won't give me the crown, Angela decided to argue with me about it and instructed me to get a lawyer, seems pretty straightforward on what I need to do now. Imagine paying someone to argue with your customers, as if this wouldn't be incredibly easy to prove.

Experiencia negativa: This establishment is utterly disappointing. To begin with, I encountered difficulties with my insurance card. They requested that I gather all the necessary information and submit it via text message and screenshots of my identification card. Upon arriving at the clinic for my routine cleaning and check-up, I was initially charged $75 for x-ray protection, despite the lack of clarity on its purpose. After receiving my x-rays, the doctor informed me that the entire visit was a routine check-up, and any additional appointments would need to be rescheduled. I endeavored to engage in conversations with the doctor without being impolite, as she had limited English proficiency and communicated primarily in broken English. Overall, this establishment conveys a lack of value and a lack of friendliness. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone out in the space coast location.

I simply want to use my employee dental insurance for a basic cleaning, but hygienist refuses. They are up-selling "deep" cleanings NOT covered by my plan. Seriously, $800+ out of pocket to get teeth cleaned?! I work hard. I have insurance. No cavities, no concerns. Just clean my teeth please. Maybe if I could access my insurance & get cleanings every 6 months, I wouldn't "need" these magical deep cleanings. Healthcare is such a racket in this country. All profit. No care.

The receptionist/ billing lady was very helpful and even helped me get a coupon for the services I needed. I walked in without an appointment and was seen within a short amount of time. Just look at my bill and you can see how much money I saved. Just go online to get a coupon for yourself and you can save too!

Angela in the front is so sweet, Ivan was very thorough with my cleaning, Hanzara & Alphine did a great job on my treatment. So thankful my insurance covered mostly everything!

Experiencia negativa: I highly suggest you not waste your entire afternoon in their waiting room. My daughter had a 2pm appointment; mind you they're closed from 1-2pm for lunch. After waiting over an hour I asked how much longer, I was told they're with another patient. Fortunately I was able to schedule a dentist appointment at another dentist in 2 days. I wish I would've read these reviews before wasting my afternoon.

Experiencia negativa: Very poor customer service at the front desk with Angela. I walked in said GoodMorning, she had the worst attitude. After a long wait time I asked if there’s anything she needs from my insurance that I can help with getting. She proceeded to YELL at me saying I can’t give her what she needs. I explained I have to know how much more wait time due to me needing to get to work ( mind you I was the only one in the waiting room ) she just stared at me in my eyes and had the most disgusting attitude. I told her she needs better customer service and they have the wrong person at the front desk , she is not welcoming at all. I requested supervisor who was actually able to assist in a professional manner and confirmed Angela was apparently missing some information on my insurance, which could have easily been communicated with me as the patient but Angela chose to be a nasty person instead. Just how bad reviews get submitted so should good ones and my good feedback is on Jaleaya, she was outstanding! She definitely deserves to be working at a much better office with people with morals. She was so professional so kind and knew how to do her job. She made up for the terrible experience I had in the front office with Angela. Canceled my future appointment at this office and rest assured I will never be going back to this place nor do I recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Coast Dental at Palm Crossings for 15-20 years. My most recent visit I had a new Dental Hygienist named IVAN** It was the best experience I have ever had* (I get regular periodontal maintenance, and it can be a little painful for me even with a numbing agent) He is fast* precise* and very gentle* I was amazed! I had very little discomfort, and I wasn't "sore" several hours afterwards. He is amazing! I can't say enough good things about him! I hope management makes it worth his while to stay* He is an amazing asset to that office*

Experiencia negativa: The staff were quite nice, so they are excluded from this, but the dentist was horrible and I will not be going back. He insulted me, belittled me, barely let me get a word in, and then said I had to go somewhere else to get a root canal. I'm sorry, since when do dentists not do root canals on their own? He asked me to explain my problem. I attempted to explain that the tooth is a dull, managable pain now but when the issue started, it was excruciating and I'm someone with a high pain tolerance. I did not get a chance to explain that because he cut me off and said, "you don't know what excruciating is." He then proceeded to ask me if I have kids or am married (not sure what that has to do with my teeth), and when I answered no, he said "well you're just avoiding everything hard in life, aren't you." Excuse me?? It was not said in a jokey manner. I was speechless. I then had to point him to two different issues I was having because he wasn't looking on his own. I pointed to a tooth a dentist told me a few years ago may be an issue and he said, "well do you want me to pull it?" I don't know, man, you're the dentist, you tell me. He scoffed at my cavity and feeling small, I felt I had to explain that I care for my disabled parents and my own health often takes a back seat. For such a short interaction, I felt awful after and nearly left in tears. I never got a cleaning at this appointment and I still don’t know why. I will pay more out of pocket and out of network to not go back. The staff should move to another practice. Go to Aspen! They’re so kind there.

Experiencia negativa: Edited to change to 2 stars. My son was seen a month ago for a cleaning and the staff was wonderful. He was told at that time that he had several impacted teeth and would most likely need a few extracted, this was via TeleMed because they don’t typically have a dentist at the office. Today we returned to the dentist because the impacted tooth is causing my son a lot of pain. We scheduled the appointment as an extraction. The dentist, who completely lacks bedside manner, came in and told us he wouldn’t do the extraction and that we need to schedule an appointment with an ortho so that they can recommend him for an extraction, and then would do it once the ortho recommends it. None of this was told to us at the time of scheduling and I’m not sure why a dentist would need an ortho to tell them how to do their job. My son left in extreme pain and the dentist was absolutely no help. Ironically, we scheduled immediately at another facility who is going to extract it without requiring an ortho appt (and a month of wasted time).

Experiencia negativa: I unfortunately arrived on Jan 7 to witness a patient ask for her records to go elsewhere. That foretold problems for me. I had my last cleaning 6 months prior but they would not clean my teeth. They wanted to upsell major periodontal cleaning at 4x what I last paid. They said they would do a periodontal maintainence at a lower cost if I showed them prior records. I did (getting them sent) and then they refused still to clean my teeth at the lower rate- but they still charged my insurance for X-rays. The front desk complained about staff arriving late and the dentist did not check all my teeth despite having new X-rays. There is no manager in the office and it is apparent. Much of the equipment was old and dated and the technician's computer got disconnected due to a faulty power cable.

Experiencia negativa: This office lacks professionalism. As a new patient, I was taken to the back only to be told I needed to reschedule my appointment. When I returned for my second appointment, they attempted to reschedule me again, but I insisted on staying since I had already adjusted my schedule once. While the clinical staff was excellent, the front desk staff had poor attitudes, making it seem like their staffing issues were my fault. Proper customer service training is definitely needed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office. 0/10.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor and assistant was very easy to talk to and get exactly what dental work that was required for my needs. Very happy with the outcome! No long waits in lobby, gives a full estimate of charges, explain in detail the breakdown and steps taken to complete my dental work. Highly recommend this office. Nina Wood

Experiencia negativa: Ended up walking out I’ve never done that before. This place is very unprofessional. They don’t even bother looking at your insurance just trying to bill you. I literally had to call my insurance company, put them on speaker and go through each item that my insurance covered that they were trying to bill me for my $160 bill went to zero dollars. Also, the dentist looked very unprofessional to me. He looked like he could’ve been there checking the pipes. He was wearing a sweatshirt, black jeans with bleach stains on them. I will say he had a very friendly attitude for the one minute he was in the room. why I ended up walking out was the hygienist was checking my daughter‘s gums. My daughter was crying in pain. I told her to stop. She said she won’t be able to do my cleaning if she doesn’t continue I said that’s completely fine because we’re leaving and I’m getting a second opinion, she was trying to tell me my daughter’s gums were infected and look like they could be getting gingivitis absolutely not. My daughter. Just got her braces off. We’ve been going to the ortho every six weeks for three years, I just went to the ortho four days before my appointment. Her gums are fine. This place is finding things to charge you for it’s ridiculous.

Experiencia negativa: We had the misfortune of visiting Coast Dental, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a healthcare provider. First and foremost, there isn't even an actual dentist on site! They rely on virtual consultations with a teledentist, which is utterly ridiculous for something as hands-on and personal as dental care. How can they expect to provide proper care without a dentist physically present to examine your teeth? To make matters worse, they are relentless in their attempts to upsell unnecessary treatments. My fiance went in for a simple cleaning, but they insisted she needed a multitude of additional procedures that she later confirmed with a real dentist were completely unnecessary. It's clear they are more interested in padding their bottom line than in providing honest and ethical care. As if that wasn't enough, they overcharged us far beyond what the insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) indicated we owed. When I tried to address this discrepancy with their billing department, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. It's evident they have no interest in rectifying their blatant overcharging practices. Avoid Coast Dental at all costs. They are a scam, preying on unsuspecting patients with unnecessary treatments and outrageous fees. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable dental practice that values its patients and operates with integrity. This place is a disgrace to the dental profession.

My dental hygienist, Leidiana, went above and beyond in explaining every procedure clearly and providing helpful tips for maintaining healthy gums. Her professionalism and care truly stood out, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. The office is also very efficient—there’s almost no wait time, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Leidiana and this dental team to anyone looking for top-notch care!

Experiencia negativa: BLUF: Worst experience I've had with a dentist office. Spent 3 hours to be seen by virtual dentist, gums hurt for next 4 weeks after painful cleaning, and paid $250 out of pocket with insurance. Don't be like me. Read these reviews and find another dentist office. To start, I was frequently spammed with text and phone calls to confirm my appointment with them even after I confirmed the time. When the day came to have the appointment I made sure to arrive 15 min early since this was my first time at Coast Dental. I waited over an hour past my scheduled exam before I was seen. I wasn't too upset over this because the woman sitting at reception did explain to me that her other dental hygienist had walked out and I assumed (wrongly) that they were busy. When I walked behind reception I was stunned to see that even though they had over 10 exam rooms/chairs there was only one dental hygienist in the entire building and no dentist. The equipment was all very dated and didn't seem to be in the best condition. Also, the entire floor and walls were very dingy and in need of a serious cleaning. Since there was not a dentist in the building, the dentist that I "saw" after my initial exam was over Microsoft Teams video call.. Really wish that was communicated to me prior to booking an appointment. I spent the two hours having my teeth cleaned with an extremely painful "under the gumline" procedure that I was told I needed. The numbing cream they gave me didn't really work even after multiple applications. All-in-all, I spent over 3 hours at the dentist office to be seen by a virtual dentist, have an incredibly painful cleaning procedure that hurt my gums for the next 4 weeks, and paid over $250 out of pocket with GOOD INSURANCE. Although everyone working there was very nice and understanding, I won't be coming back. Coast Dental needs to put some serious money into upkeeping the building and equipment and hire more staff.

Experiencia negativa: STAY AWAY! I was a patient here for a few years and NEVER saw a dentist in person- always a tele-dentist that they wanted to charge me an additional fee for. They canceled an appointment and the next available appointment wasn't for months later. Another appointment I went to and waited for OVER 1.5 HOURS then the office manager said they are closing and I'll have to COME BACK another time due to limited staffing issues (I had the appointment booked months before). Multiple occurrences of fraudulent billing: I was balance billed even though my insurance says I owe $0. I was able to get the office staff to correct it the first time. However, it happened again a year later and it has been a nightmare ever since- many phone calls (which went unanswered since the office staff rarely answers the phone), so I had to go multiple times in person just to settle the balance issue. We even had a 3-way call between me, insurance agent, and office manager. Months later I am still receiving mail and emails nonstop about owing them money THAT I DO NOT ACTUALLY OWE. Read all the reviews before you waste your time with this place!

Experiencia negativa: Scammers Scammers (AVOID this place) i wish i had read the reviews before going here . I paid my bill in full after cleaning and then got a bill for $58. Went to the office for explanation and everyone was clueless and had no idea 3 weeks later i am receiving a new bill for 138. How did it move from 58 to 138. My biggest regret and they don’t have an actual dentist in office. Why am I in a dentist office with no dentist??? I am still waiting for someone to reach out to explain these charges.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was AMAZING and the Dentist was SOOOO KIND and made my daughter feel comfortable. I highly recommend this location to adults and children. They were honest from the start and walked us through everything. Also, Diane at the front desk was so amazing and this office is beyond lucky to have someone like that in their office.

Experiencia negativa: *** DONT DO IT*** Update ***** at a REAL dentist Office i found 2 things...1.) coast lied about my diagnosis to make it seem worse for more money.. and 2.) the cleaning w exams and xrays they wanted $700+ for is less than $200 at a real dentist office that actually has a dentist on staff... Used to love this place (for the ppl only) I've been getting periodontal cleanings here for yrs.... I missed a clean8ng, so it's been about a yr... go in... total turnover all new employees and these crazy ppl want $700 for 1 cleaning. They have completely lost touch. Um... no ty After reading other reviews, I'm wondering if I even have parodontal disease... I'll have to go to a real dentist now and find out... will update after...

Experiencia negativa: Edit: this "dentist" office just googled me to find my workplace when I didn't answer their calls, then started blowing up my boss's phone to find out when I wanted to come back in. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS OFFICE, DO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM YOUR NAME. Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I made an appointment online for new patient/cleaning. I was drawn in by the ease of online scheduling....NEVER AGAIN. Let me begin this by saying I pay $60/mo for Cigna's 'high coverage' dental plan, and this company is in-network. First, I was given a quote for the appointment, which was $92 after insurance including a $70 oral cancer screening. The manufacturers website for this oral cancer screening device says that providers usually charge "$15-30," which makes sense because it literally took 15 seconds. Anyway, $70, ok. I'm already there, I can't really say no. I'd lose more than that taking another day off. I sign. They shine the expensive light in my mouth, then they sit me in a room in front of a TV and say the dentist will be with me shortly. The dentist joins the Teams meeting (lol) and says he's not able to actually see my periodontal chart because of a technical problem, but he'll manage. Okay. (This place does not actually have any dentists on site, I learn. They say they will be getting a dentist next month). Without being able to see my chart, he tells the hygienist to schedule me for a $1500 scaling over three sessions. Ooooook. I haven't been to the dentist in 2 years so maybe this is normal? When I go to the front deck to check out, they ring me up for $210. I already signed the quote for $92, but I guess...who knows! They said they "fixed" it, but when I looked at the receipt, I saw they just reduced it to $183 and put the excess on my account for me to pay later. Cool cool cool. I go home and call my insurance to see if I can sort this out. They tell me that the scaling procedure should be 80% covered, but in order to approve it, I first need a deep cleaning, which is fully covered and can be done at any dental office. Sounds good, I can do that. After all, that was why I made the appointment to begin with. I call Coast Dental three times, no answer. Their caller ID shows an unrelated chiropractor's office. The "press one for current patients" option is non-functional. An hour later, someone returns my call from a call center in India. I explain the situation, and they tell me it is *illegal* for them to do a deep clean before a scaling, which is why they couldn't do it today. Illegal?? However, they are very willing to schedule an appointment for later this week, see you Thursday! Must not be *that* illegal. Honestly I don't even know what to do now. I've had iffy dentist visits before, but I've never had an experience like this. I spent my whole day off trying to figure it out, and all I learned was that I need to take yet another day off to see an actual dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible experience here. I am very scared of the dentist so it takes a lot for me to go and I chose here because they offered sedation dentistry. Well they did the X-rays and then I am told it will be a tele visit with a dentist…. How is that even possible! Well that lasted about 5 mins. Then the hygentist tells me she is going to do the treatment plan. When she comes back and explains, no where does she mention the sedation portion, even though I have expressed this on multiple occasions during the visit. She has the nerve to tell me she doesn’t think it is necessary. Hello, it’s not you that has the concern, it’s the patient. Then after I push about the sedation, I find out that the dentist is out on leave! Like really?!? You didn’t think that was important to know? And because of this they don’t have the capability of doing sedation. I got up and walked out. I will find a dentist that actually cares and one that is physically in the office! Steer clear of this place! They don’t even have a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit today was excellent, Angela was great and was quick and efficient!! I was so worried it was going to be very painful but Angela was so good i barely felt any pain. I also loved that we were able to conversant while the procedure was going on helping me relax and not just dead silence. Thank you so much Angela for a great visit!!! Experiencia negativa: *PLEASE READ* My visit to this dental office was extremely disappointing. The moment I walked in, I felt unwelcomed. The reception area had a cold and uninviting atmosphere, and the staff did nothing to make me feel comfortable. Their indifferent attitudes made it clear that patient care was not a priority. The condition of the tools and equipment was alarming. They appeared outdated and poorly maintained, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. The overall lack of professionalism was evident in both the environment and the behavior of the staff. She happened to drop the portrait near my head when slamming the equipment towards the wall. More so, the environment was unsanitary, and the staff did not dress professionally, her shoes were not even on. She had stains all over her white coat, which made me uneasy because I thought I was in a "professional environment" and I’m not judging, it just seems strange given what Coast Dental advertises and stands for. The dental hygienist does not do their part at this Palm Bay location. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and to make matters worse, the doctor wasn't even on site during my visit. Which I understand they have "teledentists" but that's something that should be communicated during the call to set an appointment. I would have not set an appointment if I knew it was a meet online, that is something that should be communicated. I left the office feeling uneasy and dissatisfied. If you're looking for a dental practice that prioritizes patient comfort and maintains high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, this is not the place for you.
