Just because my few last dentist offices iv been in, girl wanna think there better then pations, I filt like if I was being laught at (because of my dental situation)this office has really sweet, understanding, love, friendly staff and most of all the Doctor ( I fill like crying posting this) becouse how comfortable this office makes a person fill. I walked in ugly, broken. As of now I'm so beautiful, with the most confidence of myself. If I can post this dentist office city louse speaker I would but for now I let my friends there friends about this place. For once I found my dentist office I'll never for get. Thank you front staff through the back. Becouse of you all. I walk with a big smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Marina is the best!!! My daughter gets anxiety going to the dentist. Marina is her nurse and she makes her visits so much easier. She goes over all the tools they will use during her visit and makes her feel comfortable. Everyone at the front desk is friendly especially Cynthia. She is very kind and made scheduling appointments easy. Thank you Marina and Cynthia. You are amazing!!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service from the receptionist, the only one that was kind and a people person was a assistant, everyone else was very un helpful. Did a procedure on my mouth, didn't give me no pain medication afterwards, allowed me to walk out and only gave me two gauze for my open stitched womb that was still bleeding and in extreme pain. Very bad experience.

They need to run insurance before the patient comes to the office the rest of the staff is great but some of the front office needs to be on top of what there duties are they should make it A priority to tend to their patients needs, especially when they’re there for the second time for an appointment. I had problems with scheduling an appointment once I had the appointment I showed up and they said that they didn’t have me scheduled for that day so I show up the schedule day for them to tell me they can’t take my son due to his insurance issues. This cut off all been avoided if they would’ve simply done. A pre-screening and leg work before the patient arrives in office

Experiencia fantástica: I came for my checkup and the everyone was so nice, the doctor who saw me listened to any concerns I had and addressed them. My hygienist was so sweet and gentle with me as well, I have sensitive gums. They recommended some at home care tips to keep my gums healthy. I work in dental too so I can be a bit picky of where I go for my checkups but I do like this office. It was clean, they were quick and efficient!

They left a huge bone in my 8 year old daughter gums after removing her teeth. During the visit the nursing assistant who doesn’t even have a license as told to me by the owner of this place. Was very rude, turned her back to me while I was asking questions in regards to my daughter surgery. While the owner is answering the questions she just turned her back to me on instead of answering. She decided to continue cut me and him off while we were talking. No parents can go into the back while they perform surgery. My daughter was in pain for weeks waiting for the follow up appointment. When we were finally scheduled for the follow up. they wrote notes on my daughter folder saying her mom was rude, don’t reschedule this child. Which okay if they felt I was rude because I was asking questions about my daughter getting a surgery and getting put to sleep fine. Why have us come back to have a folder out with that written on it. Wrote it on my daughters prescription as well. I showed the owner the notes he apologized. Yet my daughter still has a bone in her gums that bothers her everyday everytime she eats and the silver cap on her back teeth moves everytime she eats. When scheduling the appointment the lady on the phone was soo excited at first until she realized only my child was Hispanic then she told me it’ll be a 30$ charge to schedule the appointment. That phone conversation should have made me say never mind. I was referred and trusted the referral so I still went and now they make appointments to check up on her gums and this bone they left in her gums and then cancel them every week. Yet it was a 30$ charge for me to schedule an appointment “ just in case I cancelled” they’ve cancelled multiple appointments now. Knowing they left a bone in her gums. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARENT ONE OF THEM. IYKYK THAT SIMPLE. Sent a text tonight saying her appointment was cancelled then called after I left this review. I don’t trust these people anymore and can’t keep bringing my daughter into a situation with rage baiters. That note was left to try and get an reaction out of me. Which I didn’t give them, I just passed the note along and told the owner. The unlicensed nurse assistant walked by me multiple times rolling her eyes, laughing in the hallway very much kid highschool vibes. I wasn’t going to write this review it’s been at least 2 months then thought about other people trusting these people with their children and said I’ll write it. Trust this place with a grain of salt !

Experiencia positiva: The Doctor is excellent. He was able to address the need of my child. However, the assistant said she performed cleaning on my child’s teeth but she did not. I was there the whole time and know what is going on.4 star because of the Dentist. 2 star because the assistant did not perform the routine cleaning but claimed she did. 0 star because no hand sanitation available. No alcohol, no sink to sanitize and clean hands. The dentist assistant handled an equipment that blows air into your mouth without gloves and without sanitizing hands. Real time observation. Wait time is 1hour or more.

My son is an anxious boy, but the way they talk to the kids to assure them and calm them down, great work!!! Been going there for some years now, but the new staff is top tier!! Won’t come back here as there communication sucks and surgery doctor is 1hour 30 minutes late are red flags.

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't be better. Went there for an exam to see about getting an implant, as they are more affordable than other clinics. Great young dentist (Dr. Basma) did the exam and agreed on needing the implant, and said they could do the first procedure TODAY! Amazing, as they're a very busy practice and other places drag it out for weeks. He did a great job on the extraction and preparation and then the bone graft part. I was out of there after an hour and a half, with a $411 bill. The previous clinic was prettier, but gave me an estimate for $10,000!! They padded it with lots of stuff I didn't need and charged twice as much. SO glad I found this place!

Anybody out there please pray for me I appreciate it a lot because they want me to go for months without any teeth but they could do it the other way it all depends on my insurance basically

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. I had a lot of build up near the gum but she was slow and gentle. Previous dentist said i had 8 cavities and tried to charge me 2000 but this dentist said they were just stains and that they would monitor them for future cavities. Glad i got a second opinion, they did not shame me for not going to the dentist for quite some time and did everything to make my experience enjoyable. will come again!

Experiencia negativa: I went in with pain on my left side and had to wait weeks for an extraction because they charged my insurance for other treatments that I didn’t need. I was told at my next appointment that my insurance still hadn’t approved the treatments and that I had three cavities on my right side. I didn’t have any pain or discomfort with my right side and this was not brought up in my X-rays or during my examination. I trusted them anyways. I was told there would be some discomfort afterwards and was sent home with no pain medication or antibiotics. After the numbing wore off I experienced pain in my teeth that I have never felt in my life. The injection site alone was red, swollen and took two weeks to heal. I called to tell them that I had been experiencing severe pain and needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. I was told by the receptionist that my dentist only worked on Saturdays and it would be at least two weeks before I could see him. I was horrified. I ended up having to go to another dentist who told me that all three teeth had to have a root canal done because they were infected. I was also told that I was over due for a deep cleaning. The root canals, deep cleaning and extraction took less than a week to be approved by my insurance. This office was polite, clean and welcoming. I let that cloud my judgement. I should’ve known when the assistant started offering me expensive treatments I didn’t need that something wasn’t right. I should’ve known when the dentist began working on me and another patient at the same time that something wasn’t right. And I should’ve known when they began drilling holes in my teeth that I had not reported any issues with nor did they come up in my X-rays that something wasn’t right. This was a horrifying life changing experience for me and has changed my perspective on the dental industry entirely. Please read the one star reviews before you come here.

Experiencia fantástica: My insurance denied crowns and I couldn't afford to pay for the crowns myself. Dr Paul sculpture the teeth to look like they were crowns! He layered them and they look perfect! I have never had such a wonderful experience of being cared for by a dentist! Assistant was Ashley. She did an exceptional job also! I highly recommend this dentist!
