Experiencia fantástica: My grandson has been seen Martine at snow dental for quite a while now and I have to tell you we've never been happier! Always caring gentle and painless and his my grandson's teeth are looking fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: Martin at the Lancaster office went above and beyond! Palmdale scheduled us incorrectly but Martin fixed all our needs. Hope we have him for the rest of our treatment appointments. Additionally, I’d write another review with 1 star regarding the Dental monitoring that was hyped during consultation. The monitoring is all AI monitored and the lady who runs it, Shannon, sends excessive promotions through the chat, so often it’s annoying and had to ask on multiple occasions to stop. Every time there was an issue it was never charted correctly on the monitoring end and additional appointments had to be made to fix the issues. Then Shannon tried to threaten additional charges if we didn’t comply to the monitoring even though we paid for the services in FULL. We were told we would have to come in office less because of the monitoring but we’re in office once a month anyway. WASTE OF TIME!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter's teeth are crowded with a canine growing in sideways. They denied my daughter braces, saying that DentiCal would NOT cover it (they used some score sheet) without submitting it to Medical. They said I had to pay. I took her to another Ortho (Palmdale Dental Group) and the Orthodontist said that she doesn't really have teeth to work with (she had 5 baby teeth pulled) and that the braces would jeopardize the canine tooth (worsen the growth). Snow Orthodontics also did not refer me to a surgeon for that canine. I called DentiCal and they submitted a complaint against the office for denying me without submitting it to them first. I believe the were trying to double dip on some money from me and the insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Have to say Being my first visit today at snow orthodontist I was very impressed staff were very professional and nice Special shot out to "MacKenzie" Treatment coordinator she made me feel very comfortable explained things to me very clear and made treatment very affordable to my budget she even went above and beyond and recommended a Dental office for my cleaning and even called and scheduled an appointment for me Thank you Thank you "MacKenzie" !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was sent over to Snow orthodontics as a referral from my main dentist for a potential placement of a tongue thrusting device for my toddler believe it or not. Everyone at Snow Orthodontics were so nice and so helpful. I could see that they really worked as a team, when getting the photos done for my small child. I feel like they weren’t pushing for me to do anything being that my child is so young and rather recommended that I keep an eye on the situation and that I can come back when he is a bit older and we can go from there. I really appreciated all the help from everyone in the office and how professional and kind they were.

Experiencia negativa: The Lancaster office is beautiful and seemingly well organized. I should have payed attention to an earlier customer reviewer who explained their discomfort watching a Black staff member being yelled at by other staff in the open for everyone to see. My personal experiences in this office have been nothing short of challenging and arduous. I began services in March, 2021 for invisible aligner trays. I was told that I would not need services for longer than 1 year because I had braces once before in my teenage years and needed correction on 1 bottom tooth. 2+ years later, my teeth are still not fully aligned. During the 2+ years of service, the assistants poorly added attachments to my teeth and some would come off 1-2 days after being placed. This became a major problem after I moved to Long Beach and could not simply visit for such mistakes. After the first year, they drilled the attachments off and said they would need to add new attachments (basically begin services over again) to continue shifting my bottom tooth. Painful! The second year came and went and the bottom teeth are still not fully aligned. The teeth have shifted and they look more strait than before but are not complete. At the time of what was suppose to be my final visit to remove the attachments and receive a retainer, the doctor looked at my teeth and said they are still crooked and I would need to start again with more attachments, again. I knew I could not do another year of travel from Long Beach, attachments falling off days after being installed, and 22 hours per day of wearing the trays for a 3rd year to fix 1 tooth. I explained that I wanted to be done and I would take a retainer and move on. The doctor and assistant seemed annoyed at my decline for further services but they did remove the attachments. They did not offer any post treatment services like teeth cleaning and teeth whitening as indicted in their menu of services. I returned a couple of weeks later for my final retainer. I went home and began using the retainer as directed. By the 4th day, I noticed that the retainer had shifted my bottom tooth into a more crooked angle. I could not believe it. I called the office and they threatened a $200 charge for another retainer. I attempted to explain the matter but they seemed unconvinced and spoke to me as if I was creating a problem that did not exist. Thank goodness their was a 3 month check-up appointment scheduled for all patients receiving treatment. I went to the appointment and attempted to explain the matter in person. The assistant informed me that I would have to pay for a new retainer. I advocated by saying that there seems to be a mistake and showed her before and after pictures of the teeth shifting. I then asked to speak to someone privately so that the other customers wouldn't feel so uncomfortable with us speaking business in this manner, as I am sitting in the dental chair among other customers. She told me that there was no one in the office for me to speak to. She said she could see the problem and proceeded to get the doctor. The doctor looked at the picture and acknowledged the tooth shift from the retainer. Both the doctor, and assistant seemed exacerbated, and annoyed at my presence and motions to receive optimal care. Speaking about the matters of my process in the open in front of other customers in attempt to convince the staff that my concerns were valid and that a mistake was made with my retainer made me feel alienated, embarrassed, and invisible. I eventually spoke to someone from billing and described the details of my experience. They explained that they would not refund my money even though my teeth are still not fully aligned after experiencing substandard care, being told a false date of completion, and being subject to staff who seem to dismiss or ignore my customer concerns. Im also still paying for services til this day. Remember to get services from companies who will hire and respect people who look like you. Yes, I lost lots of money but maybe you don't have to.
