Experiencia fantástica: Dental assistance and dentist were very patient with my babies. It was my youngest first visit. He didn’t cry! Office is clean and I will be returning. The nurse assistance answered all our questions. I’m happy my 3 yr old and 1.5 year old are not afraid to go to the dentist. They even got a free toy. Thank you very much.

This office complete changed things around for us. My son looks forward to his appointments, the office visually is so cool to look at, always clean and organized, and every single person working here truly loves what they do and it shows! Amazing and professional dentist and dental assistants, the way they speak to your children is amazing; they explain everything so well and my child leaves smiling as opposed to in tears. If you’re looking for a new dental office for your kids check this one out!

When it was over she was skipping and bouncing, she didn't feel a thing and even got to watch her favorite movie while being worked on. I wish I were a kid so I could go here too.

Experiencia positiva: My 3-year-old son’s first visit last October went really well. The staff was kind and the person assisting Dr. Pepper was very friendly, informative, and gentle when cleaning my son’s teeth. However, on our recent visit last week, the dental assistant who cleaned my son’s teeth was not sensitive and considerate, especially when my son was visibly upset because he needed to sit up to spit. The person told my son to use his words rather than “throw a fit.” How is a 3-year-old supposed to use his words when his mouth is filled with saliva and has a sensitive gag reflex? Seeing my son panic and shake his body that way to signal to us that he needed to spit was extremely upsetting and even more so when he was ignored by the dental assistant by her “don’t throw a fit” comment.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Adventure Dental! Both of my kids feel super comfortable with both the hygienists and dentists. I always feel like my questions and concerns as a parent are addressed appropriately. My 6 year old needed sealants on her molars, and they made sure she was comfortable in the chair with a movie and a weighted blanket to help with the wiggles. I wasn’t allowed in the room but I was encouraged to peek in throughout the procedure for my comfort. The coin reward for the kids after each visit is such a nice touch, my kids love picking out a prize.

All the Doctors are exceptional with explaining everything on top of being great with the kids! We are so excited they have ortho now! Excited to transfer our stuff over to them!

They have always been cheerful, courteous, and positive. It's because of them that my child has only ever had positive experiences with the dentist. I can not tell you how grateful I am for them.

Experiencia fantástica: I love adventure dental! My sons are both autistic with my youngest being non-verbal, and the employees are so patient and have gone above an beyond. Despite all other dental offices turning away my boys due to their disability, this office knows how to work with my sons sensory and sensitivity to light which has amazed me to see how far my kids have overcomed with routine teeth cleaning. I 100% would recommend this place if you have little ones who struggle with sensory, auditory, or sensitivity issues because they know the necessary steps to how to adapt to your child's needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the dentist I wish I had been to as a child. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face. My daughter loved the wall painting and did not feel scared since it felt like a playground to her. We were not in the waiting room for a long time and the person who assisted my daughter was extremely kind and offered a lot of advice. The Dr. who went over the x-rays was very knowledgable and gave us a lot of information as to what the next steps would be. Definitely a 10/10. Thank you!

We absolutely love Drs Monti and Pepper, yep Dr. Pepper! Our son has had excellent care. They are so patient and kind to all the kids. The dentist can be scary but everyone works to make their experience positive. WE LOVE THEM!

My son(3)has autism and always struggled with brushing or having anyone near his mouth. Everyone here has been so patient with him, taken their time and been so gentle. He no longer struggles and is happy when we walk into the office. I just started bringing my daughter(6) here as well and she loves it. She says Dr Pepper is so gentle and is no longer anxious to go to the dentist. She got a tooth pulled and didn’t bat an eye when she realized she had to come back for cavities. The whole staff is amazing. Definitely recommend

After calling several offices to see who accepted my insurance, their incredibly patient and informative customer service is what made me choose them and I’m so glad I did. The office is clean, warm, and clearly designed with kids in mind. From start to finish, every team member was kind, patient, and great at explaining their step process in a way my young children could understand. The TVs during treatment were a huge help, too. Dr. Pepper is exceptional, transparent, honest, and very thoughtful with her recommendations. She even stopped a procedure when my son couldn’t tolerate it do to his anatomy and explained why anesthesia would be the safest choice for him. What really stood out is that Dr. Pepper uses a licensed anesthesiologist for anesthesia cases, which is the gold standard in dentistry. Not every office does this, and parents should know how important it is for safety and proper monitoring. On the day of treatment, Dr. Pepper reviewed updated X-rays and tailored the plan specifically to my son’s current needs. Everything went smoothly, and he was back to himself within hours. As a parent, finding a dentist who genuinely cares, explains everything clearly, and prioritizes safety is priceless. I couldn’t recommend Adventure Dental and Orthodontics more.

Our experience here was 10/10. Dr. Pepper was so fun and easy to talk to and took good care of my baby girl on her first visit. She even knew some Spanish. That’s always a plus in my opinion. We will for sure be returning for her 6 month check up. ‍♀️

We took her to another dentist before (great staff but not a pediatric dental) and she was terrified. We came here and she was so scared and crying before we went. We went to another store after the appointment and when we walked back to the car (still parked in front of adventure dental) she said she wanted to go back and got sad when I told her she has to wait until her next appointment. The staff were very kind and friendly. It was my daughter’s first visit so she was very nervous. The staff made sure they talked to my kids as they were working on them and explained step by step what to expect. My son needed a filling and Dr. Pepper was kind enough to fit us into the schedule at a later time so we didn’t have to take another trip down there. The environment is very clean and peaceful. Overall my kids were very happy with their experience at this dental office and we will be returning for their future dental care. Thank you Dr. Pepper and staff for being so amazing!

There is a nice large waiting room with tablets for kids to play. The dental assistant was very friendly with my son, talking to him every step & letting him help with the suction which he liked to do. They offered a stuffed animal for him to hold during the cleaning. Dr. Pepper was excellent with him as well & explained things thoroughly! The office was very clean. Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was traumatized by another dental office. We first went to Adventure Dental in Santa Clarita to see if she would be able to handle going to the dentist again. Since day 1, they have been amazing. She actually looks forward to it. It’s been difficult for me, as a working mom, to make it to her appointments, but they have always answered my calls and explained the status of the visit and all follow up concerns. We are now at the Palmdale location, and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this establishment at all especially if you are just a normal parent that has circumstances arise that may change your schedule. I have been a patient with 3 kids for 3+ years. I have even traveled 40 miles one way when they had just one location. Out of all these visits and years I have canceled 2 times within the suppose 48 hour notice time. The first time something unexpected came up and they said they would waive the $25 fee for each of my kids. Yes $25 for each kid! It recently happened again. They had an appt Monday morning and I called Friday after buisness hours as soon as I could to cancel and they have a voicamail. I stated in the voicmail I needed to cancel the 3 appts. I said this is more than 48 hours and there is nothing specifically stating it needs to be 48 buisness hours. I even tried to send a message another way but could not find anything on thier website. Monday morning they called and said they were going to charge me $75 for the canceled appts. They said i would of had to cancel by wends. Do you realize the things that can occur between wends and Monday? They said pretty much too bad. Even though my kids were all scheduled for the same exact time, even though I called Friday. I will never ever give them my buisness. They just want money and alot of itm they are friendly to parents sometimes chaotic schedule and unforseen bumps in the road of life with this economy they would rather charge a family $75 and make that than be understanding and working with parents. I am not a serial canceler and have been a loyal customer to them through braces, procedures, check ups and commuting to them. Very disappointed at how they put a dollar before thier loyal patients.

So, we took him for an emergency visit. On my way out of the office Dr. Pepper approached me and said, "why was your husband recording?" I told her my husband did not record anything and that I was aware of the HIPPA violations because I was a first responder and guaranteed her that my husband was Not recording. I felt that her body language was very unprofessional and demanding. She insisted to go get my husband and that she needed to see my husband's phone. So, I went to tell my husband that Dr. Pepper wanted to speak to him. When my husband came back to the car, he told me what happened. He looked shocked, scared and felt sick.
