Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Carlos helped with an issue no other dentist wanted to try to fix in the way I needed it. So grateful for that. He has helped me with other complex issues since and each time been gentle, caring and through. Can not recommend him enough.

Experiencia negativa: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I wasn’t even seated until 3:00 PM. After that, I waited in the dental chair until 5:00 PM before anyone started cleaning my teeth. The dentist didn’t come in until about 30 minutes after the cleaning began. Spending over three hours at the office for a routine appointment is simply not acceptable. What made the experience even worse was the hygienist’s attitude. After patiently waiting for two hours in the chair, I politely asked how much longer it would be before my cleaning started. Instead of receiving a courteous response, I was met with passive-aggressive behavior and an unprofessional attitude. As a patient, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for an update after such an excessive wait. Delays can happen, but communication and professionalism matter. A simple apology or regular updates would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this office showed neither. I left feeling like my time wasn’t respected and that my concerns were dismissed. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this office based on my experience.

The doctors are great. I drive over an hour to get to this dentist office, this is where I feel comfortable. Dr. Canchola is my doctor & he is amazing. Very thorough with his work, very caring, very honest when it comes to your treatments, great personality. All the dentist assistance are pleasant, they focus on doing their jobs right. Claims that she is Soo overwhelmed by her job she couldn't even printout a referral had me sitting there untill another guy came to help. She literally say in my face putting stickers on a paper. And said she has a lot of patients with appointments. Then when I asked about her helping me she told me to write my review.

Took more time to do things right instead of rushing like other docs, Mr Carlos is caring and very precise with numbing. My whole face didn’t feel like I was having a stroke after leaving the office and every injection went to the correct nerve. I’m switching dentist permanently after this visit

Communication at the office level was frustrating and could have been handled more professionally. However, after reaching out to corporate, the regional director (Miss Valdez) contacted me, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was resolved. Today my child was able to continue treatment, and I truly appreciate the support and follow-through. Thank you for helping us get back on track—it means a lot to our family. Experiencia negativa: I came into the office a month ago and gave my insurance information. I was told it was okay. I arrived to my appointment on Wednesday March 4th at 8:00 AM just to be told my insurance was assigned to another office. Why couldn't you tell me that a month ago

Experiencia negativa: This is outrageous. The workers have NO respect to people's time. The first appointment my husband had, he had to sit there for 2 hours just waiting for the doctors to get to him. He got no cleaning (even initially this was the goal of the appointment). They scheduled another appointment for him in 2 weeks. A day before his appointment he gets an email requesting to confirm his appointment which he did. Then the clinic sends him a text that his appointment is confirmed and they are looking forward to seeing him. This morning he goes to the appointment, sits there for 30 minutes and only after that they tell him HIS APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED! Nobody ever called or sent an email or text! On top of that they let my husband sit there waiting for his appointment that is canceled! This is outrageous! Don't you have any respect to people's time?? We all work hard, we have kids, we plan our time ahead BECAUSE if we don't things won't get done! I strongly DO NOT recommend this clinic. The people that work there are not professional. And simply have no respect to customer's time.

Experiencia positiva: The dentists here are great . Very clean office and I never had a bad experience with the dentists. They are extremely money hungry though. Every-time I go here I feel as though they try to make me pay for something unexpected and unnecessary. It’s very frustrating. They refused to offer me more affordable options. They’ve attempted to give me a new bill literally every single time I come. I can come for a regular cleaning and they would tell me I need antibiotics for $300 per side. I came in for a regular consultation for composite bonding and was told that I HAD to do crowns which is a huge difference in price.

Experiencia negativa: I was told by the very disrespectful supervisor that I need to find a new dentist and not to come back because she didn't like that I was asking her questions about a referral for oral surgery that was supposed to be sent out 6 months ago and never was sent out. Frank lied to her and told her that he didn't tell me that the referrals weren't sent out but I have the phone logs and records of the calls of him saying that he would have the supervisor call me about the issue and she never did.

Advocating for myself to relieve some pain issues all doctors had almost completely ignored, they attempted to sell me on nearly $20,000 in procedure and falsely claimed that if I used my straight medi-cal, it would not cover this. I am completely done with this office. Be warned they are terrible and grossly mismanaged and are quite literally only out for a big score. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

However they are ridiculously irresponsible with handling referrals and communicating properly within both staff and to clients. They had me bring in my daughter to do a treatment that wasn't needed when we were there for a Reevaluation which was expressed to them from the beginning yet even after I confirmed appointment details and reasoning for appointment they agreed it was what we needed. Just to get there and completely wasted my time which I had to take the day off and everything for completely NOTHING...very disappointed.

Told me that my kids had cavities and they need ins authorization to move forward, I called back weeks later to get them in and a guy placed me on hold , came back and said I don’t see her file! Placed me on hold and never came back ! I called back and the phone was answered and placed on hold again for over 10 mins without ever picking up .I’ve never seen such an unorganized business! Update! Automated reply from them! Why would I contact your staff! Your office should be shut down

Super rude. She kept asking me to pass her the equipment, or would let things fall off my chest. Not to mention the dozens of reminders on me not taking care of my teeth. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Don't even come back as a returning patient.

Whether you have an appointment or not, the wait time is always excessively long—typically between 45 minutes to an hour. The male receptionist, Hector (if I have his name correct), is often rude and unprofessional, which only adds to the frustrating experience. Additionally, there is a high turnover of dentists, making it difficult to build rapport with a consistent provider. It seems that every visit brings a new doctor, as they are frequently leaving. However, I will say that the hygienist is always kind and professional.

I usually need two to three extra numbing shots but this time it was done so well that I only required one shot per area. Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with new staff behind front desk. I've been a patient for a couple of years now. Last appointment dentist did all work needed but didn't have time for cleaning. So was scheduled 2 months later for that cleaning that by the way was already included in my bill that was paid in full. One of the new girls there decided to change my appointment without my consent and when I called to ask why she lied saying doctor had an emergency. First of all I waited 2 months, requested that day from work in advance and she was not professional plus the oral hygienist is the one performing the cleaning not doctor. The man that's in charge of billing that has been there forever was rude to me too. Not a care in the world of what I had to say. All he keep saying was that I ran out of insurance until 2025. I am aware of that. My point was that initial cleaning was included in the dental work and papers I paid for in full and that my appointment was changed without my consent. Dentist and technicians are doing awesome. But front desk is terrible, untrustworthy, unprofessional, rude, no people skills.

I returned to the Pasadena office for new dentures. The long drive was grueling but my prior experience was perfect until it wasn't. I arrived at the Lancaster location and was immediately greeted by a friendly and professional staff. I met Dr. Lena and we talked about my needs. I explained to her the details of my recent experience at the Pasadena office. As a result, I was kindly accepted to receive further treatment here in Lancaster. Much to my relief, I felt the elephant step off my shoulder. Dr. Lena's professional skills are stellar. The devotion to her craft was immediately impressive. She explained every step of the process as well as the various aspects of what was required to have the most successful outcome. I'm thrilled with the outcome of my first reline. Never rushed, I'm in the best dental care possible. Dr. Lena is a precious gem and her support staff is absolutely amazing. Thank you for the most relaxing and happy dental experience you and your staff provided.

It was a difficult experience for me. I was in severe pain afterwards until the Motrin kicked in, hard to eat anything so I could take pain medicine.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve never had to go out of my way to leave a bad review of a place until now.. I feel like this place is specialized in trying to scam the most money out of you as they can. They don’t have your best interest in mind. Also I felt like the dental hygienist was very very unprofessional. She asked me something along the lines of “are you remembering to floss everyday?” I said, “some days I forget” I have very healthy teeth but there was some build up on my bottom teeth, it happens. She responded with “yeah you’ll remember when all your teeth fall out.” I stayed quiet and didn’t respond. But I understand that it is not her job to make such distasteful comments towards a patient that is under her care. She was unnecessarily aggressive as well, I felt like she was going to rip my mouth open. I’ve never been treated so aggressively by a dentist. I’m calling my doctor to refer me to another dentist to get my procedure done because I’m very uncomfortable with getting any type of work done here.

They did not send necessary documents to my insurance so the referral to periodontist was declined. After they give me a wrong phone number to a periodontist to call for an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: My tooth broke called them. They give me appointments 11 am When I showed up at my 11 o’clock appointment, they got all the paperwork done. They sent me in from 11 o’clock until 1 o’clock for my broken juice. Nothing was done and I left and they charge 160$ For me to see the specialist next week because he couldn’t do nothing today

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE BEWARE this office does not do they’re own in house billing. The staff including office manager are not knowledgeable on insurance guidelines and policies. The office does not know what an explanation of benefits is and will try to balance bill you. To any patients that come here please make sure you understand your insurance policy. This office sent me a bill for $462 stating that my insurance “denied” my claim. My explanation of benefits stated that they needed additional information to process the claim. When I called the office to tell them that, they told me that I had to appeal to my insurance and there was nothing they could do for me. In other words they wanted me to do their work. When I called the insurance they stated that they just needed the office to send them medical records and that I’m not responsible for anything until the claim is processed. I went back and forth with this office for 3-4 months. All they needed to do was send my records. My insurance had to reach out at least 3 different occasions to request those records again. When they office finally decided to send them and my claim processed it turns out I only owed the office $168. They were trying to scam me out of $300. Please look for somewhere else where staff and manager can understand basic insurance guidelines.

They are claiming that my husband had bone gaphing done when he didnt. they are forcing us to pay for something that didnt happened. we have proof they didnt do it and because a sticker was placed they say it was. They didnt even give him a follow up to check anything just sent him on his way after barrly being numbed in less than 25 mins. they lie about what they are doing to get more money out of people and if they did then they did something that was asked not to be done as well and didnt tell him it was being done before he left just to get more money. they did the same to me asking me to pay 8k for something that was covered by my insurance but refused to run it. this office will be reported and hopefully shut down. every negative review you see is completely true. they are very rude, horrible service, dont listen to you, the people are disgusting. it took 6 months to get anyone to even contact me. i will keep commenting to this office till something is done. Lawsuit here we come.

I went in for my first appointment to get checked up, they let me know that i’ll need another appointment for cleaning evaluation and getting my cavity filled, so they booked me for a month out. Someone called a couple days before my appointment to tell me that i’ll need to be rescheduled and wait another month. ridiculous.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new client at bright now dental and I wanted to come on to tell everyone how friendly and helpful the staff is Frank at the front office was very welcoming and once I was called in Alexis really made my visit fun. With her bubbly and fun personality, I was calm during the whole experience and best of all I felt no pain. I am so glad that this is now my dental office and I would highly recommend Bright now dental in Lancaster CA.

Experiencia negativa: I been taking my son here for 11 years the dentist are amazing it’s the front office that can use some help they never answer the phone and when they do they place you on hold forever, canceled my sons appointment and didn’t call to let us know and have not rescheduled him for a new one , i been calling with no luck it seems like going in would be the best option at this point

Experiencia fantástica: I am a 14 year old taking the time to write a review about a dentist (so clearly it’s a good place). There’s a lady there named Alexis and she’s very kind and empathetic. As a black person, I’ve never more felt more comfortable in a dentist/health place than I have when she’s there. The other staff is great! But I most definitely feel more comfortable with her helping me most of the time. She always makes sure I’m ok and she always makes sure I’m satisfied with the work they’ve done afterwards. I can tell she’s really passionate about dental work and a very hardworking woman. I wish her the best and hope to see her the next time I’m there. Thank you, Alexis!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this dental office. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Right away I was greeted by Christella and she was completely amazing and able to answer all my questions. My daughter and I have been going for the last couple a months for braces and general dental visits and she’s made us feel comfortable at every appointment. I highly recommend this place as the Drs and techs are all great!

Experiencia negativa: The nurse and the front desk people were very understanding I loved that their were patient with my mom‘s insurance acting up so we got it straightened out, the dentist was okay and kind but the gum specialist was rude what’s going on you I do floss maybe not the correctly and she just made me feel very inferior and just unwelcome so avoid this place if you can even though the nurses are awesome.

They won't $3288.00 To pull 2 teeth,add bone, scale & laser clean teeth They also offer. Yearly subscription for $79.00 that cover X-ray & office visits

Experiencia negativa: The dentist and surgeon are great and they would definitely receive a 5 star. The staff and manager at this location have been awful! I had my wisdom teeth removed last summer and they did not file correctly with my dental insurance and refused to file a claim to my medical insurance. So, I had to personally pay out of pocket more than I should and file the claims to my insurance. Now, I have a credit sitting on my account and the manager keeps saying that she has to audit the account. This has been going on for months and the corporate office is saying they cannot do anything.

Experiencia positiva: The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they make you wait almost 2hrs even if you have a appointment which is ridiculous. My sons appointment was at 4pm he got called inside at 4:35 had him sitting/laying down for 50 minutes we left almost at 6pm.

Experiencia negativa: The Orthodontists are Cool And Do Their Job Just Fine, The Front Desk Employees Are The Ones I Have Problems With, They Tend to Have a bad attitude, Don’t Do their Job right, I was In There One Time waiting for a Monthly Orthodontist Check Up And Took an Hour Just Because The Front Desk People Didnt Inform Or Notify me,

Experiencia negativa: Hygienist is amazing (Susan)! She's super funny and caring. I think I can completely say I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to get my teeth cleaned. ☺ Front desk lady, with the pulled back bun on top of her head is so unkind. Doesn't matter how hard I try she ruins every visit with her rudeness and bad attitude.

My son had an appointment today and I even received A text any phone call to confirm it for which I did and when I show up at the office is completely closed there is no one inside they never called me to let me know that they were going to be closed and my appointment was going to be canceled nothing from them. They just made me waste my time. This is the second problem I have with this specific office and with this appointment I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but after this I Will be looking for another dentist. I thought they were professionals but they are not don’t waste your time coming here

Experiencia fantástica: I am always skeptical about new dentist. But this place was great! From the front desk to the back office, to the doctors and staff. Front desk was great, great attitude coming in the door. The X-Ray guy was pretty gentle. Those XRay things hurt the mouth and sometimes ppl can be rough. The doctor was good. There was a female hygienist OMG she is amazing. She provided me with a service that really helped my gyms that was inflamed. She was very knowledgeable about her services and was gentle. I am very satisfied with my service that occurred 10/25/2021. Great place.

Experiencia negativa: My son had an appointment with “Dr. Maged Whaba” he was supposed to work on my sons cavities. This “dentist” denied us services just because my son was crying. I have been to other dentists in the LA are when I used to live over there and have never ever had a professional refuse service because of my child crying. Don’t waste your time coming here this dentist is very rude I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

Experiencia negativa: Front desk is extremely rude especially the over weight woman with the glasses and dark hair. She barely acknowledges you, will hang up on you and acts like you are inconveniencing her when trying to get any information on trying to get work done on your teeth. If you only have medi-cal be prepared to be treated like a low class citizen.

Experiencia fantástica: I would definitely like to recommend this place! Angela she was AWESOME. She was super nice and made me feel comfortable while she cleaned my teeth. I will continue coming here for a dental cleaning.I will say Xóchitl in the the front desk , she was very helpful with any questions I had, and was also super sweet. Going to a place and feeling welcome and taken care of really makes a difference.

Experiencia negativa: I like this place but it’s so understaffed, I feel like everything is so rushed , even after waiting about an hour , I don’t feel like they take their time , not sure if I’ll remain a patient, the girls up front are always nice and helpful its the dentist I don’t like . Always rushing through my teeth. I always come back, try to give them another chance but now I’ll be switching to someone else.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked into the dentist office, I was met with great energy, big smiles and great customer service. The office manager Cristela was very personable and welcoming. As was the receptionist Xochitl. I almost forgot I was there in need of 5 root canals. The x-ray technician was very sweet too. Every single person at that office seemed like they liked their jobs and working with people. It was such a positive atmosphere, which for those of us with fears of going to the dentist, makes all the difference.

Experiencia positiva: Excellent dentist! Needed a root canal and I have a fear of dentist. They made me comfortable and explained everything. Have had no pain from the first part of the root canal! Still have to see the root canal specialist to finish the job. Office staff is very friendly and helpful! Love the lady that does the teeth cleaning! I can not remember her name. She obviously loves her job.
